We had such a great connection with Chris Brookhyser. He is such a nice man and we really enjoyed our car buying experience. From the moment my husband connected with him on the phone, we knew that he was not your typical sales consultant. We would recommend Chris to everyone. He showed us in detail every option, helped us with setting up features and was so knowledgeable about ALL cars in general and the car industry in general. Chris has so much experience in the car industry and is truly a great person!

The guys are super nice here. Very knowledgeable and were quick to help my mother while she was handling taking my car in for an oil change.They took the car in early, as we showed up early for the appointment, and were speedy quick!All questions were answered and I ll be going back to this dealership before any others!!!Thank you!

Great service. Would recommend to family and friends for sure. Very prompt as New YUKON Denali sat at Kendall Chevrolet for a week with no ETA... Paid to get towed to Dwayne lanes were they were able to get us fixed up and back in our Beauty in 2 days. Service was Absolutely Amazing. Not corporate were they will treat you like another number,Dwayne lane still cares for there consumers and quality service.

Had the best buying experience ever. They were extremely helpful, upfront and never were pushy or dishonest. I had my rambunctious 5 year old with me and Riley went above and beyond to keep him entertained. Never once did he seem perturbed or annoyed during the process. We left with the truck we wanted. I highly recommend this place and Riley. I ll definitely be back for any further purchases.

We purchased 2019 gmc 3500 duramax Denali through this dealership. We would like to thank especially Spencer who was our salesperson. He went beyond. He made sure the truck was ready for us to pick up and came on his day off since we lived eastern wa. He also called my husband to make sure that everything was good. We had never had a salesperson ever check with there customer for customer satisfactory. And also Matt who was handle the transaction.They both handle the transaction in a very friendly and professional in there job.I did not like that person who handle our paperwork who also tried to offer some warranty. He was very unprofessional and pushy to sale us the warranty and made us try a guilt trip saying your taking a risk. And it seem like he was pouty about it and never thank us after we were done. So I hope that the next time that we buy another vehicle from this dealership that we don t have to deal with this person again.

Darren was amazing, he truly cares about his costumes. He was very helpful and kept me updated. The sub contractor used is horrible and very poor quality of work. I'm not satisfied with how my truck looked once I picked it up then to really see the sloppy work they did is very irritating. On top of it the sub contractor got very comfortable with my truck, had messed with the settings and went through my truck. That makes me concerned for how they drove it to Everett and back.

Make sure you do research and have examples of what your trade in is worth. They told us we over paid for our trade in and only offered us 4k. We had an offer in writing from another dealership offering us 8k. They told us they wouldn t be able to sell our truck on the lot and faked phone calls with their wholesaler . We talked them up to a little over 6k. Sure enough, they have our old truck listed on their website today for $18,888 which is more than we paid for it over two years ago. Feeling a little taken advantage of and disappointed.

Sales is awesome however service is a scam. . They lost my brand new truck then accused me of taking it. Then found it a hour later. Then next visit gave my parts to another customer after waiting months. Then had oil change an our oil leaked out . The GM said oh well we all make mistakes. I agree but repeatedly is bad. DO NOT get your vehicle serviced. Oh they cannot wash your car.

I love Dwayne Lanes. Have had several friends and relatives buy cars there and I just got a new SUV there. Not dilly dallying around, got to a price fast and fair, paper work took just a short time and I got exactly what I wanted. Have been doing services there for years and won't go anywhere else.

Found the problem with my.check engine light right away. Offered 2 solutions, both of which we easy fixes. Service completed in an hour. Service assistant was very courteous and communicated well with me.

Today I stopped in for an oil change. Service advisor Thomas helped me and made the whole process smooth and he was very helpful. The price was reasonable and the service was done sooner than expected, thank you!

I brought my 99 Silverado in to get worked on, check engine light is on, abs light and emergency brake light is on, needed a fuel pump, a module of some sort, and an emissions part. They fixed my fuel pump but ignored all my other emergency lights. All my emergency lights have been coming on without fail every time I drive, there is no way the lights didn t come on for them to see. I was told that they didnt see or experience my abs and brake light coming on but there is absolutely no way they didn t see those lights. They came on as soon as I drove my truck off the lot. I brought my truck in to get worked on and they did half the job (if that), and now I have to bring it back in to and not have my truck when it should have been fixed properly In The first place. Have heard horrible reviews about your dealership and now I m not sure I want to even bring it back to you.

