Great experience and products-I ordered two lifts from Olympic Equipment and had them install both. One of the lifts was a bigger one since I had the extra space in a garage stall, but I discovered that the tracks on that one only had two possible width configurations (as opposed to being able to set them to any distance apart). When they found out, they offered that they could replace it with a regular one without fuss; it was great to hear them wanting to make sure I was happy with my order.Once they installed everything, they walked me through the operation and maintenance procedures. They even came out and helped me fine-tune some things.The lifts are great--very sturdy, and while I originally bolted one down, I ended up removing the bolts so I could move it around since they're already so sturdy.I also didn't realize...how FUN these things can be. Just being able to lift a car to inspect or work on a car, how fast and easy it can be done, etc.I've even had people stop at my house when my garage is open to comment me on the cool setup.Thanks for the great service and equipment, Olympic Equipment!

I placed an order for the 10,000 sliver 2post lift. I had a misunderstanding about the delivery date which was totally my fault. The day it was delivered the driver gave the best tips in the world about the instructions.I installed the unit in one day but the engineer in me changed one thing up. I decided to core drill the holes in the concrete just because of the damage you can do to the concrete on the underside.My wife is happy with the purchase, because I have been able to prove it s going to pay for itself already.Great investment for resale if we ever decide to downsize.

From the very first phone call I spoke to someone that knew the product they were selling . He helped me pick one that I was gonna be good for my shop. He gave me a realistic and honest arrival date. He also knew the terminal and address and city where it would arrive and helped me get the closest one to my location. He told me the name of the gentleman that was going to call me when it shipped from their location and give me all the bill of lading information. When that gentleman called me, he was just as professional. Three of us put it together in one day and had a car in the air that night. My product is as advertised, and I am very happy with the quality and service.

I have had both lifts for a few years and they have been the best part of my Dream Shop. The 4 post I got got used and they put it in for me and I added the hydraulic roller jack and the sissor lift . The sissor lift will roll and store under my large work table way cool to open up the stall for other use.

After researching 2 post lifts, I chose one from Olympic-Equipment. There were several reasons. They are here in Western Washington. They can deliver and install it. They keep a fully stocked warehouse and have technicians that can respond for repairs. They had a lift in stock that met my needs. I'm a hobbyist and work on a variety of different sized vehicles and trailers. My needs are: capacity to lift HD 1 ton trucks, width to fit trailers, adjustable arms for narrow framed vehicles. This needs to be in a package that fits my space.My choice was the 2PBP-12. This is a 12,000 lb, wide bay, base plate lift.It has performed perfectly! I've lifted HD trucks, jeeps, trailers and cars. The lift is built heavy. All the welds look great and it's finish is very nice.Olympic-Equipment also sells shop equipment. My suggestion is that no matter what lift you purchase, also get two support stands for safety. They delivered mine along with the lift. Saving me money on shipping.Happy Wrenching!

Having never dealt with Olympic Equipment I was unsure of what to expect for support. I had a small hiccup with the lift and in talking with Aaron he assured me they would resolve the issue and make it right. Jonathan from the service department returned my call, walked me through the process and the issue was corrected in less than five minutes. The 12K lift raised our 8500# Ram without hesitation to my delight. Both Aaron and Jonathan were very reassuring and resolved the issue. If in the future, I needed additional equipment, without hesitation, I would purchase from Olympic Equipment knowing back their products.

I picked up this 7,500 Gold Series Portable Mid-Rise Scissor Lift at the warehouse. Saved on shipping and did the assembly myself, because I have a tractor at home to unload the unit with. There is nothing really to install since it is portable. True, the instructions are not all that useful for assembly, but it is pretty simple to figure out on your own. The unit is easy to wheel around on concrete surfaces to place exactly where you want. So far, I've only used it to lift a 2006 Ford Explorer that weighs approximately 5,100 lbs. It lifted it easily without the motor sounding taxed. Lifted all the way to the stops, I pushed on the vehicle in all directions testing the lifts sturdiness. The lift stayed planted with very little movement of the vehicle. I felt perfectly comfortable under the vehicle. Very excited to get A LOT more use out of this lift. No more rolling around under cars on jack stands for me!

I purchased 2 lifts from Top Secret, the plandemic and the port authority made things take longer than expected. I'm very happy with the quality of my 4 post and the 2 post lifts I bought, both 12,000 lb models. Ryan was a great salesman to deal with. This company deserves a better reputation than it currently has.

Just bought a Gold Series Baseplate 12,000 LB the guys over at Olympic Equipment were fair, my lift arrived earlier then expected and the customer service was on point.I will be coming back as my shop expands I love doing business with these guys and bringing in the New Year with some amazing machinery.

The directions were horrible. The lag bolts that came with the lift would not stay tight. I m removing them and putting 3/4 threaded rod with epoxy to fix the issue. Other than that, I like the lift.

Lift NOT installed YET. Great looking piece, VERY well packed for transport. Site delays cause delayed installation. Will follow up with installation and operational reviews at a later date....lyle

Like the 12000 lb lift I have! the rubber on the frame cradle that comes with it is not the best tho
