I have been a patron of this store for 7 years. It was Best Tires up until last year. Under Best Tires I was confident when fitting my work truck and four family cars with tires at a fare price, good product, good warranty and superior service. The name on the Building is now Big O Tires, but all else is still a top notch service store. I found out they offer many other automotive services. Greg and the crew at Big O Tires did a great job today. Thank you.

Update: After responding to Big O customer service the manager reached out and refunded $225. Yesterday, I had a local Chevy dealer redo the alignment/balancing and they noticed lots of run out with each tire. This whole time it s been an issue with the tires. I decided to go to Auburn and worked with Kacy to fix the problem. They noticed bubbles and each tire was out of round. While I appreciate the refund it s worth noting, no one at Bonney lake recognized the tire defect. Even if a customer orders tires, the staff should notice a tire defect after 4 different service visits and maybe recommend a different tire.Purchased brand new tires, spent $1200+ and it took four different service visits over three weeks to have the alignment and balancing done correctly. I was patient and understanding, but I'd avoid this tire shop. Greg (manager) admitted to the mistakes, but it was not a pleasant experience. I should ve went somewhere else.

I love STMs but since Washington doesn't have any. This was the next best choice. They were super friendly and honest and fixed my flat for free.

These guys have the best prices, knowledgeable staff, and good service. My wheels have a delicate painted finish and they've put two sets of tires on for me with no marring at all. The manager Greg knows his product and has taken good care of me whenever I need something. I send everyone their way.

Greg from Big O Tires was able to help get my tires fixed. I had a side wall blow out at a McDonald's Drive thru. Greg used the portions remaining of my Road Hazard Claim prorate the balance and got my car back to me quickly. Greg kept in contact with me to update me during the entire process. My Service was completed in under an hour, maybe 30 minutes. Big O Tires was busy and very accommodating. I'm very pleased with their Service as they even made time to wash and shine all four tires

Came in for an alignment after a level kit install, and they quoted me 700$ because they had to move pitman arm, remove tire rod and do some other mechanical work... (head scratcher), so I rescheduled back to Les Schwab and they did for 125 and no issues. Been a customer for years but no more. At least Les Schwab takes care of their customers.

I went in to Big O to have a tire fixed and a rotation and balance. I found out my tires where bad and also had a nail in the side wall. I was given a few options and designed to purchase a new set of tires due to age of tires and not liking the tires on my truck. Found a set and ordered them. I was called when they got them and stopped by after work. They where friendly and and got me in with no appointment. Would recommend the Bonney Lake location to everyone.

Horrible customer service. Miss when it was a good local company that cared about the customer. Now, it's only about the overpriced dollar. They bought out best tire and are now voiding the warranty that people buy. I bought wheels and tires and a 1 year alignment from there to be told by the new manager they will not do business with people that have the type of wheel they sold me. They will sell it but not warranty it even if they took your money for an extended warranty it is fake.... sad day to see a small shop be replaced with such a poor excuse of customer service.

Feeling deflated? Not me! Just my tires need a little boost in their air-attitude. The best place to help them adjust to their new surroundings. I always get the best service here. Come on in when you're feeling a little low. Big O is the place to go! PCM

Friendly staff and good prices, but when my car went in for an alignment the day before I left for a 1800 mile trip it wasn't done until hours after I was expecting it (they did have some valid issues that day though to be fair) but the real complaint was that I left for the trip and my wheel was about 10 degrees left and ended my trip with some new light uneven wear. Took it in for an alignment at my destination and three corners were out of spec.

Stopped by today to ask them to fix a problem that was made by another place on my rim. Was greeted and helped by Cameron. Great guy with a great attitude and was quick to help me and get it fixed. Thank you Cameron for the help!

Feel I have been cheated out of something that should be offered before new tires installed if the old pressure sensors are good ask if you want them replaced

Had nail in tire, they fixed with out hesitation and back on the road in around 15 minutes, very friendly and helpful, never tried to up sell me, would highly recommend.
