Called in to make an appointment for someone to look at my parking brake. Get there, leave my car for an hour, they come back say everything is looking good. "What about the parking brake?" "Oh you have to make an appointment for us to look at that specifically"... That's what this appointment was for, but I appreciate the free safety check.

Came here for a quote to replace my tie rod. Guy comes back and tells me it s not the tie rod that s a problem it s my struts. Ask him why there s grease all over the bottom of my tie rod. Has no clue that there was grease on it and just says yeah it s because your struts are leaking. Get home. Pull the tire off and after five minutes of work notice there s a crack in the boot.Supervisor made excuses for his guy on the phone. No attempt to make it right for wasting my time.Might use Schwab in the future but definitely never coming back here. Unethical or incompetent techs.

They did a great job, I noticed that we had a low front tire and I didn't want to chance the long drive home low. So we went to this Les Schwab tire to get some air. It was getting close to their closing for the day. They quickly put air in the tire which was all I asked for.He then asked me if I had time to do a flat repair also. This again nearing closing time.I told them not if it would make them have to get off work late. He explained it was no problem and its better to be safe than sorry.So they took the car right in and did the repair in maybe 10 minutes. He then gave me a quote for new tires since they were getting old. And off course this repair was free of charge. We really appreciate the help they provided and I would definitely recommend this store. Excellent service with a great attitude and a smile.Thanks again

Absolutely horrible customer service. Spent thousands here, latest issue they come out and won t install tires because the rating is over the rim capacity. They sold me the tires and rims and the other 6 trailer tires were already mounted. This was the last two. Went here to get air checked in a trailer tire. The valve stems were lined up so he said they couldn t check it, which made no sense because they mounted them and the pressure gauge didn t even touch the valve stem. Absolutely horrible manager and customer service. Will never go back and going to spread the word. Hopefully the sales drop in this store and the manager is held accountable.

I would have left "0" stars for this tire center if it would let me.I care for my husband with stage 4 cancer that is now in his bones.I called and asked if they would donate a tire t so I could get my dwindling 80 lb husband to UW appts.The assistant manager Chris told me to come in and they would help me.I am new to Bonney Lake and I know no one.I had to ask my one friend I have to bring me in and he took time to help me.We took my wheel and tire in and Chris backed out of what he told me yesterday. If I could get to Belfair les Schwab Dan, the manager would have helped us out for sure.Chris needs to learn what common human decency is and should also be reconsidered for his position.What a let down I am very disappointed i

This store is the best. Always so kind and easy to work with. The best part, when our tires are low on our cars or even our trailer this is our stop. We pull up and someone always comes running out to help us to fill our tires up for free. It's our go to place!

They fixed my wife s tire for free so took my car in to have mine patched and had them rotate my tires not knowing they didn t charge me till I picked my car up. Very Happy will be purchasing my tires from them for sure.

I was hesitant to take my 1959 ElCamino to Les Schwab for an alignment because I thought I needed a specialty shop due to such an old car. Well when I called to inquire the gal said she was unsure if they could do it and transferred me straight to the mechanic Henry. In talking with him he sounded like he really knew what he was doing so I made an appointment. Boy did he know what he was doing. He explained everything to me and also gave me more information on what my car might need after me asking questions. VERY pleasant, obviosly extremely knowledgeable mechanic. I went out of the shop very satisfied and have talked up this shop to several of my friends with old cars. My car runs down the road like a dream- 1000 % better than it did. Everyone that I encountered in this Les Schwab were awesome. Thank you!You!!

We visited this Les Schwab when we got a flat tire on our road trip. They were incredibly friendly and provided us with quick service and great recommendations. Very professional and handled unforeseen circumstances well, have knowledge of what they do. Would highly recommend!

I called on a Friday to see if I can get my Jeep lifted. They had the kit ordered and in and started work on my Jeep Monday morning and finished Wednesday morning Great work and it looks great.

Made an appointment 12 days ago for brakes.. they called after we had already dropped the car off and I had taken time off work and was informed they forgot to order the parts. Called me back after they were able to source parts and came back with a new estimate $340 more than the original estimate. $894 estimate for back brakes.. will be going to the VW dealership where same service was $610.

