I recently had a rather disappointing experience with B&B Auto Repair, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make informed decisions.My vehicle required some preventive maintenance and repairs, so I decided to take it to B&B Auto Repair based on positive reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the feedback I had heard.Firstly, the repairs conducted by B&B Auto Repair resulted in my vehicle breaking down shortly after leaving the shop, necessitating towing services. This was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about the quality of the work performed.What added to my frustration was the response from the repair shop when I contacted them about the situation. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, I was met with what I can only describe as untrue statements about myself and the cause of the vehicle s problems.This lack of accountability and willingness to shift blame left me feeling both frustrated and disheartened. As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency from any service provider, especially when it comes to the well-being of my vehicle.In addition to the inconvenience of having my car towed again, I had to seek a second opinion from another reputable repair shop to address the ongoing issue. The contrast in service quality and professionalism was stark, further emphasizing the shortcomings of my experience with B&B Auto Repair.In conclusion, my experience with B&B Auto Repair was regrettably negative. I would advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly research their options before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment. It's essential to choose a repair shop that values customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for the quality of their work, attributes that, unfortunately, I did not find at B&B Auto Repair.

I have had B&B handle repair and maintenance for my last four vehicles, spanning foreign and domestic makers. I have always been satisfied with their work, customer service, and the price point they have quoted me. They were even helpful when I was trying to do an engine swap on my own. They are not the only shop I have had to get a feel for the services available in Kitsap county, and would like feeling like my money is helping another party of my family.

I sent a vehicle there because they said they could get me in same day for a no start issue and got it running the following week due to needing to order parts. I knew other work was needed and when the money came in I told them to go ahead and do it.To my surprise I got a quote shortly after that for almost $1,000. I read the quote and instantly thought something was wrong, it was for three broken bolts and three stripped bolts out of six bolts for the intake to be removed.It is an older car so it is reasonable to break a bolt, but not damaging six of them. I went and looked at the damage and there was only one broken bolt and two stripped. When confronted the front desk says they quote what the tech relays is needed.I was absolutely furious that I had been misquoted that big when if they had just told the truth and quoted what was actually needed, I would have probably had the work done.I did get angry at the wrong people, those being the front counter staff. My anger is for the tech that misquoted the work and caused extra damage to the vehicle during disassembly. A ripped hose that could have been prevented by taking the clamps off, spark plug wire (no idea what happened), and the alternator was hanging from its wire resting against the alternator.Lesson learned here, make sure to inspect your vehicle before authorizing any work to make sure that is what it actually needs.

I can't say enough great things about B&B Auto Repair. Their level of customer service, repair work and auto knowledge is amazing. Lena, John and Mieke in the front office will go out of their way to make your repair experience as convenient as possible. The detail and explanation of what repairs are needed and what was done is beyond anything I've experienced. Thank you.

This place came highly recommended on some local forums and I was very, very happy to find they live up to their reputation. They're one of the best service shops I've worked with: friendly employees, easy communication, and great transparency when working with their customers. What stood out most to me was that their tech actually took the time to walk me around my car and explain to me why he was recommending certain things. I'm always leery of shops' recommendations, but having him clearly explain everything to me really put me at ease.To be up front, they probably cost a little more than some "I gotta guy" shops you hear about, but you almost always get what you pay for. I definitely think these guys are worth a few extra dollars for the excellent quality service and honesty & transparency they provide.

Wow, where do I start? These folks treated me so well, not only did they help me with my immediate car emergency but gave me a loaner car to help ease my anxiety, Lena is the best customer service guru. Not only did their team remind me, I actually had a warranty, they fixed the problem and additional problems. I can t stop talking about the great work ethic. Please take your car here you will not be disappointed. They will treat you fairly and not try to bleed you dry. Even though I live in Burien and they are in Bremerton. I will continue to make the drive for the service. It s worth it!

Very professional and speedy. It was recommended by a coworker to use this shop for an issue I was having with multiple misfire codes. Not only did they get the diagnostic done within an hour they picked me up and i was able to have my car for the weekend after it being broken for almost 2 weeks.

Office staff were very friendly and helpful. When I brought the car in they kept me fully informed of the status of the vehicle as it was being repaired. they provided detailed information about repair cost. Communication was fast and accurate and service after I approved the repairs was prompt. They delivered the car to my house in a timely manner. I heard about this shop from a neighbor. After getting my car worked on by them , I wish he would have told me about them sooner. The staff were professional and they did a great job on my car. Total understood my expectations from the start, fast reliable service and kept me informed of the status all the way through until finished. Long block and some noticed service items as they did the work. The way I was treated I wondered if my mechanic thought it was his mom s car. Treated well and outstanding service. Definitely have my new go to shop!

B&B is the best garage. I had an old classic car worked on there. I got awsome suspension upgrades and all new bushings. My 2017 Silverado is being worked on there as well. I usually go to the dealership, but not anymore. The difference is like night and day. They diagnose quick and accurate and I trust them to do excellent work and be honest. This shop does high quality work and has a high integrity....you can trust them and feel good about the work they do. Also, they communicate very well...you never have to wonder whats going on. Feels like a family down there. No need to take my car anywhere else. Excellent shop. I give them the highest possible rating and then some.Service: Engine repair

Totally Awesome at B&B!!! We were worried that our pickup truck air conditioning would be a costly repair but it turned out that it just needed recharging and gave us a huge thrill to see it thanks so much BNB ----Just as recommended to us--- outstanding !

Absolutely would recommend B&B Auto for your auto repair needs. They got me in for a steering issue within a few days, and got the repair scheduled for a few days later. The price was fair, and they even gave me a ride back home. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I took my camper van to another auto show down the road - and they wanted to charge me $1,000 to change a belt - took them all day to try to get the part, and still could not get it. Great place to take a vehicle for maintenance! I ve been bringing cars and RVs here for quite a number of years and am never disappointed. The service is excellent, the front desk is friendly and helpful, and they promptly return calls.

I had a check engine light on and a slight misfire on my motor home. They did a thorough troubleshoot and replaced the spark plugs. After a road test, plugs went bad, but they warranted them out and replaced them. Checked the brakes and found them fine even though another shop told me they needed replaced. The only downside is the price. More expensive than most other shops, but the thoroughness of the troubleshooting and repair are great.

Great experience. Brought in a newly-purchased bus to get a vehicle inspection completed, and the employees were very pleasant to work with throughout the experience. I had a 2 year planned reunion trip and they adjusted their sked to fit me in and complete the repairs to our motorhome. Final price was lower than their estimate. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional people both in the office and in the shop. I have used BnB Auto for 3 years now, and I will continue to call them my preferred partner in all things AUTOMOTIVE! They take great care of their family of clients and have helped me with multiple issues. Last year they helped replace my leather seats when a rodent chewed through my interior. This week they removed a rock from my brakes and replaced the damaged parts, and changed my oil, which was definitely overdue for service. My car is running great and I am grateful. I didn t even need a rental car because they had a loaner vehicle I was able to utilize.
