I hade new tires and wheels put on a truck I am restoring. I went to discount tire and they showed me what I was putting on (their choice not mine lol) on a computer and when I told them I wanted to see options they told me to look online at home. I left. I went to Les Schwab in Smoky Point like I should have in the first place and met Zack. Zack answered questions and his answers were informed and mark on. He mounted a tire and wheel on my truck to see what I thought and was willing to charge the tire if I didn't like the one that was on there. He brought back what sales use to be. Zack earned my business he did not expect it like his competitors do. I want to see you h and feel. I am spending a lot of money on my project and I want it right and Zack understood this. He gave me options ideas and most importantly he gave the best customer service I have had in years.Go see Zack for all your needs he won't let you down and he will do the right thing. Zack you need to marry the girl that brought you the coffee!!! Thanks Zack and the rest of the crew. You have my business for life.

Had a great experience yesterday with my husbands truck! Chanell took care of us from beginning to end. She explained everything in detail and even helped us add on much needed work after the tech found the root of our needing new tires problem. So happy with the outcome, my husbands truck drives so smooth!! We will be back if we need more services in the future! The manager was super helpful too explaining why this was a good idea to do now, and not wait! Thanks Les Schwab!

Freindly staff, but I've literally been stuck in the parking lot waiting for 4 days now. Can't get to the job offer I was offered the other day, so that's probably gone, but Friendly staff. Hopefully, they will be able to make time for me on day 5. Appearantly today, someone looked at the brakes but didn't bother to say something to me because my phone was dead. I was inside there with my doors wide open. You'd think I would have heard something. If they were looking at the brakes I know they are shot. I told them that at the desk. Super friendly and helpful gal at the desk, BTW. Hopefully I'll be able to go to work sooooon?

Was very pleased with service. They were very prompt & professional when I had brake problems & after calling them they were there within 15 minutes to help me with road side assistance. Such a great crew!

Very frustrated I had an appt scheduled to replace my tire. I told Tristan the night before that I had a tire to swap and asked him how long it would take and he said 10-15 minutes. I came to my appt the next day and told them I needed to get my tire swapped because the back tire was leaking air fast. They said no problem and pulled my car in right away. After 30 mins they came and said they couldn t repair the tire which was fine and I told them to toss it and then said I had an extra tire thry can put on there. 20 more mins go by and they come out and say we can t get to your spare tire in the trunk and I said it s in the back seat. 15 mins go by and someone comes out again and says just so there s no surprises it s going to be $55 for mounting okay that s fine.. 20 more mins go by and I asked if someone could check to see how much longer and if it typically takes over an hour to swap out a tire with an appt and the guy tried to say it depends on the communication between the customer, how long it takes to pull the car in (which was right away) and how long it takes to rotate the tires etc . While all that makes sense the only miscommunication was between the workers because I scheduled the appt SPECIFICALLY for them to swap the tires and THEY did not notate that apparently and they didn t ask about an extra tire even tho I told them. It wouldn t be so frustrating if they didn t have 3 walks ins that they completed before mine was even remotely close to being done. What is the point of having an appointment if they are just going to complete walk ins before a simple task of swapping a tire. Total time spent was 1hr and 40 mins

Recently I had one of my tires literally explode when I was driving on the highway. My husband and I decided to get all 4 of my tires replaced, and booked an appointment at Les Schwab in Arlington. My husband was working, so I had to bring in my 2 toddlers with me. I was so nervous about them being loud and irritating to the staff and other customers as they d been cooped up in the house for a week since the tire incident. I went in, and from the first interaction with the wonderful ladies up front, I felt so taken care of. They were SO sweet to my children, and they kept complimenting me on how well behaved they were. One man helped me pick out which tires we wanted, and explained all of the options and didn t push or try to upsell me. He was also so patient with us as I was trying to redirect my children as he was speaking with me, and assured me he understood as he is a parent as well. After this, I bought my kiddos a drink from the vending machine, and as I was about to get them a snack, one of the wonderful front desk ladies, Chanel, approached me and asked if she could give each of my kids a bag of Cheez Its that she had. I found this so kind, and my children were grateful. We left briefly and came back once we got the call that my car was ready. I came back in and Kari helped me pay and talked with me while we waited for the keys. I apologized for having to bring my kids, and she reassured me that they were great, and they don t mind at all. That they are all parents up front and they think it s fun to watch the kiddos run around and play in the lobby. She complimented how well behaved they were, and was so sweet to us. I thanked them for helping me feel secure in my car again after the tire explosion, and they were so glad to help me.I truly recommend Les Schwab Arlington, and I will absolutely come back for any needs I have. They were so kind, understanding, and very helpful with my vehicle and all of the options. But I am truly impressed with their caring personalities, more than anything. They left such a good impression on me, and my family.Thank you Les Schwab for the wonderful experience!!

