This O'Reilly location in Bonney Lake is amazing hands down. It has the best customer service. Degan made the experience seamless and great. He assisted with my front car lights and license plate concern. We will never go anywhere else for auto parts. It makes a difference when your employees makes the trip to auto store the best! Thanks!!!

I had an issue with my vehicle for 2 months. No one could figure it out period. My man Christian spent 5 minutes of his time and fixed the problem without even me asking him! Another guy even came and helped as well! What a group of great guys! The store is awesome

It was okay as always they pretty much have whatever you need but for some reason every O'Reilly's is always more concerned about what the person needs then selling something since the person in front of me only had questions since every part that he wanted O'Reilly's didn't have and then he had to check out every other possible part that could have been even though every part that he did get was only base minimum price needless to say if you're in a hurry don't stop by this place otherwise they're great

Staff can be much better. They acted as tho they were so busy to pull a part down from the shelf said to me they couldn't grab the part I needed bcuz it was busy and they didn't have time, that statement was not true, I arrived to get the part I need, there were 4 associates working , one was just walking back and forth swinging whatever he had in his hand around his finger , there was only 2 customers buying parts, and when I asked for the part I needed the guy who got the part took about 3 steps back where the shelf that hold parts are located and it took all of 3 minutes to find, so to be told they were too busy to stop and look for a part and pull it down from the shelf, was a lie, and besides that is their job, doesn't matter if they have to look for the part and pull it down when I come in to buy something compared to finding the part while I'm on the phone makes no difference, and the computer/cash register shows/locates where the item/part is, indicates exactly where it is located so all the hard work is done for them!! So to lie and be rude is not acceptable, if O'Reilly wants to stay in business then hire adults not kids, adults that take their job seriously and not some snot nose kid walking around swinging a rope on his finger acting as tho he is better then the customer. Like my dad would have said, that kid couldn't find his way out from a wet paper sack. So do better in all areas or lose buisness.

Knowledge could be better. This location could use some training if they provide any. I do not blame the staff. It's not easy having a very broad range on so many manufacturers at once.

Pretty good inventory. Have a BMW and love to work on it myself and they have had everything so far. Was really impressed they had an OEM thermostat and housing. They have a great assortment of rental tools and ODB II code reader. Makes quick work of codes and easy to clear system. Knowledgeable staff and what they did not know they were willing to listen and help out. Looking forward to using your services in the future.

The gentleman who helped me here was so patient with me I m a woman I don t know what do hickeys are on a car for goodness sake s he not only discovered what my do hickey was but found the part I needed which of course came in two pieces that each had to be found individually I think he spent 45 minutes with me finding exactly what I needed and he was an absolutely rock star! I highly recommend this location for its outstanding customer service

I wanted to buy parts but there were probably 20 people waiting to be checked out and only 2 employees doing their best. After waiting a good 10 minutes and not making any progress, I put my stuff back and went somewhere else. Why can't 1 employee just focus on ringing people up when it's that busy?

The parts person was terrible and couldn't even bother to help me look for the part in the store or look it up in their system. He just pointed to the back wall and said it was over there.I looked it up online and showed it was in stock but I couldn't find it. Don't wasteyour time going here they lack the skill of knowing or knowledge of what an auto parts counter persons job is.

The staff at O Reillys are so helpful, always so responsive, knowledgeable and kind. It s really nice that they don t charge you for a diagnostic test. That s a great company policy to have these days with everything so expensive.

Staff was so helpful and very patient!! It was a great service experience and I would come back for all part needs!I had to replace my battery and the store staff tested my old battery right there in the parking lot!! Then helped me switch out the old one for a new one on-site! (So I did not have to make two trips and bring back the old battery for the $22 credit) It was very helpful as my car wouldn't start unless we did.Thank you Oreillys for being so customer service oriented!!

They had a hell of a time trying to figure out how to use there own alternator tester. Didn't seem to have an overbearing sense of knowledge amongst there employees!

The manager Balinda, sold my son the wrong spark plug. Pretty pathetic when a manager can't get the correct spark plug or she's so desperate to make a sell that she will sell the wrong part to a 19yr old kid. When I went in for the correct part the kid at the counter told me they only had 2 in stock but 12 in Sumner I asked for them to be sent to BL for next day pick up, literally 5 times he told me that Sumner was just down the hill. He finally stopped harassing me about going to Sumner to pick it up after I told him that I know where Sumner is I've lived here for 42years and it's my time and gas and I have a truck to fix and dinner to make. And only to discover when I got home he sold me the plug that wasn't gapped. I went to AutoZone and had a much better experience told them about O'Reilly's and they said they get people in there saying the same thing that they have no customer service skills.

O'Reilly's in Bonney Lake usually has what I want. That's why they get five stars. However, today I went in for a serpentine belt for my 2019 Silverado and they said they didn't carry it. Odd. However, they typically have what I want and have good customer service.

Hunter was very professional and sweet. He rang me up and said he would help me try to fix my air conditioning unit it was the last can in the store. Hunter came out to my truck and thank goodness he fixed my ac. You have a diamond right in front of you.This is being relayed to corporate. Hunter is awesome.Thanks Debra.

Fine, when they're open for their posted hours of business. Entirely inadequate when they close -- and I mean dark, completely vacant closed -- well before "closing" time. Maybe just don't post your hours online nor hang them on your door?

I ve had some great experiences with the staff at this store. When I had to return a battery purchased at a different location, they made the exchange with ease. They ve also been very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance finding the right parts. They ve earned my loyalty with this stellar customer service.

Dummies sold the chains I put on hold 15 mins before I arrived. Asked if I could pay for them to hold and they told me they would pull off the shelf and took my name. Glad they screwed up was able to go buy from a superior establishment just down the road. Auto Zone had what I needed and now I know there isn t much of a requirement to get a job at o reilly, maybe just a color by numbers application.

Bad experience with an older lady behind the counter, rude impatient, helpless could care less about my vehicle needs. Probably needs to check her hearing cause she wanted my to yell what I needed. Also signs in the store requesting customers to wear a mask, she wasn t wearing one at any point during my visit.Where did decent customer service went ???Are theses employees taking breaks they act tired and displeased to see clientele.

Not helpful in the least bit. On hold for over 10 minutes just to be second guessed and left waiting 4 days for parts I told him the condition of my car and what I was needing no advice or anything I've been to places where they are helpful suggested buying the whole addition of my equation..they fell short on service but go orileys
