I would leave NO stars if I could. They did a horrible job painting my car. They broke something on my car then refused to take responsibility for it. This place is a scam. After I noticed stuff wrong I refused to pay them because it is a insurance claim. Then he called the cops on me , cops told him it s a civil matter and nothing they can do. Left the exhaust touching the new bumper and it melted it. This place sucks and I wouldn t let them work on my car ever again. Hope everyone reads this and realizes this ain t the place for your vehicle. Also most of reviews are fake

I brought in my ford fusion after a fender bender and everyone that helped me was so helpful, kind and professional. They took most of the work off my hands insurance and car rental wise and answered all of my questions with clarity and patience. My car came back to me fixed within the parameters my insurance gave and sparkling clean inside and out (an added bonus I wasn t expecting but very much appreciated) and a little earlier than expected. Overall, if I ever need any body work done again, X Collision will be my first call!I added before and after photos below! Even the headlights are shinier! I have used X Collision twice and both times could not be happier with my car. I have been able to get my car in the same day, and gotten it back when they said. Not only is their work impeccable, but the office staff is always helpful and informative. I highly recommend X Collision

I called X collision just by googling for collision repair in my area., and Javier answered the phone and asked me to come over right away. He took a look at my Prius and said he could fix it. It turned out, he needed to put it up on the straightening rack, which took a little while. Once he got it up on the rack, it was done Very quickly, and the results are better than I expected. Everything is straight and lines up almost perfect. I could tell by looking at this guy he could do good work, and I was right. It s nice to see people who do good work in a timely way for a reasonable price. I highly recommend X collision.

This place is off the grid which makes is great. The reason I say this is because they are a busy auto body shop, but the owner he schedules work in with great precision. He knows what him and his boys can do, so depending on the damage it takes them only one week. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was able to pick up on Friday. The day before a Holiday weekend.Local family business with exceptional customer service and care. Being a business owner myself, there is with good reason and cause in doing business with your local family business's. Better pride in the work that's put out for the care and attention to details are what matters and mostly overlooked by cooperate chains.I couldn't be more happier in my decision to give my money to them for the work I paid for was over exceeded my expectations. Javier did a great job fixing my cousin's car after I hit it in my driveway. He worked with my insurance company and had a quick turn around on the repairs. My parents recommended him to me after using him for all their auto body repair needs.

Javier and his team are incredible! He is super friendly and knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the repairs done. Even when there were issues tracking down a needed part they worked hard to find it and fit me into their busy schedule. Avery was so kind and so helpful, truly I m so grateful I found them! Recommending them to all my family and friends for honest and quality repairs. I d give them 100 stars if I could!!

I just had X-Collision fix my Toyota Highlander. I was in an accident and my right front end was damaged. Javier fixed my bumper and as a bonus he also repaired a scratch on the top of my hood and all of the rock chips that I had. Did a fabulous job. I will definitely use X-Collision again if ever needed!

We were in a car accident, I was rear ended, and my Nissan 2020 Altima had major damage in the rear! Our Ins. co. couldn t get me into a body shop for 2/12 months, I found X-Collision through great reviews left by customers. Javier got me in and within 2 weeks I had our vehicle back, with an amazing job on our Nissan! Outstanding communication, trustworthy, excellent job, I highly recommend, if you re looking for the right body shop, at least check them out, you won t be disappointed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This will be my third time coming to XCollision. They have already done some body work, paint, and will replace my windshield for me this weekend. Javier is super easy to talk to and isn't like those chain companies that leave you waiting with no idea when your car will be fixed. He also keeps me updated during the whole time they have my car so I m not left in the dark. I have a very busy schedule but he was able to work with me and get a time that made it possible and easy for me. I highly recommend this excellent company!Service: Painting

My husband and I have used Javier multiple times for body work on our Corolla. Our car looked brand new when got it back. His work is impeccable and he s very easy to communicate with. They have a really great schedule since others are booking in late July and didn t have me waiting over a month to get it back like my last experience! I just had my windshield replaced by XCollision. Very easy to schedule. While I was waiting, Javier showed me around his shop , it is quite impressive the amount of new technology he has implemented there. The wait time to get in is surprisingly short too since other shops are booking a month plus out.

I was referred to X Collision from a friend. Javier walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. My hood was back ordered but the second it came in; I got a call from him and he said I could bring in the car that day. He stayed after work hours to accommodate my work schedule. Javier was able to point out something I didn't even notice that needed to be fixed. I asked him if he could also touch up a couple spots with some paint. Javier was super personable and had great attention to detail. When I picked up my car, he even shined my bumper and had wiped down the inside of my car. He also gave me extra paint to take home and fix any other paint chips.�I'm already scheduled to bring my car in again so he can paint my roof. I and my entire family have been going here for a few years now, and let me tell you they are truly amazing at everything they do!! I have been to many body shops and they either try charge your insane amount money, or it s always something comes up and need more work done and I ve never had a body shop work with me like they truly care and have always done amazing job working on my car many times and I will never stop going to X Collision and I hope others will see this and check them out. They did a great job on my 2018 ram 1500 fixing the drivers side bed.They were fast, professional and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. Dropped it off Wednesday and I got it back a week later. Will only come here for any of my autobody needs and I will be recommending them if I get the opportunity to do so.

I can't say enough good things about Javier and his crew at his shop. I was referred to them as someone that can help me out after my car was totaled by my insurance. They did a great job getting my car back together and charged a fair price for the work. They definitely have my business again if I need some body work done on any of my cars and will absolutely refer them to family and friends.

Javier and his crew did an amazing job fixing my hood, bumper, and grill from a hit and run accident. My car looks absolutely brand new! And he does not overcharge like most places. Won't go anywhere else for paint job or body repair.

I had damage done to my ATS driver side rear view mirror. I made an appointment two weeks in the future to drop my car off. When I dropped it off, I was surprised to find they had not pre-ordered the part. The gentleman advised me the next day it would be about a week (Jan 6) before the part came in. He offered to let me pick the car up and bring it back on the 6th which was thoughtful. The part came in Monday and the car was ready Wednesday (Jan 8). I called a few times to check the progress of the repair and they were very courteous. The repair was flawless and looks OEM. I was presently surprised to find they had detailed my car inside and out. It was washed, vacuumed and interior armor - alled(?). Nice touch. The repair came in under the insurance estimate too. I highly recommend X Collision. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Nowhere better to take your vehicle. We had a tree fall on a 3rd generation hand me down pickup truck that was very important to us. We examined our options and were told by other shops that it was totaled both because of the value and the parts needed were no longer made. Well, Javier at X Collision found the parts in two days and he and his team had it back to us in 10 days. Their work was amazing. They fixed what they could and replaced what they couldn't which saved us thousands of dollars. We will never be shopping around again and will recommend X collision to all our friends and family. I had a great experience taking my truck here after hitting a deer, Javier and his crew does excellent work and his customer service is great! I would reccomend bringing your vehicle here over taking it to a big shop.

The location is in an area where you would get it really expect a body shop. It is completely out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is not one of the big corporate location where they can't remember your name. They workers seemed eager and ready to take your repair stress away.