Hands down the friendliest most courteous staff I've had the pleasure to work with on getting some new tires on my truck. Went in to get a lift, tires, and wheels. They did a GREAT job and took pride in their work. While I was waiting on my truck an irate customer was pitching a fit about his rebate. The man who, I assume, was the manager offered to help him through the process. The man was past the point of reconciliation slapping the paper down in front of the manager. Not once did his professional demeanor waver, he remained calm and respectful. It is not easy to keep composure when someone is inciting a reaction out of you as we all know.Overall employees were awesome, work was done right, and Ill be back. Do yourself a favor go check'em out!

Tried to sell me a brake job on my motor home that wasn't needed, then didn't titen the jam nuts on my wheel covers. When I went to get replacement nuts for those that came off they initially said they would order them for me. But when I didn't hear anything back from them after two and a half weeks I stopped in and was told to go somewhere else to order them myself.

Had brake issues. They gave me a recommended actions report with quotes. I chose what I needed. Their estimate of slightly over an hour turned out to be close to three hours due to having to get the parts from further away then they thought. All sales staff and mechanics were helpful and courteous. They clearly explained the issue. They also took a test drive to verify that everything worked and warned me to expect a slight odor for a couple of days as the fluids worked themselves out or in.

Great guys . Easy to find off freeway. Room for semi truck tire repair. Very busy. I waited 3 hours for a flat repair. Clean office and bathrooms and popcorn of course. Open till 6pm.

Seth is a man of his word. He helped me by picking out the best lift kit and tires for my wifes Jeep Rubicon. He said when the lift kit arrives from shipping he would have everything installed by the weekend because we had a Jeep event coming up and he fulfilled his word. Thank you Seth for helping me give my wife a gift she truly loves. This is the second awsome experience we've had with this location.

The team was very accommodating. I came in with tires I had bought via third party and they installed for a very reasonable fee and fit me in their schedule despite them being very heavily booked this time of year. What's more is that they stayed late to finish the job as opposed to rushing it. I offered to come back another day but they made time and made it happen. Good at what they do and are just simply kind people

We bought a set of tires and a warranty from them less than a week ago, we somehow managed to get a spark plug that went all the way through the tire. After we noticed we set an appointment with them, we showed up for our appointment and sat for over an hour waiting for them to even just look at the truck. We tried to ask someone what was going on but there was no one at the desk to ask, after an hour and a half of waiting for them to even look at the truck and waiting for someone to get to the desk, we left. They ignored us completely and gave us no answer to what happened. We had to walk into the shop to grab our keys because they completely ignored us. Horrible customer service.

This Les Schwab is incapable of doing tire repair in a timely manner. I was told that my tire might get fixed today, It might not. They didn't know. Took it across the Freeway to Discount Tire who told me they'll have it done in a hour and immediately took my keys to get started.My business is moving to those who can afford to properly staff and accommodate customers. The difference in quality of care was instant and recognizable as soon as I walked in. More vehicles and customers were at Discount Tires than Les Scwab. But only one of them looked properly staffed for a busy Saturday.Just disappointing.Edit: The tire was ruined internally. So now my company will replace all 4 tires. Amazing that "We don't know when" turned into a 4k loss for this store. I wonder how much else they lose out on.

Had the whole front end of my van redone and the price was reasonable enough that I didn't have to deal with doing it myself. My only complaint is that they said it would be done sooner than it was but it didn't upset me enough to knock any stars off because my van drives like new now. Les Schwab is one of the last remaining companies that still cares about their customer service which was as always great.

