My dealership has been doing business with Copart for 7 years now, we spending hundreds of thousands dollars every year purchasing cars from Copart, recently we purchased a vehicle that was advertised as run and drive and YES KEY, I came to pick up the car and they pulled out vehicle with out the KEY, when I asked unprofessional people at the office "where's the KEY ?" They simply answered "We not responsible for the key, take it like that " They didn't even care I'm a long time costumer, they didn't ever offer any settlement or service, simply DON'T CARE. I contact district manager via email and guess what same answer. So basically I paid at least twice more because it was advertised YES KEY RUN AND DRIVE. They simply didn't wanna help and besides horrible customer service lately. I guess from now on my company will do business with other auctions but not Copart. Very disappointing. That's not the way they should treat an old good customer.

Desiree and Dawn made the mess and stress caused by the insurance company much easier to deal with. Very kind, very helpful and compassionate. What was already a stressful process was messed up by insurance, but those two ladies made me feel a lot less stress. You really feel cared for when you're working with them. Thank you ladies so much.

Terrible customer service was added to queue and been calling inside say come inside representatives ready to assist I go inside still waited 30 min for the representative finally start helping me get my paperwork for my cars. While the employee was helping me all of a sudden the representative started helping the person that came in after me and placed my papers aside. Please stay away if you can from this branch.

So Copart has towers that can not figure out their lives they have no idea how to tow - Copart only wants to send the cheapest contractor out to save money - forget about you and your vehicle - The General Manager HAROLD decided it was a good idea to call and threaten us this morning!!!! so sorry for looking out you and your personal items located in your vehicle!!!!!

Would not recommend this place for their customer service. We did accomplish what we came for however the front desk person was short, unfriendly and not very communicative. 2/5

Terrible customer service treated everyone with disgust. They brought my car out to me and broke a windshield and tore part of the front bumper off the car I just purchased. They have no care for anything other than taking your money

My wife s car was in an auto accident and was taken to this yard while insurance was processing. When we came in to get our belongings out of her car the vehicle had been ransacked. Glove box and everything turned inside out. All change, money, and medication was stolen from the car. The woman in line behind us also had the same situation so I know our story isn t unique. The girl at the counter just pretty much shrugged her shoulders at us. That same day we gave Copart the title of her car to be sent off to her insurance company and it was never received. Copart lost the title. We confronted them about it and instead of just agreeing and apologizing they lied to our faces and said we never dropped off a title. This place is extremely shady, and I would not recommend Copart at all.

I want to take out the time to acknowledge Copart employee name Chelsea from the North Seattle location. I was just in a car accident and had my car towed to Lincoln Towing (worst mistake of my life). With that being said she has shown nothing but 100% cutomer service and professionalism through this terrible time for me. If I could double the ratings from a 5 to a 10+ I definitely would do so. If anyone from Copart deserves a pay raise it would definitely be her. Word to the wise "NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LINCOLN TOWING". Take your business to Copart.

If you need to scrap your car it's usually never a good thing but these guys made that process as easy as can be. They offered a reasonable price, offered towing, and were helpful when I forgot to bring some paperwork with me. They not only made my own stressful situation more manageable but I watched them provide the same level of care to others as well while I waited in line.Could I have made more money stripping my car for parts and selling it on craigslist out of my garage? Maybe. But I'm happy to have the convenience of Copart and the office workers at this location were friendly and helpful as well!

I was here just to get some personal items from a wrecked vehicle, but they appear to have a pretty nice operation going on here. Looking at their auctions, I see some pretty good deals as well.

We picked up a car after winning a bid here at the north lot. After not bidding for awhile it was refreshing to see the site running so fast and smooth. My only critique was that we waited over 45mins for pickup. I understand there is a line but maybe try and work in your commercial and private buyers so that we aren t waiting for 10 double loaders? Just a thought.

Very unprofessional called them twice, they said to come back tomorrow before 3:30, came back tomorrow at 3 and they said they are too busy and told me just make an appointment for another day. Should ve told me to come back before 3:30 and it might gets busy. I spent 8 hours driving and wasting my time. Very unprofessional should ve told me it might gets busy or something!

Don't know how to provide any form of customer service. They were supposed to pick up our vehicle 4 hours ago. I called and when I finally reached someone, they let me know they never dispatched even though they had notes in their system they were supposed to pick up the car. Highly advise you don't use this company.

Money hungry, 0 customer service, employees are lazy, they admit they dont want customers to physically come in anymore so theyve made insane policies to make it almost impossible to drive your car off the lot. Managers are clueless and dont know how to operate an auction. Definitely by far the worst auction in the country. Avoid at all costs!!!! Trust me it will cost you

I have nothing to complain about the company, prices and cars, but some employees and the manager Karl Serwold is rude, rude, and unprofessional with his customers and I even threaten to say he would put a cartoon on my account, this is an attitude Inadmissible within a serious and professional company. I don't understand how a company of this size can keep people like that working and undermining the company's image. I do not intend to buy any more cars with them and if someone asks for a review it will be negative.

