Bonney Lake Collision 1 is the number #1 body shop to go to! Absolutely professional and did an outstanding job on my truck. Kindra Crumley went out of her way and took care of my needs after my son had a fender bender in my Silverado. Bryan also took his time with the appraisal and made sure that everything was thoroughly fixed and replaced. Truck looks brand new again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was super friendly and professional. They replaced and painted my rear bumper, and it looks great! Even better than before the accident!

Bonney Lake Collison has done a fantastic job reparing my Suburban that sustained a non life threatening injury during hunting season in Oct from a 6.5PRC round.

I had mixed feelings about this place before using them however, in the end,I'm glad we did. I'll preface my comment by sharing that I have an acquaintance that knows the shop and its employees very well.( found out after I got a quote) She had some not-so-nice things to say about their attitudes and personalities but, she said they did really good work. Additionally,I could not find them listed as an accredited business on the Better Business bureau's website nor are they a preferred provider for the insurance company we went through. We were nervous.. They had already provided our quote and I had already submitted the documents so, we went out on a limb and did business with them. We were rear-ended in our new SUV and needed a new back lift door and a few other things. They took care of everything! They arranged to have a rental car delivered to the shop, we dropped off our vehicle and a week later it was done. There were no hassles, no issues with additional labor or parts, no delays because of Covid. They said 7-10 days and they kept their word. Cannot tell we were ever rear ended.. Would absolutely use them again.

DO RESEARCH OTHER PLACES BEFORE YOU COME IN!!!!!! Im not the type to leave reviews but I just needed to say I went in for a quote on the tiniest scratch of paint on my vehicle and I was was given the most atrocious quote possible most likely because I m young with a nice newer car. Shane was the one who helped me with my quote and wrote me for $3900 but compared to bigger well known shops I was given an average quote of around $800-$1000 for my specific problem. Point is don t settle for one shop when there s plenty better for cheaper ALWAYS PRICE MATCH!!!!

Been a customer 4 or 5 times here, but that didn't matter.Made an appointment with Bonney Lake Collision 1 in October and they were booked out to January, then they refused to do the repair after I've been waiting for almost 3 months for the appointment.I call in December to confirm the appointment, no response or call back.Call again January 3 to confirm the appointment, they finally get back to me the next day and say "Sorry we're not going to do the job, changed our minds we don't like your insurance company. You need to start over. So I'm another 90 or so days without being able to use this car.HISTORY:I called them on Dec 21st. No Answer so Left a voice mail - no returnCalled again the next day. No AnswerCalled January 3rd - they answer and say they'll get right back to me. They don't return the call until the next day. Finally get back to me January 4th and tell me to pound sand, we don't like your insurance company. This is a big repair, shops are out about 60+ days. So because of their sub-par business practices it's going to be another 60-90 days without a drivable car - about 6 months in total when it's all doneI even talked to the owner Gary Stamps and he just laughed it off. Zero concern for their major slip up and inconvenience.

They fixed a car of mine about 8 years ago and did a fantastic job. Went to them earlier this year to get a front end collision on my Tundra fixed, looked really good asthetically, but...1. They did not bolt my skid plate back on, just left it hanging by by the two little tabs that it hangs on while you bolt the skid plate on. Good thing it didn't fall off!! I had to buy bolts at Home Depot and make my own spacers to replace what they didn't put back!2. They did not plug the tracking headlight connection back into my headlight, so I had to remove the battery to do this!3.I just found out that when the wheels were put back on after they removed my front wheels to work on the truck, they used an impact driver on the McGard locking nut and stripped out the protruded part of the key that fits onto the locking lug. If I had a flat, I would have been screwed! I had to buy an extraction tool to remove these from all four wheels and buy new locking nuts.Taking my truck there has cost me a lot of frustration, time and money. I called them about these issues, and they said I would have to leave the truck with them. I am a contractor and need my truck. They should have done it right the first time!!

Every employee I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Sadly, in the end my car had to be totaled but it wasn't their fault.

*WARNING* DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.I give Bonney Lake Collision ZERO stars. The previous review stating that they are "scam artists" is 100% correct. My 2020 Toyota Tacoma was rear-ended in December 2022. That same day I took it to BLC for an estimate. The estimator, Shane quickly took pics & then told me that I could remove the rear bumper myself & fix the canopy myself (which I thought was weird). The first available appointment was April 2023 (4 months later). I understood that there was a backlog ahead of me, perhaps a labor shortage, supply chain issues, etc...Someone from BLC called on March 27th to confirm the April 3rd appointment, I thought "fantastic, my truck will finally get fixed!"Shane then called back a few hours later stating that it's going to be another 6 weeks because a part is on back order from Toyota. I asked him, "How can that be?" "We scheduled this appointment 4 months ago?""We only order parts a week out from the appointment" Shane said."If I would have known the parts were that far out, I would have ordered them sooner" Shane said.Shane completely deflected responsibility and instead blamed Toyota. After a few emails back & forth, Gary the owner called me wondering why I was upset, Gary also deflected responsibility & also blamed Toyota. Gary then tells me "I don't want to fix your truck because you won't be happy with our service"Couldn't agree with you more Gary!ZERO STARSReply to Owner: Maybe look ahead 4 to 6 weeks at the upcoming schedule? You see the vehicles scheduled & then check the status of the parts needed. A little planning ahead on your part, would help maintain your customers appointments. After all, that s the whole point of appointments. Is it an appointment to start the repairs? Or an appointment to order parts? Apparently, it s the latter. Customers who wait 4 months to get their vehicle repaired, don't want to be told it's going to be another 2 months because your company was not prepared for the scheduled service. After 42 years in business, I would think that would be obvious. If I scheduled an appointment with a roofing company 4 months out to install a new roof on my house? I would expect them to start construction on that date, not tell me, "we just ordered the shingles, see you in 6 to 8 weeks".

