Outstanding service from these guys. Had a recent operation that doesn't allow me to lift more than 10 lbs for another 4 weeks, but found out I needed new batteries for my pick-up after an unusually cold night. Explained to them the situation and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating. Auto zone will assist with battery installs when you purchase there. Both the lady at the counter that got me the right batteries and the store manger who helped me install them were awesome. Highly recommended. Rare to see that kind of service from auto parts shops. They'll certainly be getting more of my business. Thanks for being professional and for all the help today.

Stopped in today get the oil and filter deal for my Ranger. Sherry helped me and she was amazing. She was friendly, willing to go to the back of the store twice to get filters for me and she was super patient as I used my Apple Pay for one of the first times. Sherry is what customer service is about.

This is the auto zone in East Bremerton hwy 303. Tell me please, what happened to customer service? What exactly are these guys getting paid for? What happened to when a lady comes in and asked for a code to be read from her car and the dude would say, " hey, let me help you with that or let me do that fir you?" Nope, now they hand you this device you never seen before. Tell you to plug it in under your steering wheel and get back to that fantastic game they have on their phone! I am just dumbfounded how things have changed so much. So anyway ladies, if you find an auto part store that still has good customer service skills, especially for us, they completely mechanically declined, then go to them and stay away from this place. We have to teach these kids some manners!!

Well let me see, I believe they do give it their best shot what I have seen the woman's working there are veryKnowledgeable the boys there should think them for the help and training.Me personally I started going to orilies talk to I believe his name is Greag. Coustimer service a plus goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need.

Staff is always nice and very helpful the rewards are nice too, I was a couple dollars short and needed my car parts to get to work and an employee helped me out she said to pay it forward!......thank you

I drove 45 minutes to this location to get a specific part they had in stock. When I got there Rebecca N helped me out. She was amazing. She helped me so much and really made me feel like she was on my side. From now on I ll make the long trip, just to work with her. Thank you, Rebecca!

So far with my experience with this AutoZone, I really like it because they re honest and they re not trying to penny pocket you to death. I also appreciated the different examples and comparisons.

My car alarm keeps going off for some odd reason and I can't get my key to stop it because the key battery is dead. I stopped by here and asked if they sell batteries for my car key. They (meaning there were a total of two employees there) seemed reluctant to help me. One of them literally said "I don't know how to fix it". I explained that it just needed to be unscrewed and I didn't have a screw driver. Then they said that they didn't even have a screw driver that would open up my key..WOW- An Autozone that doesn't even keep a screwdriver on them?? It wasn't even a complicated screwdriver- Literally one you can get at theDollar tree! I can't speak for the rest of the staff but these 2 employees are useless. I will never return.

Standing in line waiting. Managers sees waiting 2 different times. Made direct eye contact. Guy walks in 5 minutes after we have been standing in line. He proceeds to help a guy that just walks in. Never be back.

Manager David was supper helpful with swapping my battery out that was under warranty even though the computer system was already showing that it had been swapped for a new one. Sherry was also helpful in testing my battery and promptly calling me to let me know that it was bad. My experience with this manager and staff has restored my faith in AutoZone after have a few bad experiences when I lived in California.

Every time I come here, they usually have what I need. If not, they're good about helping me get what I need. I've never had a bad experience with these guys. Where as O'Reilly, it's a toss-up if I get the right info or not. At least for me, that is.Overall, I like this location and will come back.

Jason Sexton is so helpful every single time I come here. He and the other guys always, ALWAYS GO above and beyond to help me. I work at night and always have to fix little things on my car on a regular basis. I've never had a auto parts treat me so good and so respectful. They never try to take advantage of me, which always happens at other auto places. They are the BEST, PERIOD!!! Give him a raise!

I had a great experience there. Cory helped me pick out wipers he was so sweet and offered to put them on for me. Unfortunately he was having a hard time and he went and got his manager he referred to her as the wiper queen. She came out and put them on so quick I was so surprised. Great place I will definitely be back!

Best customer service I have encountered on a long time. I went on for wipers blades that manager didn't even ask if I needed help putting them on. He just walked outside with them and did it! Thank you.

We ordered a new transmission ($2500) in May and was suppose to get it in about a week. We waited and waited (over a month 1/2) then we received a phone call that the place that was making the transmission had a fire and they couldn't get the transmission. So they were suppose to refund our visa and it never showed a refund on our account. This is now August and they still have not refunded our money. As of today "they will call us" when they have it resolved. I give these people a absolute "0" rating and i will never recommend them .

If the person on the phone had a bit more attention to detail then I wouldn't have had to make sure specific parts were in my friends order... Instead I had to correct the sales people who already talk to my friend about the parts that they didn't correctly pull by the time I got there...

Very friendly stuff!!! I ordered wrong product for my car and then wanted to return it but I did not have receipt. Manager David helped me finding purchase date which took a lot his time and energy but he found it and helped me to take my money back. Thank you David a lot for your hard working and making every customer happy!!!

I would loved to express my appreciation to Thomas who helped me replace my windshields wipers yesterday. It s was pouring rain but he doesn t hesitated to help me in my grumpy mood. and he checked my car if anything needed. Thank you once again. God bless you all.

I am usually fairly happy with this location, but when I went in today I first noticed one of the employees who was helping customers keep his face mask under his chin, covering nothing but his neck.When I had requested help, the front desk guy could only look at their online store and couldn't provide any assistance beyond that.I don't think I'll go back, ever.

Went in to do a return, place was dead and saw 2 employees working, one was eating an ice cream cone and the other was chatting with what seemed to be a personal friend. I think that this was the only time and only AutoZone I've ever entered where I wasn't greeted immediately. But as I approached the counter the woman who had been eating an ice cream cone come immediately over to help me with my return. We had to look my receipt up from my email and the computer wasn't recognizing the transaction number. But she kept trying and tried a few different ways to find a solution. She was super nice and eventually we were able to get the transaction to go thru it was like there was some sort of network error or something. Other than that glitch it was a very easy painless return.

On February 8, 2021 I needed a new battery for the key fob. So I came in and showed the Jacob the Fob. I said I needed a battery he ever so rudely slammed his finger in the direction of the battery' s I just went in the direction of his finger. I stood there for awhile and I wasn't being helped. So I asked a question about how long am I gonna wait. All I really needed was help installing and finding the right battery. Any who, So instead of asking how I needed help he just stood over at the other register just ignoring me as I stood there waiting for someone to help. Last time I came in for a battery for my key Fob someone helped me right away was very polite and walked me through it. I took my business to O'reilly's and got the help I needed right away and the staff was member was ultra polite.
