Robert did an amazing job installing a fifth wheel hitch on our pickup. We had contacted other installers for estimates, and not only was his price competitive, he seemed much more knowledgeable about the product and didn't include equipment we didn't need. Robert is very personable, and a real pleasure to work with.

Highly recommend Rob s Hitch. Came across big problem with front post of my boat trailer so emailed Rob late one evening, he called me the next morning, and the following day had my trailer at his place. His guy did a great job rewelding the post as well as beefing it up with added support. They painted it up and had me out of there in under an hour and a half. Price was absolutely reasonable, quality of work was excellent, and customer service couldn t have been any better. I ve already let a few friends and family members know about my experience and suggested they call Rob if they ever need any trailer, Hitch or truck accessory work done. 10/10

I was in crunch mode after we purchased a new camper and realized I didn't have a 7 way plug with a charging wire. After calling around to a few places, I was referred to Rob's. He got me in same day on short notice and I'm ready to take delivery in a couple of days. Will definitely recommend and be a repeat customer when the time comes.

Made an appt with Rob to do a safety check on my receiver and electrical hookups. He was thorough and assured me that my setup was proper and ready for towing. Knowledgeable, kind and gracious, I can understand why Rob has outstanding ratings! Take your business here!

To start with, Rob's hitch. Is one of the cleanest shops. His workmen ship is awesome. His products are above the rest. So if you are in the market for anything, tow related. Rob's hitch and trailer in Bonney Lake is your man. His price reflects his quality.

Ridiculously FANTASTIC Hitch Installations!We ve taken about six vehicles to Uhaul for hitch installations in the past, and the last three we had issues with the wiring and constant lightbulbs in the rear turn lights being blown.Of course, it s not Uhaul s fault it never is, but should ve known better. Uhaul employed young girls to install the hitches and splice into OEM wires.So, we ve had Rob install the wiring on two of our vans, and have been absolutely satisfied with the quality of work. { NO ISSUES }

Rob is the man! I was in a pinch getting ready to trailer a Jeep to Moab the next day, but needed help with sway control. I called Rob 45 minutes before he closed (I was 50 mins away), told him what I needed, and he knew exactly what to do, and had all the things/skills to do it. He stayed open late for me to get to him, got me welded up, and 3000 miles later I ve had a successful trip, and way better control over my setup, because of him. This dude is the real deal, don t go anywhere else!

Having just purchased a new 5th wheel and in need of a hitch I searched online for a local shop and came across Rob's. Since his reviews seemed great I decided to call and was greeted by Rob himself who was very professional and explained the options to me. He provided me with a quote that was very competitive and was able to fit me in his schedule within a week. After the install he was very thorough in explaining what he installed and how it all works. Rob is the BEST! We didn t know any differently and were going to install a Curt fifth wheel hitch receiver in the bed of our one ton Denali. I called around to see who might be available and what pricing might be. Thank goodness we discovered Rob and the B&W. We would ve ended up paying more for a less quality product. He had me call eTrailer that day to cancel the Curt delivery. With parts and labor we got a fantastic B&W well under the original price we would have paid. He was incredibly professional, informative, and was able to fit us in right away to install it. Completely worth the 70 mile round trip. Thank you, Rob!!

Brought my hitch to Rob and he had it installed in minutes. I had trouble finding someone near me who would install the hitch I already had and I couldn't do the job myself. Well worth the drive!

I went to Rob to get some work done. They were timely and great to work with. A couple weeks later I had an issue with wiring. I called in upset because I was about to head out on a trip and need the wiring to be operational. Rob very professionally told me that he would help me fix it. He drove 20 min from his shop to meet me and he doesn t even offer mobile services. I was beyond impressed and grateful for his kindness, professionalism and quality work. The error fixed was something that anyone could have mistakenly done. He went above and beyond! I will continue to go to him for any of my auto low voltage needs.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! First they installed my hitch and explained everything about it from A-Z. I then needed Roof rails installed ASAP in order to travel back home. Rob called every place from A-Z for the part and no one had it!!! Just when I thought things were going to turn out bad, Rob created rails for my SUV from steel!!! They tested it out to make sure things were good before they let me go. They totally saved the day!!!! I am FOREVER grateful!!!!!