We have always been loyal customers there every since we bought our GMCSiara there .always did all our oil changesBreaks and regular maintance their .SpentThousands of dollars over the years.Today 1 week after haveing our rear brakes done. The windshield wiper sprayer wuit working and our towing break warning notice came on .After a 200.00 dollar inspection fee they told us with tax it would cost over 13 hundred dollars to fix.I found out the windshield wiper pump and sprayer cost 96 dollars and the towing switch cost 26 dollars both on Amazon for that and less .we will beable to have the work done for less than 300 dollars.We ended up paying 244.00 for the experience. But they lost life long customers

We came back a second time only because it was closest place off the freeway of where my car was having problems. The first time we came to have a panel fixed that housed the radio, CD etc. They fixed it but the CD player wouldn t work after. It seemed like too much of a hassle to try and go in again for something I rarely used. All that to say we only used them again because it was the closest place. We were told their guy was the best and could get me right in. We ended up having to get a rental for almost two weeks. I m not even sure what they did to fix the original problem but my windshield wipers came out broken and now I have a weird smell that my car is making that it wasn t before-smells like sulfur. We were lied to multiple times, terrible service and poor quality of work. I feel like you come out with more problems and I do not trust them. Absolutely awful service and dishonest. Will never go here again.

We ordered our Chevrolet Bolt from Dwane Lane because they had no additional markup on the car like all the other dealers did. In addition to a better price the whole process of ordering and buying the car was great. They kept me informed on the progress. When we arrived to pick up the car we had the best experience so far buying a car. Team wa efficient, helpful and supportive. We got help to setup the car, and OneStar service. Also I really liked how they are not only money focused but have strong link to local communities by sponsoring kids sports events and volunteering. Definitely recommend and would work again with them.

Had a great experience with the service department. Our car had a part failure right down the street. We were able to limp our car there. They got it fixed and kept us updated all along the way. We will keep them in mind for service even though they are out of the way for us.

Dropped car off in the morning for a check engine light. Called back in the afternoon to check status and see if I could get my car to drive home only to find out the "tech locked my keys in his tool box" according to Tom. Stuck with no transportation and had to stay in town because of it. Picked my car up the next afternoon to await the part anyway. After they couldn't explain the service light....I told them to drive it.... yep they found it.So a few hundred dollars later and you guys ordered me a part that I took care of and paid the deductable too!

First dealership I ve been to that charge diagnostic fee, of close to $300, but it doesn t go towards the amount owed, especially when didn t need a diagnostic done, when I already told them what the problem is. Being charged and having to waiting to be told what you already said. Waste of time and money

Wouldn t work with me at all on a price of a vehicle and when I told them about the exact same car from another dealer he told me they wouldn t sell it as advertised. I then proceeded to go to that other dealer and purchase the car for 4 grand less :) Crazy what happens when you re rude and also dont know what you re talking about.

I ve been here multiple times. I wanted a tire rotation and oil change. It was written up as an oil change. I said sorry, I requested a tire rotation too. He said ok we will fix that. The original price was for $69. When they said the car was ready I checked and tires weren t touched. My bill was $150. I said, sorry, tires weren t rotated. They took $20 off. I asked why the other charges and they said I got a package. I don t trust anything else was done if they didn t do the one thing I asked them to do. I gave them an opportunity to fix it and they screwed me for a one time charge of an extra $50. Never again will I go there.

I FELT THE PRICES WERE GREAT, I LIKED WHAT I ORDERED AND THOUGT IT WAS GOOD. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS, THE STAFF WAS PLEASENT AND ACCOMODATING....THE MENU HAD A GREAT VARITETY OF DIFFERENT FOODS TO CHOOSE FROM...(SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE). I WILL DEFINITELY EAT HERE AGAIN.