NEVER GO THROUGH CASH FOR CARS OR COPARTS!!!I sold my car through cash for cars which is one of their companies that they get cars from. This has been a MONTHS long process to get this all taken care of. Sold the car and got it picked up no problem. Then they needed me to redo some paperwork. Redid it and dropped it off. Months later they LOST the title. They sent me paperwork to state that I lost the title and wanted me to get it notarized. The car and title was in their possession for over two months and they just now realized they lost the title!! So I now I have to get this taken care of again. This has been a migraine from hell!

Purchased a trailer from this location and it was not as described. Pictures are taken and/edited to exclude damage. Description was mid labeled. Trailer was also located in separate lot other than that was published. Employees did not know what type of title was available. No interior or roof photos were provided even upon request. Expect a vehicle or trailer that is not up to towing or safe for road when purchasing from this yard. Fees are also hidden into price and no consideration is made for paying customers. Would not recommend .

I enjoy the people that work at this location. They are professional and honest. I have never had any issues and they are very reliable as long as you pay for the cars you bid on.

Copart was great. This was my first purchase and they really made the process easy and quicker than expected. I have already told several people about my good experience.

After purchasing, I arranged for a transport broker to accommodate transportation down to Houston, TX. When speaking with the owner of the transport company, I asked him for his company name and US DOT number which he refused. He told me that he had a third party going to pick up the car (which I was not okay with) and he then promptly hung up on me. I immediately called this Copart branch. I verified that I was the owner of this vehicle (with DL#) and I asked that the vehicle is not to be released under any circumstance without my approval or me clearing this hold (9/19). A few hours later, I went to clear the hold but much to my surprise, Copart released the vehicle to a known local driver and "overlooked" the notes because of friendly relations. The following morning (9/20) I spoke with Brian who claims to be one of the managers at this location. At first he was very helpful and put me at ease with promises that Copart would be response for anything that may happen to the vehicle and just wanted to locate the vehicle first. He then told me that it s on its way to TX, and there is nothing he could do about it. But again reassured me that Copart would be responsible if anything was to happen to the vehicle. He also promised me that he would clear the storage charge and agreed that he would send me a copy of lot notes. I asked if could call him back within the hour. He told me he would keep his phone right next to him. About 30 mins later I call back to no answer and again an hour before closing. I attempted to reach him twice on 9/23 and on 9/24 before I was able to get ahold of him. He was very irritated of my attempts to call him back regarding the matter. He denied everything he previously told me. When I asked for the lot notes and for him to include what he promised me in writing, he responded with, "If you think you heard me say or if I did say that, it's false and it is against company polices". He then proceeded to tell me that I should be happy the car is on its way and I essentially have no right to complain about the discrepancy because damages haven't occurred yet. Essentially no harm, no foul. Again, he promised me the lot notes and that he would clear the storage charge. We agreed we'd visit the matter when the car was delivered. Delivery day came, no car and no word from the transporter. I spoke with Dianne (9/27) regarding the matter, and shockingly was told that "Copart is a huge corporation if I wanted to take legal action, I should go ahead and good luck" and then she hung up. I called back on 9/30 after finding out the car never left WA. Managers Brian and Karl both refused to speak with me.I then contacted Tyler Gallagher(reg. manager) who was quick to attack me and say they are not at fault for releasing the vehicle and there is nothing he can do because the vehicle left the lot. After this, I decided to do my own investigation. I was able to locate the vehicle and get the authorities involved after about a month of stress. My whole life was put on whole during this time as I did not have my money nor my vehicle. Copart refused to help me despite negligently giving my car away to a stranger who held it hostage. Paying in full and promptly got me nothing but false promises and disrespect. I am appalled and have never been treated so unjust for a company s mistake. Customer service has been hostile and atrocious. The excess money/time wasted was not worth it. If issues arise they will just repeat bogus terms and conditions that have no relevance to the situation (which they will most likely do here to this review). I don t mind paying for the car but because of the time/money wasted because they didn t do their job properly, I have tried to get them to do a refund for their services, transportation, and late fees accumulated regarding registration. They have no interest in doing so or making things right and banned my account. Stay clear from this location, if issues arise, you will be out of luck.

I bought a car here and had trouble with the shipper. After storing the car for a week and a half, charging me $300+ they damaged the car while in storage. When I asked for some help with the cost of repairing the damage they basically said they couldn't do anything about it and "as soon as it is out of the lot, it is the shippers responsibility" the problem with that is he took high definition pictures of the car immediately after it was placed on his trailer and the damage was present. Terrible business practices.
