2024 gmc 3500 AT4 My experience and service was top notch as I have the ability to do most of the work here at our shop but I choose to have them do the work needed. Excellent communication and after looking at the completed work it puts my review at 5 stars. I would highly recommend max and his crew to continue to work on my vehicles.in the futureCody.

I couldn t have found a better place to take my truck when it started to have problems. Max knew exactly what the problem was and the communication and customer service is top notch!!!! Exactly what this county needed, a professional trustworthy diesel truck shop with extensive knowledge and expertise and fair prices. This is definitely the only place I will take my truck and recommend to everyone I know!!!

After an outrageous estimate from the Ford dealership, I was referred to Cascade Diesel by a friend. Maxx was super easy to work with and had my transmission work completed in no time! Thanks for providing our community with such great service.

I own a 2014 Chevy Silverado 3500HD Z71 LTZ Duramax. Recently, the check engine light came on, and after running diagnostics, we discovered several error codes. Maxx, the technician, provided me with various options to address the issue. While working on fixing the initial problems, I decided to have Maxx perform the 90k maintenance as well. During the maintenance, Maxx discovered some serious transmission issues and promptly informed me. He presented me with a couple of options, and without any delay, he utilized his contacts to gather the necessary parts for the repair.While waiting for a part, Maxx mentioned that I had a cracked windshield (which I was aware of, but never took the time to fix). To my delight, Maxx informed me that he had a contact who could replace the windshield while we waited. I was grateful to avoid the hassle of scheduling a separate appointment. Maxx went above and beyond, taking advantage of the time my truck was in the shop to address additional issues. I greatly appreciate the exceptional customer service provided. Maxx and I stayed in regular contact, with him providing updates almost every day.When I picked up my truck, I embarked on a 1300 mile trip the very next day. To my surprise, Maxx reached out to check on me during my trip, ensuring that everything was going well and wishing me a fun and worry-free journey. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and the level of customer service provided. From now on, this will be my go-to service shop. Maxx's professionalism and attention to detail are some of the best I have ever encountered.

Maxx has been my mechanic for 3 years now and I have had absolutely no regrets, I know when I take my truck to him he is going to make it right for me and I know when I get my truck back it s in pristine shape and ready to be put through any work load needed, when I am in search of parts or think I may have an issue he is very quick to diagnose what s going on and very knowledgeable of what is needed to do to keep my truck healthy and happy, always has the best recommendations as to exactly what parts I need, has high knowledge of all brands and parts as to what works best with your truck specifically! I have never picked my truck up worried about if I will have any issues because I know he works until he has everything exactly the way it needs to be he is someone who works your truck to perfection and makes sure every truck leaving his shop is in the absolute best quality shape!

This is the best shop around. Maxx is extremely knowledgeable, guarantees his work, and won't let your truck leave his shop until it is 100% perfect. The quality of Maxx's work is top notch and he is the only person I trust to touch my truck. Maxx has done everything for me from wheels/tires, to suspension, performance mods, and maintenance work and the installs are always clean and the results are amazing. Maxx truly treats your truck like it's one of his own. Maxx is professional and honest and is great to communicate with and is always quick to answer/diagnose any questions or concerns you might have. If you are looking for parts at a great price, recommendations, or to have any work done on your truck to a high standard I highly recommend and trust Maxx to take care of all your needs.

Cascade Diesel was recommended to me by people I trust. I weight that very heavily when deciding to take my vehicles to a shop. I don't know much about diesel trucks as this is the first one I've owned. Speaking with Max he took the time to explain the work I was requesting and also future recommendations that would extend the life of my motor. They were perfesional and personable. I would definitely recommend them.