2nd issue I've had at this Smokey Point location and I will not be going back.This has nothing to do with cost or pricing, it has everything to do with service. I went in for a TIRE ROTATION and asked for someone to listen for the squeak in my brakes...the brakes that I had replaced at this same location....Drop my car off as they "take walk-ins everyday!" @ 8:45am, call at 1pm and they say it'll likely be 2 more hours before they can get it into a bay. What is a walk-in if there's nobody dedicated to doing walk-ins...? I know there wasn't 12 cars ahead of me in that queue.What's best? They lost my key fob and recommended I keep a key ring on it because "it fell off the hook on the board they keep all the orders pinned to." Took 5 minutes to find the key..even though nobody had touched my car, HA.The level of service at this Smokey Point Les Schwab might be the worst service I've encountered in a CS environment.

Let me just start by saying the whole team at Les Schwab was AMAZING! The service managers at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and quick to great you and assist you as well as very helpful in answering any questions. Now my favorite part is the automotive team, they worked like magic. They serviced pretty much my entire lower end on my truck in under 3 hrs and worked extra hard to make sure it all got done in a timely manner knowing I needed my vehicle for work and a special occasion coming up and on top of that took the time to help me pick out new tires and walk me through the best options. Two of these amazing hard workers even stayed almost and hr after hrs to help me with finance options because the total was above my card limit. All said and done it all worked out and I am a very happy customer and will be a repeat customer for life. I am just blown away by their above and beyond service and hard work I applaud your entire team

Had a flat from a pothole that damaged the wheel so it needed to be replaced. Another place I had it towed to did not have wheels for my car. Seth and his crew took a new wheel with tire mounted over to my car and drove it back to their shop to complete the wheel & tire replacement. We need the car for Doctor appointments this week and could not wait. This Les Schwab on Smokey Point Blvd totally exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond incredible customer service. Very well done, THANK YOU!

I brought in my car to have the suspension redone. I was advised by the office person to drop off the key in the drop shoot the night before so the car would be ready to go first thing in the morning. When I came to pick it up the next day, my gas door was broken into and wouldn t close. I brought it to the employee a attention, which is when they told me that another car the night before had been broken into in their lot and gas siphoned from it. They said they did a police report. When I started following up with the damage the day after, I found no police report had been filed. Called headquarters with the expectation that since my car was damaged on their property, they would get it repaired and we would all move forward. Filled out a claim form and sent to customer service to have it denied since the damage happened after hours and no one had advised me to drop off the car outside of business hours . I would never have dropped it off early if the office staff hadn t have said so. In addition, I had a continuous clunk in car after the work done. I took it back to find the suspension loose. The entire process was frustrating and I m disappointed that a place I previously trusted for quality care improperly did work and denied having said anything when the liability issue came up.EDIT: RE: Scott s reply below - I did call Risk Management and requested to speak with the adjuster twice and never received a call back either time. I ve gotten no follow up after I received the letter that they would not cover damages.

When it comes to tires, no other place has better customer service, overall, and who else fixes a slow leak for free any brand? Now when it comes to batteries on a badly designed car i haven t had the best of luck. In fact i felt sorry for milking them out of replacing the battery twice so i went to Walmart for their $39-special & they have replaced the battery once, but their 2nd battery has lasted longer than the 3 les schwab or the other walmart or the original battery has lasted in the 28 months ive owned this chevy trailblazer. Thats 1 battery every 4 months on avg but this last battery has lasted 8 months so far. Great design chevy? Or Great battery? Nobody seems to know. But for tires I ll stick with les schwab.

The worst Les Schwab. I got there ofter hrs employees around i ask to remove the botl in my tire they say no . I ask can you change my tire for my spear the manager said No . I was in Arlington from Oregon . My Les Schwab it home are more helpful. "Thanks to the manager in Arlington for no helping me."

This is one of the few places I actually trust. They fixed what all the insurance repair places missed. They make sure you know what is going on with your vehicle, what any repairs will cost, and they don't tell you that you need something when you don't. They offered several options for prices for the tires I needed. Everyone is polite and helpful. They just do everything right!Follow up: Still coming here, have a different car now but this place still has the same great service! Gave me options for tire replacement, a full checkup for the replacement car I got, helped me prioritize which repairs should be done now and which could wait (safely) to get completed. Will keep coming here as long as I live in the area!

Fast, friendly service. We dropped off the truck for some suspension work and within an hour we were picking it up, and it's all better! I've always been a loyal customer of Les Schwab and always will be because every experience is like this. Thanks guys!
