Very helpful in identifying which issues on my S4 were important to fix (vs which ones the Audi dealership was trying to get money out of me for). The prices here are also much better than any Audi dealer nearby. Highly recommend over a dealership

Had a fantastic experience replacing my Brake pad and rotors for my Rangerover Discovery.Professional and friendly staff,easy scheduling and best pricing from the dealer and few other independent shops that I checked.OEM parts were used and service was completed in a day.They have definitely earned my business for life.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!!Horrible after purchase care, had suspension problems with the tesla I purchased here. They told me it's a 2k repair but they would "do it at cost" for $1800.. I told them that I expect a 30k vehicle not to have major issues that can leave me stranded somewhere and they said it's a normal maintenance repair so it's not something they inspect and repair on the cars they take in. I told the sales manager that I would be happy to post a review if they are interested in taking care of me it can be reflected in my review. He threatened me saying that I can kiss my $200 discount goodbye. Saying "we will just bury it under 10 good reviews. "Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Very easy drop off process. I was called a few hours later with the diagnosis. I took my car in because the engine light was on. This was because I didn't put the gas cap back on properly. There was no charge and they were so nice and genuine.So nice to find a place you can trust!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service. Went in with a couple things wrong with car. Seemed like a substantial issue. Apparently not. Explained what was going on. They said it may take til end of day and possibly tomorrow. Was able to pick it up by lunch! Wasn t a big issue at all. No nickel and dime. I was expecting a 5-8 dollar bill. It was 150. Simple fix apparently. I ve had other shops tell me I needed to fix things that didn t need fixed. Which is about every time I take mine in for service. Not here though. They did notice a few thing that would be due in the future and made a list and basically a timeline. Also cheap. They ve won my service over. Even fixed a bent rim and pulled a screw out and plugged it for free. Pretty sure that s not a standard practice. This is our second car purchased at Landmark Motors. Fred was very professional, and good to work with. The car buying experience has been good at Landmark. The vehicle options are great, the dealership is clean and staff is professional. > I highly recommend and yes I would go back.

I love this place! Bought my car here and have it serviced here. Service dept rocks! I trust them, which is hard to say about a car place! And this isn't just a car place, its where you are treated well, almost like they care! It is a BUSINESS, you won't get it for free, but they do extremely well for me.