What an amazing professional auto body shop! I used to be in the auto body repair and also auto body paint business so I kind of knew what to expect. I brought my car in for body work on the right front panel. It was done in 2 days. They were prompt, professional and friendly. The repair was excellent. Perfect match of paint and excellent body work. After I got on the road I realized they also detailed the interior! That is not normally done. I would of never expected such an amazing extra beyond the actual repair. So on that note, I definitely give Bonney Lake Autobody five stars plus!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have used Bonney Lake Collision more times than we want to admit, we have terrible car luck with accidents. The best place ever, we will come here again and again. We love Kindra, she is so personable and caring, everyone you meet is honest and kind. I am so impressed with the work they do, how clean our car is in and out every time and how time efficient they are. They are a team of integrity and customer service!!! Even our kids get excited to go say hi because everyone is so family friendly!Service: Body & Trim

I used Bonney Lake Collision 1 for some minor damage to my rear bumper and tail light. I had the pleasure of working with David who was extremely professional and courteous. While he was estimating the damage, he noticed that one of my brake lights was out and kindly offered to replace it for me then and there, without the commitment of using his business and free of charge! They completed the work per the budget and finished a day early. Will definitely be using Bonney Lake Collision 1 for all my future collision repair needs!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car here after getting rear ended. Very nice place. Very clean and inviting. Office personnel were very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Although we had to wait a few days for extra parts, I have not one complaints about bonney lake collision and will recommend it to anyone I know that needs any kind of body work whatsoever. Thank you bonney lake collision for fixing my baby

I had delamination of the paint on my hood and fenders. The team did an outstanding job of repainting and color match. It looks like a new truck, I am very happy. David Lewis did a good estimation and the prices quoted was right on.Service: PaintingService: Painting

My 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe right front bumper and fender was scraped up by a guy who was trying to park next to me.410 collision gave me a very accurate estimate and finished my car repair a day ahead of time. I can t tell a difference between the opposite side of the vehicle from the repaired side. They re workmanship and professionalism is superb. I would recommend this shop for your auto body needs.

Original quote for car was approximately $800.00. After waiting two months for an appointment the new price was doubled to $1500.00. Was told it would take 3 weeks for the fix and parts. Had the car done in one week. While we appreciate the quick effort however there was no communication (only reason they are getting two stars). Car wasn t returned clean. Listen to the one star reviews. I m sure it would have been cheaper going to Sumner or Auburn.

I went here to get a quote as I was rear ended and my insurance company listed this as one of the many shops I could get a quote from. I own my vehicle outright so I was considering having partial work done plus adding additional work done on some door dings. When I pulled up I could see inside and see no one was wearing masks, including customers. I called and they sent a gal out to my car who wore her mask below her nose and despite me continually backing up she seemed to not have a clue about social distancing. She also did a partial quote and said they d bill the insurance for the rest at the time of repair and didn t include obvious damage to my tail pipe. I went to a local shop in Enumclaw where I had an professional adult discussion on what needed to be repaired and what did not and had my passenger door repainted as well. I just get this place is a little entitled. I m sure they do good work but the vibe of the place just isn t my style.

They have done work on two of my cars in the past and they are fantastic! A little bit of wait due to the amount of work they get, but we'll worth it!

Awesome body shop. I took two different cars here both involved in minor accidents caused by other people, and they did an excellent job both times. Couldn't even tell there had been an accident either time. Great customer service too, they're all awesome and very helpful.

My family had not one, but two bad experiences simultaneously with this collision center. My dad backed into my car in a parking lot and so we took them both in to this center at the same time. My dad's car was done sooner and when we brought it home we discovered that the taillight wasn't working. After a quick investigation we discovered that the whole light had never been plugged in. We thought it wasn't a big deal, mistakes happen. We plugged it in an moved on. About ten minutes after I got my car back (by the way it took them ten days to replace one panel and paint it) it started throwing a bunch of electrical codes and warning lights came on. Of course the shop was now closed and I had to wait until the next day to call. They refused to take responsibility for either instance but they seem a little too coincidental don't you think? I'm really impressed that they wouldn't take responsibility for not plugging the light back in. I mean what, did a leprechaun sneak in there and do it? Two problems with electric right in a row is a little shady to me. I wouldn't go back.
