Do not take your car here. Their shotty technicians will damage your vehicle and then lie to their managers about it, then their managers will gaslight you and claim you edited photos and vandalized your own vehicle. Terrible service and customer etiquette. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.Don't let this businesses replies to my review fool you. They didn't do anything to fix their mistake. Not even their corporate office and now we have to go through insurance.

Responsive and professional. Although our car was a total loss I would recommend them for repairs. Bonus if your insurance has them as an approved shop

The office staff was communicative, pleasant, and professional, and the work performed was top notch, even detailing the (admittedly messy) interior of my vehicle as the cherry on top. After a painful months-long fight with the insurance company of the person who hit my car, working with Gerber Collision & Glass was a breath of fresh air. I'd recommend this excellent business to anyone in the Kitsap area in need of auto body work after an accident. Thanks again!

Jason and his PDR guy (sorry I forgot his name) took care of me on the spot for a great price. Glad they were open on Saturdays. They got about 90% of the dent fixed with zero damage to the matte finish. I'll def be taking my other cars there in the future.

During what could've been a very stressful situation dealing with insurance, Ryan and Greg from Gerber took care of us from start to finish. It was clear from the beginning that they were very supportive of the consumer and empathetic to our situation. Extremely communicative checking in twice a week for status updates. The team at Gerber Collision and glass fixed up my dented car excellently and in a good time frame. It looks brand new. They updated me on the progress of my car every Tuesday. They went above and beyond by cleaning and detailing my car. The staff are very professional, welcoming and very friendly. I recommend them 100%.

These are the best people!The sad part of my story...a truck hit my older Nissan, but he had insurance. So I got a rental car and my Nissan went to the shop for repair. A couple days into taking my car apart, they found one part they needed was on back order for several months... So the insurance co. totalled my car & I decided to keep it & take it home.The shop put my car back together, but they had to bust up my already broken taillight during disassembly.Here's where it gets awesome... They received no money from me or the guy's insurance. But instead of just shoving my broken taillight back into place and sending me on my sad way, they searched around and found a beautiful, fully intact tail light and installed that instead!!! They made no money. They didn't have to care, but Ryan and his team cared about me. Who does that in today's world?? You will be my body shop for life!Thank you for your care and concern!!

The staff is friendly and very informative! I know that they are extremely busy but they were able to still get my truck in to get worked on in a timely manner. The process was very simple and they were great with helping me out on insurance and my rental car!

My daughter hit a tree and the insurance totalled the vehicle. It really wasn't that bad, only the quarter panel needed replacement. Gerber safely put it back on the road at a very reasonable cost to me. My daughter has been very happy with the fix and it's been a few months. The speed, customer service and flexibility of staff were outstanding.

Went here to get my car fixed after it got in a collision on New Years. The staff were very nice and helpful. They kept the car rental place I was using updated on repair time estimates in the meantime and also periodically sent me messages on the progress of repairs as per request. I recommend this shop if you happen to need any collision repairs.

I stop using my 04 blazer, major issue with the drivers side door, to a point were I couldn t shut the door, the door latch was cracked on the door frame and bent in because of slamming the door to many times. on top of that, the door kept sagging to a point that I had to replace the door pins numerous times and last they had replace the door hinge to the body frame, and welded the new pieces on. many other body shop wouldn t touch it, because of all the major issues, Jason & his crew did such a incredible job that my wife had posted something on Yelp, I recommend anyone to go there, great service, awesome job, will bring my next SUV to Jason and his crew.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

They did an amazing job! Austin was #1 he was always on top of letting me know how my car was! When I got my vehicle I was blown away not only did the technicians do a great job fixing the damage on my vehicle but the customer service from Austin was fantastic! I will definitely be brining my car here whenever I have a problem! Thank you guys for all you do!

Horrible customer service! Horrible work!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! My wife was in a small fender bender, they needed to replace the rear bumper and trunk hood. It took them almost a month and a half to get us the car back. When we saw the car, there was over spray all of over the windows and rough over spray all over the car, it looked like they didn't even put the clear coat on. A month went by and we realized that water was getting into the trunk area, so we took it back and they said there was a small leak in the weather proofing and they supposedly fixed it. My wife then went on a 3 month underway and came back to a car full on molded, soaking wet clothes and paperwork in her trunk. they never fixed the leak. so she took her car back over to the shop. they said it would take up to a month and a half to fix the problem, which they don't even know what it is yet. On top of that they are trying not to pay for her rental car. tell me why should she have to pay for a rental car for a problem that is the shops fault??? I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

This place is amazing! They took care of everything with the insurance and the rental car, I was kept updated, and I was treated very respectfully. The staff were personable and easy to talk to. Thanks!! My Volt looks beautiful!

what a joke.........way to expensive............wow....did cost comparisons in Kitsap County....just for glass for a back window ....triple the cost for a window not installed by them.........UNBELIEVABLE.....!!!!!!!!!!! And the gal answering the phone kept price quoting for a windshield...........lol.......be careful with this outfit................

Terrible location. Terrible service ! And manager has no clue what he is doing or talking about. Do your self a huge favor and go somewhere else. Even if u have to drive across the bridge !!