One call is all it took for us too choose Robs over Torqlift or Camping World. He was friendly and straight forward. Ordering was simple, and they built/installed it quickly. Highly recommend.

Rob installed a tow hitch on my 2016 Honda CRV, which included break light wiring. He replied to my inquiry about price the day I emailed him, which is an incredibly fair price.I arrived and it only took about 45 minutes to install! He has a nice area with comfy chairs while you wait. Rob also is very open about what he is going to do with your car, and shows you how it works when all done. I really recommend this place, you can tell that Rob truly cares about doing a great job!

Robs is great, I asked for 4 axles and Rob got exactly what we needed. They're for our canoe trailers of Muckleshoot Indian Tribe and the axles were perfect. Thanks Rob!!!

Robs hitch is a top of the line hitch and truck accessories shop. Due to great customer service to a friendly atmosphere, I will always go to rob for my hitch and trailer needs. Rob installed a 5th wheel hitch in my truck and went above and beyond when doing so. He made sure that when I left, I had a solid connection to my 7 way plug in, and that my wiring to my brake controller was correct. This saved me a lot of headache as I was having problems with my trailer lights and brake controller previously. I was able to leave Robs hitch in confidence that I would have a safe and steady towing experience. He does quality work in a timely manner. The clean and cozy waiting room made for a comfortable place to watch television while my 5th wheel hitch was being installed. Thanks rob, You re the man!

I had ordered a Drawtite tow hitch for my 2016 Mazda CX-9. I researched carefully and was told my purchase should definitely fit the vehicle. The first place I tried started the job and then told me the whole bumper would have to come off and would disrupt sensors, etc. so they did not complete the job. I turned to Yelp and asked for 3 quotes. Rob got back to me the same day with an estimate for the job. I then followed up to make sure the hitch I had ordered would fit. He took the part number and then checked to be sure. Today I arrived at the appointment time and he was very prompt in installing the hitch. Less than 20 minutes! I was able to wait outside in a comfortable canopy for the job to be done. He explained what he had done and what the limits of the hitch were to be sure I understood all the details. I really appreciated his prompt professional service and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had an aftermarket hitch and factory wire loom installed on a BMW. The fact that this business has a perfect 5.0 is indication of the experience I had. The work done was outstanding, with little details handled and information relayed that was above and beyond what I expected, at a price that was well worth what it cost. Couple that with ease of scheduling, completion the same day, and fit/finish that was absolutely top notch. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Rob did a great job custom fabricating a step up hitch receiver for me. It turned out great and allowed me to tow a car with my RV and carry my e bikes at the same time. He knew that I was leaving for a camping trip and made sure it was done in time for the trip. Friendly and professional, what more could you ask for?

I had a tonneau cover and running boards installed on my 2018 Silverado. I can only say that the jobs were done to perfection. Rob does excellent work and his customer service is second to none. You don't find craftmanship like this very often any more. I would highly recommend Rob's without any hesitation.

If you want any a hitch, tow bar, or any trailer assembly done with high quailty use Rob s Hitch & Trailer. From the first call every thing went exactly as was promised. Quick responses from email and texting and fast and prompt service. This guy knows what he s doing. I ve used a lot of RV servives for my Motor needs and Rob was able to order parts for the vehicle I wanted to tow and within a day he had everything completed and it looks amazing and actually perfect. And Rob has a high level of integrity too! Thanks Rob for the great work and customer service! Steve

Rob was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful with finding the best hitch solution for me. He custom ordered me a hitch component for me, and then I decided on a different trailer requiring a different hitch configuration. I offered Rob a restocking fee but he refused to take it - he's an honest and genuine small business owner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Really glad I found Rob! not only were his prices awesome but he was able to install my hitch in less than an hour. Great service and communication! I will be coming back to get my trailer serviced and a couple recovery hooks added to my SUV :)

These guys took good care of me. They are very professional, and did quick service. Plus they also make sure to go over the job with you, and they have a simulated trailer hook up to show you that everything is working as it should. Thank you guys, I will definitely recommend the work you do.
