They fixed my clutch incorrectly, I still paid thousands for it, and now a year later it still rattles often. I tried to get them to do it right and they suspiciously "couldn't get me in" for months... the worst business in my experience, and they tried to say valvoline was "not as good." They're practices are crooked, lazy, and/or not very smart.

Just picked up my car after getting front brake pads replaced, and I m very impressed with how fast they worked! The front guys were friendly and let me know up front what I was looking at price wise, and even went beyond by letting me know about a recall there is on my Toyota! I ll be back for my rear breaks, because it was less than I feared but they let me know I have some time before it s really needed, which I appreciate since most places try to bully you into debt by getting things done that aren t needed right away!Service: Auto brake repair

Bremerton Auto Repair is very expensive and does not provide the value that I would expect for the price. I do not recommend using Bremerton Auto Repair for routine maintenance (tire rotations, oil changes, etc.)I am new to the Bremerton area, and I was looking for a reliable mechanic to perform routine maintenance for our two cars. I wanted to go to a thoughtful, reliable mechanic (not an "instant" oil change shop), and I was willing to pay a premium for better service and a more thorough, detailed look into the condition of my cars. I found Bremerton Auto Repair online, and the reviews looked mostly positive.I expressed these needs/concerns and requested a tire rotation, oil change, and standard 50k mile service. When I picked up my cars, I did not see the value I hoped for. My total came out to $280 for each car ($560 total). This was very expensive (and unexpected) for what amounted to an oil change and tire rotation. I will not be using Bremerton Auto Repair again, and I would not recommend Bremerton Auto Repair to anyone.

Had a flat tire, they fixed it fast since we were headed to a physical therapy appointment. Very helpful.

My husband brought his truck to get repaired and when it was ready for pick up, no one ever called him. When my husband called on the second day to ask if it was ready, they said oh, I m sorry but we forgot your number and had no way to call you. We will never go back to this place again.

In my opinion, this is the best shop in town!! The mechanics have always been kind and honest.My parents took their car to a shop in old town Silverdale and were told they needed a big repair and had numerous smaller issues. They saved money and took the car up to Bremerton Auto, as they have had great service there in the past.The small issues were fixed, and they were told their vehicle was ready. Prepared to pay a large repair bill, they were surprised to hear that there was NOTHING wrong with the part they were told they needed to replace.My parents are in their 70's and could have been taken advantage of like the other shop had attempted. I am so truly thankful for the amazing employees! If you should ever read this, thank you for your integrity and thank you for being so incredibly kind to my family. You are beyond appreciated!!

Charged me 160 to replace a fuel filter and told me it was fixed it broke down 4 hours later, with the same problem it had the first time! So $100.00 tow back to the shop so he could put a five gallon gas jug in it and tell me it was fixed again, I was blown away with the level of blaitent stupidity I had to deal with! After that I took it somewhere else and they actually listened to me and we're able to fix it no problem it wasn't cheep but they were honest and respectful with me and that was a nice change from [Bremerton auto repair] that's for sure!

They are HONEST, fast and give accurate repair times. The local dealerships struggle with this. Harlow doesn't! They are great and amazing and were so helpful and kind to my wife when she dropped off our family van with our 3 kids for a quick repair.Thanks Harlow! You guys are great and always call back so soon!!!

After losing my mechanic and Bremerton auto so close to me, I give them a test to change out my header gaskets, very east job because my Jeep is lifted and its a 79. Well they quoted me $200, and that was a little high for the small job it was. after they were done it went up to $260, and one of me header's were bent (the side that needed help) So I Paid, but never will go there again. After I received my new headers I replaced them and the gaskets in less then an hour. The gasket alone would have been a 1/2 hour. What a HUGE disappointment! I will keep looking for a honest garage....

Friendly courteous service they Did a great job repairing my brakes at a very reasonable price I would definitely come here again for any other problems with my vehicles
