I brought my car in for a very bad engine noise. I didn t have an appointment but they were very accommodating with letting the tow company drop off my car and letting me know they would get to it in a day or two. They were able to diagnose the use quickly and sent a detailed report of the problem as well as some other potential issues. After getting the approval for the work they were able to get the parts ordered and the work fixed with 48 hours. Seth was very professional and helpful through out this entire process.

Over charged me for radiator. Charged me for par I already installed. Another auto repair shop fixed the things they did wrong for free. Told me I had multiother issues with vehicle. When another shop looked at my car it was not true. They told me I had 3 seperate things wrong. It was 3 different was of saying the same thing. Do not go here. Especially if u are a female!!!!!

Our Ford Explorer died in the Target parking lot Friday night on the weekend before New Year's. Called a local Ford dealership for help; they said they couldn't get to it for 5 weeks. Called Ernie's and they said they could look at it immediately. Got it towed there after hours and left the keys on the drop box. Ernie's called first thing in the morning with their assessment and hoped to have it to us by Jan. 2 (b/c of the holiday weekend). We were astounded that they called later that day for us to pick it up. Fast, reasonable, great communication ... very happy with Ernie's.

Ernie s Automotive were very honest! They called the dealership to see if I had an extended warranty on my injectors, and I did! I had no idea, they saved me $4k I will be back for future maintenance! Thank you guys!!

Excellent work, great staff. Very detailed assessment of my vehicle and the cleanest facility I have ever taken a car for service. I recommend and would go to them for future work! Plus the loaner car was a life saver ... and ran great

Our car started overheating, so we checked the coolant and it was low. We get regular tune-ups and oil changes and watch our fluids, so this was somewhat of a surprise. After filling up on coolant a couple of times, we decided to take our car to Ernie's Automotive. We called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday. Within a couple hours of dropping our car off we had an email with pictures and diagnostics for our vehicle. By the end of the day, we had our car back with a new radiator and a price that was on the medium-low end of our pricing research. The service was fantastic. They're taking COVID-19 seriously too. They've cordoned off the main area and have signage to keep distances. Thanks for the great service, Ernie's Automotive.

Fixed the issues in a timely manner but the price was a bit high with $350 in diagnostic charges even though the inspection is suppose to be free and I had already diagnosed issues myself.

I cannot say enough good things about Ernie's! I trust them to take care of my vehicles without any deception of any kind. Being a female and by myself that is huge in my book! Ernie s is my go to place for all of my vehicles. I recently took my Toyota Highlander there when the check engine light came on. Seth, the service representative kept me informed about what was wrong with my vehicle. I received a comprehensive report with pictures of all the maintenance checks they had done to throughly checkout my vehicle. They found the problem was a defective vacuum hose. They also recommended a flush of the steering fluid system. I was very pleased with the quality of service and customer care that Seth gave. Nice people, they fixed our ford f150 truck and charged reasonably. They charge a flat diagnostic fee ($199) where other shops (Midas) charge $169 an hour.. We will be back in the future.

My daughter's truck broke down. I'm a mechanic myself, but didn't have the time to look at it. I started searching online and came across Ernie's Automotive. I'm a big fan of reviews and after reading the reviews for the shop I decided to call. The guy on the phone was very professional and took down everything I knew about what was going on. He gave me a quote for a diagnostic, and even gave me the number to a reasonable towing company.After inspecting the truck, they diagnosed a bad fuel pump, and also noted that the ball joints were getting bad. My daughter couldn't afford do have the ball joints done, but had them replace the fuel pump. They gave her a very reasonable quote and there were no "surprise additional costs". The truck is running great and she had it back within a day of the diagnostic. It's a refreshing change to deal with a professional, honest business!! I ve been a mechanic for 45 yrs, can t work on this stuff anymore. That being said Ernie s does it right and reasonable prices too! They have the people with the expertise and the equipment to do it all. Customer service was excellent. There was a mixup on my appointment and they took care of me anyway. Service on my vehicle was excellent. There is no reason to go anywhere else to get my car service. I found my place!

The service was professional and friendly. The shop waiting room is so unique. It was nice to walk into an auto repair shop that didn't have dirty floors, gum stuck to the wall, and disgusting bathrooms. Ernie's place was like being in a cozy cabin. I enjoyed the Waiting Room Newsletter and loved the signs (we won't mention a certain horrible Governor's name here, haha). I'd recommend Ernie's 100%.Service: Auto maintenance

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer and technician service I received when I brought in my SUV. Their professionalism, expertise and knowledge were beyond what I typically experience when dealing with service related companies. They were on point with the quote and finished the work needed ahead of projected schedule! I will forever take all my cars to Ernie's for needed repairs. If you are local to the area, choose them for your repairs too and if out of the area.... worth the drive!!Service: Engine repair

Working with Jeremiah I found the shop to be above and beyond my expectations. The work was done quicker then expected and far more comprehensive then I have ever seen. Each system component [of engine diagnosis] was included with photographs and precise measurements. A special brake part (I requested) is back ordered by manufacturer; but so far Ernie s has exceeded my expectations.
