I'm really grateful for Rich at this location. I was looking for an item that's pretty hard to locate bc of stock but he did all his best to find one for me. And so he did! Not even 24 hours later, he called me and said item was ready for pick up. Thank you Rich! Highly recommend this location for BC people to go to. As its only not close to the border but also the parts people are friendly and knowledgeable. Cheers!

I d give 10 stars if I could. Sunday, my check engine oil light came on when I was en route to Canada for a quick trip, so I had to drive 44 miles like that to get home. The next morning, I called Napa Auto parts to see if I could get a quart of oil. I was pretty stressed out about my car, as the timing would be really bad for me to need a costly repair. The owner took my call and was patient and courteous. To my shock, he offered to have a technician come to my house (I m only .5 miles away) and top it up and take a look. Not only did he show up 10 minutes later, but they took my car into the shop to do a quick diagnostic, then returned my car to me. They only charged me for the oil. Amazing, friendly, local service. They appear to be a highly professional and ethical shop. I m so grateful!

Jay is an incredible gentleman. Coming home from a trip, I got a puncture in my tire. Jay kindly replaced it and sent me on my way in 5 minutes. We are very thankful for his kindness and help.

Just had an oil change for my Navigator. It's been a long time since I have had such excellent service. Not only was the service and price excellent but they did a complete check up throughout the vehicle with pictures and explained what might be done in the future. No high pressure just a complimentary heads up. My oil change and filter with a new bulb and oil plug was less than $40.00! I highly recommend this company and I very seldom do this. Russell

Amazing quick and straight forward service!! Had my car towed 88miles to the Blaine Washington Napa location. Well worth it. These folks are very professional. They won't give you excuses, but will give you honest straight answers with great pricing for the job performed. Thanks again Napa team members!!

Joseah, took the time (near closing) to help find a part for me. Cross referencing and giving me options to go with on a rare part. I was relieved to be met with such great customer service at the end of my day long search. Friendly,knowledgeable (very key in auto parts) meticulous in the customer service approach. Will be back for sure.

I am fairly new to the area and this NAPA is closet to my house. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and don't try to over sell. They will give you options, explain the differences and allow you to decide; I like that since some parts guys will try to take advantage of a woman and these guys DO NOT do that in any way. They have a auto repair shop attached so it's an expanded NAPA which I haven't seen in awhile and that's nice for locals.

Brought in two rear axles to have bearings and retainers replaced, unfortunately the axles for this specific year/make needed a specialty tool to compete the work.They didn t charge me for any labor, they referred us to a local shop that had the tool necessary to complete the repair. Earned my respect, saved me some money, I left happy.Thank you!

Best place to take your car if you are having troubles. Since I moved to Blaine this shop has been my go to. Everyone is kind and friendly. They explain what they've found wrong with your car and explain what it will take to fix it. Recently my car wouldn't start. Couldn't find the cause. I had it towed to these guys abs they took the time to truly investigate the issue. Once found the corrected it and it wasn't as costly as I had expected. Actually the oil change and rear break replacement cost way more than the investigative and fix for the original issue. Total trust in these men whan it comes to auto repair. No better place I've found.

So; just moved here. It's hours before business closing before a weekend holiday. My truck develops a minor, but ticket-able problem. I could MAYBE fix it if I spent all day on it...maybe. I call, and they graciously work me in, have the parts and skill to take care of the problem while I wait. Fast, Friendly, Fair price. Blew my mind. They are on my 'local-go-to' list for sure!

I came here to check on the quality of my tires. The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain tire depth and even gave me a referral for an alignment. Very pleased with the service as they have earned my trust. Excellent customer service.

I thought I had already written a review here, but it most not have posted. I had an international flight at Seatac at 6:00 PM. I was frantic, stuck at the border for an hour, and on top of that, I got a flat tire before we had crossed! It was 2:30 PM, I switched to the spare, and made the abrupt decision to NOT drive on the spare (thank god), and try to get it changed as quickly as possible. Swapped the spare on, and drove to NAPA hoping for the best.The person I worked with tended to me immediately, and his team member identified the flat and fixed it. We got there at 3:00 PM, the car was fixed before 3:20 PM, and I was charged very little. I got to the airport at 5:20 PM and somehow got through...Just wanted to show my appreciation with the service, and let you know I made it thanks to you guys! Saved me A LOT of money on having to miss my flight. Thank you again!

Always friendly and helpful! Twice when they weren't super busy they came out to my car to help me resolve issues with parts I bought from them. The shop was able to repair our trailer hookup quickly and for a fair price as well.

I can't say enough good things about Rick and the Napa Auto Parts staff. They went above and beyond in taking care of me when I had a tire blowout on I-5. Rick made sure not only that we were safe but that we got to our vet appointment and to home. I am a 70 year old woman who needed help and got it with warmth and compassion. Thank you so much!

The best customer service I ve ever received! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! My Volkswagen Tiguan takes super specific oil that they don t carry so I picked some up from the dealership and brought it to them because I couldn t get into the dealership before a big trip. The dealership sold me the wrong oil though. And these guys went out of their way to drive to Bellingham and pick up the correct oil as to avoid negating terms of my warranty! That s a new standard of service right there! Thank you so much Napa!

Richard and his team are top notch. I got far more than an oil change including a heads up about my transmission oil issue. He even took the time to price out what a repair I recently had done on my wife's Subaru would have cost if I had it done at NAPA rather than the dealership. Now I know where I'll take my vehicles in the future, thanks Richard.

While we were traveling, our battery went bad. These guys verified it was only the battery, replaced it, and we were on our way in barely over 30 minutes. Very professional, certainly knowledgeable, and eager to help!

$750 for a tune-up a Subaru Forester4 spark plugs cap, router. $50 for each plug to install and replaced not including the plug. Will never go there again.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Just what you want. Not a huge inventory on hand, but they can order what you need. Parking is limited. If you don't know what you need, there is a auto repair shop here also.

I made a call to this NAPA store and the employee who handled my inquiry was very helpful. He was definitely trying to help me get the part I needed as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
