Made my first visit to Brothers Auto repair, am very pleased. Many thanks to the crew for assisting me early and in short notice; I had emergency. Waited a day to post make sure car operated well and it does, thus far. I appreciate Jamie with everything and the crew pointed out I did not need breaks, just break fluid. So that is an honest sign. Added all new spark plugs and ignition coils, just wasn't safe to guess which was the problem but was within my estimate. Appreciate it guys. My spouse has terminal cancer and my prayers to Brothers. Telling family and I am sold on your expectancy, professionalism and most importantly, your honesty. Honesty will keep you guys in business for a long time. Good luck and I will be back as we all eventually need on going car care

This place is legit! It s a real deal auto shop that takes care of business. I came in for a brake inspection. The brakes were fine and nothing was needed. I like that they didn t give me any questionable recommendations on additional repairs like most any of the commercial establishments would have. I ll be back anytime I need my vehicles checked out.

Best repair shop I ve ever gone to! They re so incredibly helpful. We ve gone to them for multiple issues and they re always been very upfront and never tried anything underhand or overcharged us. Shane is awesome and super communicative. We ve recommended Brothers to everyone we know in the area.

I have been very pleased with the quality of service provided by the staff at Brothers Auto Repair. They were able to get me in, diagnose a problem and get parts for repair faster than any of the dealerships in the area (including Seattle). The prices are VERY fair. I keep getting quoted one price and it seems to always drop after service is completed. I trust them fully now with my vehicles after several visits. Would HIGHLY recommend you give them a try.2/20/24 Update. My mother was experiencing car issues and was quoted $6k by the dealership. She came to Brothers Auto Repair and they fixed up the transmission for well over an 80% price difference. I am continually impressed with their service and pricing.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The first time I took my car over there was after Mazda had inflated everything that was wrong with it. Brothers had great customer service, quick, and I felt confident that they fixed exactly what was wrong (nothing more) at 1/3 of the cost quoted by Mazda. I have been taking my car there for oil changes and minor issues since and they have yet to let me down. Def recommend!

Really love this place. It's walking distance to my house, so I don't have to worry about being dropped off or how to get home from the shop. They're friendly. They know my vehicle. I feel very fortunate that this great auto shop is in my neighborhood!!

This used to be a stand up place. And although my husband was quoted a fair price at first, when he returned to have the work done the guy (possible owner) pulled the lady at customer counter to the back and made her raise her very fair quote to something absolutely ridiculous, like double what was initially quoted with no real explanation as to the increase. Like if you don't want our business say so! We ended up taking our car somewhere else and got it fixed for lower than the original quote that I was given by these guys. Not sure if this is the standard but yikes.

They've been wonderful. I was told I needed an alternator. They did diagnostic test before working on it. Just to be sure. It took them a few tests to figure out I had a defective battery. The cost was much less. They've been great. I used another local garage for many years. I will be taking it to Brother's. Thanks Shane and Jaime.

These guys are the best! I've taken my Toyota to them for brakes, wheel bearings, transmission flush and everything in-between! My car has 426k miles on it thanks to Brothers Automotive. I will never go anywhere else!

Brought my car here after I left a different shop and a problem arose that they should have found. Brothers found the problem and fixed it promptly and at a fair price. I trust them with all my repairs

Brothers was recommended to me, so I brought my car in for an estimate. Another garage had estimated the repair to be $500-600 to replace a couple of cables. Brothers found the issue to be something other than cables (they were found to be fine) and repaired my car for less than $100! I m very impressed with their super friendly and competent service. But most of all I m impressed by their honesty! I recommend Brothers highly and I will most certainly be back if I need repairs! Thank you, guys!

Seems Google doesn't realize that Brothers Auto has moved to 5th n Naval. So yes, they've moved to their permanent location. The old tire shop with the Metropolitan car on the roof. Still the honest n trustworthy guys that'll take care of your auto mechanic needs. Still highly recommend!

If not for Sean, I would be a basket case! When my car would not start, I went into my semi-panic mode. I did a lot of breathing and decided to trust the process - and Sean! He facilitated the adjustments on my car, those don by the Brothers!! I went to Brothers Auto Repair based on its reviews in numerous locations. I will go back for any help my car requires and refer them to anyone who even owns a car! Thank you all at Brothers!

This place is undoubtedly a hidden gem. I have been to many other auto mechanics in Bremerton and they all had one thing in common, charging an absurd amount of money for one simple fix. Meanwhile at Brothers Auto Repair, they had an appointment set up for me as soon as the following week despite being very busy. You can take any of your vehicles to these guys anytime and they will have everything fixed up as soon as possible while being completely honest and fair. I highly recommend this place!

Really the best shop in Bremerton! Great reasonable rates only does the work you REALLY need. No smoke and mirrors. Jamie & Sean both extremely professional. If you do not have a mechanic or if you are not satisfied with the work your guy is doing for you give these guys a shot. Not only will you leave happy but you will also leave with a nation wide 12 .month 12 K mile warranty at no extra cost. So come see the boys at Brothers and enjoy the difference.

Ive been looking for a neighborhood autoshop and these guys were right down the street. Called and set up an appointment for an oil change. It was EZ PZ! Easy Peasy! the owners of the shop are ridiculously nice and had my car ready for me an hour after i dropped it off! some places end up keeping my car all day just for an oil change. Not only did they change my oil but they also did a 40point check and fixed lights I didn't even know were out. Legit honest mechanics with good vibes! I will definitely be returning back for any future issues ! Found my neighborhood mechanics!

I've known Sean and Jamie for years and they have always been the only ones I trust to work on any of my vehicles. I've been to many shops in the past before I met them and I always got screwd over and over charged.if you haven't gave them a call do it asap before they get booked!!!!!! Love these guys.

I would recommend this place in a heart beat.. I don't recommend dealing with the younger guy that's usually behind the counter because he is rude and cocky.. He almost costed this business a customer.. Anyway, Jamie had me come in and he took care of my back brakes right away and at no cost to me. I will be using this place for all my car repairs..

I was quoted $838 for a seized caliper and brake job. I was told that the rotor was purple from the heat of the seized caliper. I brought the vehicle to Jamie at Brothers Auto Repair, and he did a complete inspection as well. He determined that the rotor had a slight glaze but indication of a seized caliper. Needless to say walked out with same amount of money in my pocket. He could of easily charged me less for lie that I was told, just to make money. He did not, he was honest and did even charge me for the inspection. I'm glad to see there are definitely good auto shop not out to cheat a customer. I will only do business at Brothers Auto Repair from now on

I went in to Brothers Automotive to ask about my 1985 Subaru. Jamie got right to work trying to find impossible parts no one else would even consider. I don't know if I'll ever get the old Subaru on the road but if there is a way I know Jamie and Sean will get me there.I've been stung many times but I can see the integrity in these two.Thanks you guys.

Sean and Jamie are reliable efficient professional and honest aswel as knowledgeable on meny makes and models of vehicles. Sean has been my mechanic for over 20 yrs. Great place to get all your automotive repairs done

Shane who works the front desk is very knowledgeable and always willing to help and Sean the owner is very personable and respectful he takes pride in his business knowing that he s honest and helps with whatever he can i ve never had such a pleasant experience in an auto body repair shop and I ll be honest I was hesitant at first only because I was a new customer yet they handled my concerns with great care and I would definitely go see them again for future service they didn t make me feel dumb or that I was ever going to be taken advantage of just because I was a woman

Professional and worked me in on short notice. I sent the car in with several issues and all of them were fixed in a timely fashion. I ve been burned by the dealership before, and I won t be going back there. This is my new place.
