Did a dumb with my beloved Mazda... totally my fault. Progressive, and BCR put it completely to rights. I had them fix additional boo-boos on my dime as well that just put her back to spectacular condition. I love my car... BCR made her beautiful again.

Went to them partially due to being affiliated with Allstate, but also due to how quickly they said they'd be able to get my car in for repair. Dropped off on a Monday afternoon and was told it'd be available the next Monday, picked it up Thursday afternoon. Very happy

Really pleased with the customer support from this place. Good service, easy to work with, friendly front desk,and realistic turnaround time on repairs. Mason the estimator I worked with, left no doubts in my mind that my vehicle was in good hands with his demonstration of knowledge of the business. First off, I d like to thank all the guys for their help at this place. They were friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful. I hit a deer causing pretty bad damage on my front passenger side. They interfaced with the insurance company to get the difference in repair costs from what they sent me, got me in to do the repairs extremely fast, and even finished early. The car looks brand new! I don t typically reviews businesses but this place absolutely deserves one. Not only did they get me in sooner than originally scheduled, but they are very responsive and communicative of the repair progress. Also, fast! The part I needed was in stock, which helps, but I dropped off on a Monday and the car was ready Wednesday. The work done was very good quality as well. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and if I ever need auto body work in the future, I will be going back, no question.

I took my car here back in Dec 2022 as i had no other option. Time was ok, car look really nice when they returned it and then just a few days later the shock absorbers completely broke which means the shop did not ensure mechanic issues were completely resolved before returning my car. They are nice ppl but i dont recommend this place at all. I ended up buying a 2023 Atlas and lost a lot of money on the transition.

Ty and his crew worked on my F350. I needed some rear bumper work. Scheduled the visit and they finished it ahead of schedule!! My truck now looks better than new. Can t say enough. Great place! I was involved in a hit and run and took my 2008 Honda Accord here. They were great right from the beginning. Ty was honest and fought the insurance company when they wanted to put a used part on my car. I would definitely recommend this place! The shop itself appears to be a bit of a work in progress at this time, but don't let this deter you. Ty worked well with my unique needs and was friendly and communicative about ongoing repairs. More work was required than what my insurance originally estimated, but this was handled between the shop and my insurance. No further action was required by from me. The car was returned back to me with no apparent signs of incident and was even cleaner than I left it!