I absolutely love the crew at the bonney lake Les Schwab. They always send me home feeling safe in my vehicle. They will repair your tire if you have a flat and it's repairable for free. They will also check out your vehicle if you hear or feel anything out of the ordinary free of charge! Great job guys!

Always there with a smile and professionalism they have kept me on the road for some 45 years. I bought GOODYEARS once. And paid over 100 dollars for things Les does for free.

Customer service was great for early on a Monday morning. Reasonable rates on a large tire swap out. Will update after job is done. Multiple sizes and specific rotations are requirements so we'll see how they do.Update: they did a great job. There are so many people involved I'm not going to mention anybody in specific but everybody did an awesome job. Greatly appreciated.And on a side note it is a good idea to make an appointment this place is extremely busy I was very fortunate to be in and out so fast.

Disappointed to leave this review. I understand trying to up sell and making the most of every opportunity.But came in and needed my tires rotated and balanced. Thats all.When we went to pick it up they didn't do anything to the truck and instead was dead set on selling me new tires which was unnecessary. BUT let's say it was necessary to get new tires. .. they didn't mark where it was supposedly bad nor could they prove it.Unfortunately my trust is broken and won't be back.

Never honors their warranty. There's always a loop-hole. They'll disregard you needing a wheel alignment just to get you out of there but will try hard to sell you new brakes instead (when not needed.) Anything they can do to squirm out of honoring something. Also labeling my vehicle suspension modified when clearly stock. LASTLY one day my cars a 2015 then magically a 2017....cant get model year right either. Andrew is a snake.

July 3,2023. Blew out a tire. Bonney lake service man came out to fix it where I called another Les swab before Bonney lake . Got turned down told to call insurance company to have towed in. Bonneylake Les Schwab came out to help they save the day. I was very greatful for the service given. Will no longer do any more business in Enumclaw best is go to Bonneylake where they will come out to your residence when needed. This was a great day and getting tire fix with a caring staff that understands

Awesome group of knowledgeable people who will be the only Les Schwab store I buy new tires and suspension products from for my 2021 Nissan Titan that s liftedI only trust them to work on my suspension too. Very knowledgeable on lifted suspensionsThey ordered and installed Bilstein shocks all the way around. Love the ride quality !Christopher Bragg

This place was recommended by a client from where I work. I called and told them about my flat tire, they came as soon as they were free to take a look at the tire and put in air so I'd be able to drive over to their shop. It was a 3hr wait in the shop cuz they were super busy but I understand now why they have such a great reputation. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up, for FREE! I was blown! After so many times being taken advantage of and overly charged every time I'd go get something done, I honestly didn't think someone could do anything for you for free. Glad they have many other locations near my house, I wont go anywhere else.

I had the tire pressure light come on, I went to Les Shwab to have them fill up my tire, they got it taken care of right away young man filled them up with air and sent me on my way! On the way home the pressure light come right back on and in the morning we had a flat again! My husband filled it and I went back to them in the morning. They got me right in and taken care of patched the tire and sent me on my way! I was very happy with the customer service that I received they could have had me wait all day but they took it right in patched the tire and cared about my safety, this is a company that I have had an account with since we moved to the area in 1999, I am happy that I am in good hands at the Bonney Lake Les Shwab!

My mom got a flat tire on the way to pick up my son up from school and Christian at this location got her back on the road really quick so my son wouldn't be stuck. They really went above and beyond to take care of her and I'm beyond pleased with the service they provide here.Thank you Bonney Lake Les Schwab, and an extra special thank you to Christian for being such a great guy.

My son had you put new tires on his car. A couple months later when we checked the brake pads,The lug nuts were so tight my impact at 150psi couldn't break them loose. It took everything I had with a breaker bar to get them loose. Absolutely NO excuse to tighten anything that tight! Ever heard of a torque wrench? We won't be back.

I got a TPMS light on my way to Buckley and when they checked my pressures, they found a screw in my tire. Sasha repaired it for me without an appointment and the woman at the front desk was kind and took great care of me. I can t thank them enough for keeping me safe on the road!

Excellent service, Christian found 8 tires for my coach in a very difficult market and Eric installed all eight in less than two hours on a cold December day. These folks are great, this is the second time I ve bought new tires from my coach from this store and they are excellent. Thanks for a great service!
