Came in to get new summer tires on separate rims and everything was perfect. Tim communicated well and set timeline expectations accurately. I will be back for all of my future tire purchases!The best part was watching Tim (a manager) handle a difficult and upset customer. Tim was calm & cool despite the anger being directed at him. He got to the root of the issue, diffused the customer, who came to his senses and apologized to Tim. That is leadership at it's best.

I have purchased several sets of tires for various vehicles at the location. Every time I have gone in the service was excellent and efficient allowing me to get back on the road fast. The prices are competitive and there price match process is very simple if you do find a lower price.

Fast, friendly, and very affordable. They do an amazing job and are very reliable. They offer a very cheap tire warranty with free repair and tire rotation that I've personally used multiple times. They are the best place to buy tires.

Made an early (930a) appointment to get tires replaced, they initially said that it would take 2hrs give or take, they came out and approached us and changed it to 45min to an hour "guaranteed" since we had an appointment.After an hour and fifteen we checked in and let them know we'd like a real honest estimate and the advisor proceeded to tell us "definitely within the next 30mins"We left right under 2.5hrs.I always kick myself when I don't go to a small business for auto and tire repairs and this is no exception. Next time I'll pay the extra fifty ish dollars for good service.

Great customer service. Cheapest prices I could find. Got all 4 of my tires changed out and put on in less than a hour. Sent me a courtesy text and a phone call to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up.

I love this location especially, I only come here because as a female not knowing much for cars I ve had bad experiences in other tire shops and when I come to discount tire they treat me with respect and they are honest. Don t mention they have best prices in the area. Thanks Discount tire for training your employees well. And TY PABLO!

Clown show! I called to arrange getting my tires rotated on my 2018 Ford Transit Van. They told me that they could do it (25 ft van, 11 ft tall and its a dually). Got there and the manager didn't think he could handle it...too big a of a rig. Jeez. you're a tire shop. How do you stay in business?

Have been here recently for 2 different cars and the service was exceptional. Both times with minimal wait. One car has nice gloss black wheels and I was concerned about the paint getting scratched with the installation of low-profile tires (has happened before). Austin took extra care while working with my wheels and they came out as good as they went in. He was also very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing a TPMS issue. Thank you.

I was not happy at all with my last visit. We shopped for tires for 2 weeks before deciding to go with Discount. I ordered the tires and paid for them on line with my Discount Tire Card. When my tires arrived I made an appointment for 0845 the following Monday. I arrived at 0840 and approached a guy at the counter but was told to wait. So I did. A couple of minutes later the same guy calls out my name...then the fun started. I was told I needed to pay for the tires. I tried to explain that I already did, but was told it wasn't in their system. So we ran my card and the transaction was declined. I was told it was my issue and I needed to resolve it. So I called the 800 number to find the transaction was declined because I was near my credit limit, because I had already been charged for the tires. One kid had to be told by another kid, that he should call and get it resolved not me. So after another 5 minutes it's all cleared up. Then I am told, well there's one customer in front of you now so it will be an hour or so. Not at all happy.

Discount tire always make it soooooi easy to stop in, get new tires get my pressure checked. Get the warranty for all tires you buy in case the manufacturer or yourself runs over nails. Saved me thousands in tire replacements over the past ten to twelve years!!!!

Will say they take walk-ins but do yourself a favor and make an appointment. If you come in as a walk-in they will say it's a 2 hour wait and once the 2 hours is up they will add another 2 hours in wait time because they have appointments. It is NOT first come first serve. They will say it is but it is not and they will give you the run around. So save yourself the time. Even with an appointment you will still have to wait 2 hours. Hopefully they figure out a better system soon.

Called to schedule an appointment for an alignment. Spoke with Brandon he comfirmed same day for a 10 am appointment. Stating it would take between an hour and an hour and a half to completeSo I packed my son up and arrived at 9:45. We waited until 11 am and noticed my car was still in the same spot an hour after appointment start ing time.I then went up to the front desk and found out that it will be another hour atleast. Because the appointmemt was never scheduled. Big waste of timeWas a loyal discount tire.Ps. I think Daniel was awesomeThat's why I added a star

Best experience ever ... Les Schwab who?Ordered tires online over the weekend and made an appointment for the following Saturday. During the week, I received phone calls with very short voice-mails (super appreciate how short they were and no BS and no need to call them back) about my order.Saturday morning came and I waited in my car. Others waited at the front door and they were skipped over as a representative came to me first as I had an online appointment.Install only took 30min and I was on my way quick!!! Best experience ever!!!

Brody and his team were very helpful. Came in with my spare on because nails popped my back tire. They helped me find 2 new tires for my rears and said the fronts still look pretty good so I don t need to replace them quite yet. Was only in store for about 40 minutes with an appointment. Had me back up and running smoothly :)

My story may not seem believable to you, but this happened to me personally. Today I was denied a tire rotation (in Bonney Lake) due to incorrect wheel protection measurements. Young guys use a trick during use (running the scanner unevenly over the surface of the wheel) when they want to access the service provided. When selecting independent experts who work for the same company, but work in Puyallup, I was not shown this service. Just a few hours earlier, he had contacted the tire department at Costco and the worker found no reason to refuse this service. Moreover, the tread wear indicator is located at a lower level of the wheels in contact with the road surface. In any case, it is recommended to carefully prepare a place for buying wheels with service for your car, where there are people with many years of experience and knowledge of basic parameters. It is recommended that both managers and front desk staff (in the Bonney Lake) undergo retraining to avoid legal costs from customers.I appreciate the guys in Puyallup, good customer service.

Updated: upgrade from one to three stars. I was finally able to get this resolved. Unfortunately my husband had to call which kind of pisses me off, but I was able to get it in. After some discussion and explanation that I just want to be able to drive with people in my back seat, preserve my tires, and that I never had this problem before the new wheels were put on, I was able to get replacement wheels. They are much better! They did under fill three of my tires but I don t even care about that- I filled them myself at home. Much better than filling to 81 PSI! Still a little irked that my husband had to call and that I had to go back more than once to have them make it right, but they eventually did. I also got a follow up call today to make sure everything was satisfactory which I appreciated.Not a happy customer. I took my car in to get new wheels because one of my original stock wheels had cracked and was beyond repair. Found a set I liked but they could not get them in for at least a month. The salesman looked and said there was a set that was identical except had a slightly wider profile that he thought would work just fine that he could get in about a week. He went and looked at my car, which is lowered (not with coil-overs) and said that the wheels would be fine, just a little wider stance. I was ok with that. He ordered them and they were there in a week. Brought the car in for my appointment. I was there for 4 hours. For some reason, they didn t have the tools for the lugs that went with the wheels and had to go to a competitor down the street to buy them. I m glad they did that, but that took a lot of extra time for something they should have been prepared for. Finally finished, I leave and drive about a mile and my tire pressure sensor alarm comes on saying my rear tire was at 81 PSI! I take it back just as they were closing and the guy looks at me like I m stupid and tells me my sensor is probably wrong (I m a female if you hadn t guessed by now). I said well it was right 4 1/2 hours ago, so ? They check it and SURPRISE- it s at 81 PSI. They corrected it down to 41 where it was supposed to be and I left. As I m driving I notice that the tires (Continentals which I had just purchased about 2 months earlier) were rubbing. I decide to drive home and call them in the morning as they were closed for the night by this time. I made another appointment for about a week later (maybe two) as I work full time (plus) and that was my first availability. When I bring it back, the manager looks at my car and says basically it s my fault because it s lowered and there s nothing he could do. He tells me to find a body shop that will roll my fenders out. On my Mercedes. Ok, upset, I left. I call around - there are no body shops that I can find that are willing to roll out fenders - and honestly I didn t feel like I should deface my car because Discount Tire gave me wheels that don t fit. I really think they should have exchanged the wheels they sold me and gotten me into different wheels that actually fit. Now my tires are worn and need replacing even though they are still fairly new and still have a lot of miles on the warranty. I don t want to keep throwing money out because of an error they made in telling me the wheels would work for my lowered car. Their website says that they will work to help correct any problems. Yeah nope, that is not true - at least not for me. I even mentioned it on Twitter and got a response right away saying they would look into it and try to make it right and that I just had to compete a contact form. I was feeling hopeful and completed the form. It has been almost two weeks and I have not heard anything. Will now be taking my car to the competition and buying (hopefully) the correct wheels there (since they obviously had the parts to install them as well.)

I would not recommend that you buy tires or wheels from this location. I will give you some background information on why I cannot recommend this shop. I bought 4 tires for my truck nearly 2 months ago and had a very positive experience. This led me to refer my friend to this location for his new tires which he spent $1500 on. In the installation process they popped one of the studs on his rotor that the lug nuts go on. The employee then went on to tell my friend that it they were not liable and he should go down the road to have it fixed. I will add that this happened on a fairly new truck that had no rust. It is disappointing they treated him like this because they lost my future business, his future business, and anyone that asks for my advice on where not to shop. I am advising my friend to contact discount tire corporate and will also urge him to file a complaint with the BBB and attorney's general office if this is not resolved. I will finish by saying I had a good experience here, and that I have no qualms about other discount tire locations.

I last minute really needed new tires. I called, pulled up in 5 minutes after calling, paid, walked to the sonic next door. I pressed the order button and waited a few minutes I got a text from discount tire. All of my tires were replaced before Sonic even took my order. I was shocked. My tires look great and I have 10 year protection plan for a great deal.

The website is easy to use. They get tires to the retail store quickly and installation is always fast and professional. They inflate the tires and torque the lug nuts to proper specs, taking care of the details enthusiast owners care about. Their prices are also very competitive. I always shop around and with the admittedly enthusiast tires I buy, no retailer has been within $50 per tire out the door. Part of this is giving the customer the choice of purchasing road hazard protection instead of wrapping it into the price of the tire and realizing extra profit as some other companies do. Overall, Discount Tire does a great job!

These guys are great! They answer ALL your questions and get you the very best tire for your needs at a GREAT value! I highly recommend them over any other tire shop company on the market! Thanks CJ!Update: Rode these new tires up to Crystal and they performed perfectly! Great traction, super quiet, and an amazingly smooth ride! I haven't owned Coopers since I was 17, but CJ was right. These are some great tires!

Quick, helpful and friendly, I have used this company many times for my tire needs. I was able to utilize the Thanksgiving discounts when purchasing a new set of tires. They provided me with clear options and no pressure sales. I was able to get an appointment set within 24 hours of my purchase. The tires are great!
