My rear passenger window shattered in the cold weather on a holiday. I requested a quote online and Rocky called me within 10 minutes, provided a great price and was able to get me in the next day. Service was completed faster than expected, less expensive than expected, and with great customer service. We will be coming back to NOVUS in the future!

I called for a quote and talked to Rocky and he was super nice and the price they offered me was unbeatable. They even come to you to replace your windshield. Was able to have Rocky replace my windshield while I was at work and this made it super easy around a busy schedule. 5/5 stars for me! Super knowledgeable, quick, friendly, and reasonable. Got a new windshield for my Prius. They ordered the right one, put it in perfectly right on time. They told me the cruise control would calibrate itself I didn t really believe that but they were right! Great job, guys!

I was very pleased with the window replacement of my Ford F250. They took my insurance.I asked for a recommendation they recommended me to another shop to replace my tinting on my side windows. That shop retuned my call quickly and I set and appointment.They were quick and clean and I felt respected as a women walking into this shop.The wait was actually less then what was stated which is always nice.The conversation was friendly.I would definitely recommend this shop for windshield replacement.The estimate for my window replacement was under $500.

Novus knew more about my car windshield replacement and the approved brands than even the service department of my dealership! Novus was able to get my car in quickly and replaced the windshield while I waited. Rocky (the owner) is outstanding and so is Jay. When the dealer had a question, even though Rocky was away, Rocky returned the call immediately and educated the service department about their own product! Rear window on my van was replaced by Novus. They did an exceptional job. Cleaned broken glass from inside the vehicle and left my van glass free even though there were items inside. They moved those items and vacuumed up all the bits and pieces of glass. They were very quick and professional. They even called me to let me know the glass install was ready earlier than scheduled if I wished. Great service.Service: Auto rear window replacement

It doesn't get more customer-centric than this. I'm pretty sure my truck came out cleaner than it went in.They fit me in very last minute for a pretty good crack spanning my windshield just days before a road trip. (They were booked, but got me in when I explained the situation.)The service was fast, friendly, and he even cleaned out a mouse nest (totally not part of the windshield) while replacing the windshield.I really appreciate getting fit into an opening, taking me early when I showed up way early, and being friendly and courteous the entire time!While I hopefully don't have to deal with this very often, I know where I'd go in the future.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had my cars windshield replaced, the guys were nice. I noticed the vents in both corners (their tiny) were broken in the removal process. Rather than tell me, they put them back thinking I wouldn t notice. And they didn t tuck in the black rubber part in right. At the time I wasn t too mad, I was bummed tbh, but thinking about it. I am disappointed they didn t tell me about how the vent tabs got broken the process. If you brake stuff, don t hide it. Tell the customer.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service, prices as expected, very timely.You have to go to them but they'll get you back on the road in no time at all. There is sitting room , small but available. Plenty of things to do and see on a nice walk while they work to get you that safety view with no cracks or blemishes. Thankyou Novus Glass for the quick appointment, affordable pricing , and getting us back on the road.

Novus was awesome! We had a windshield water leak, Rocky diagnosed over the phone. We live in the islands and had to take a ferry, so scheduling and timeliness was important. When we got to the scheduled appointment I had given Rocky incorrect information, so the windshield was not on site - not a problem; he got on on the phone with the supplier, picked up the glass, and successfully installed the windshield so we could catch the afternoon ferry home. He an the staff all courteous, professional, and taking appropriate COVID precautions. Recommend them 100%!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Professional and Fast!We needed a chip filled and my wife was smart enough to set an appointment. Got in and out quickly. My sister in law also had her windshield replaced here and she was happy with her results as well. 6 out of 5 stars!

Great experience dealing with Novus auto glass they came to my work and fixed my rock chip. They did such a great job I had them do my mother-in-law s car in concrete Washington and usually when you travel that far companies seem to run behind they were punctual and professional. Would highly recommend them

I was very impressed with the speedy, professional service I received at Novus Glass! Even though I didn't have an appointment, Greg and Rocky assessed my problem, contacted my insurance carrier and repaired my chipped windshield all in less than an hour! I encourage everyone that has a windshield repair or replacement need to see the guys at Novus in Anacortes. They take customer service seriously.

Rocky from Novus Autoglass replaced my windshield recently and really gotta' say, they did a great job, They went the extra mile to clean the dash and floor when finished and even dropped the car off for me on their way home to avoid the need for trying to schedule a ride. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great job guys

I booked an appointment 2 weeks prior with J. He confirmed my vehicle type 3 times and gave me the amount due and I verified the appointment twice. I show up and they have no idea who I am, they tell me they can't even get the glass. He comes out to the car later and tells me they briefly remember talking about it and that's all. No phone call, I wasn't even on their books! Did you think I would just disappear? Glad I took off work for this.

I had to have my windshield replaced on my vehicle and I chose to go with Novus after a recommendation from my insurance broker. Even though I had to travel off island to the Anacortes location, I feel like it was totally worth the trip, since they were very nice to work with and fit me into a next day schedule, and I was in and out of there in no time. The staff are kind and professional, they vacuumed the front out and cleaned the dash, and replaced any stickers that were on the old window. I highly recommend Novus to anyone looking for auto glass repair.

Went in with a small chip in my windshield and Rocky took care of if immediately. No wait, applied my insurance, and I was out the door and driving in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service quality and friendly staff.

The front windshield was cracked on my 2008 Saab. Rocky found the glass for the windshield quickly and at a very competitive price (the cheapest actually). He's so meticulous that he replaced the oil change sticker when he was done. In the sunshine, when I picked up the car, he smiled and said: "now that's how a windshield should look."Highly recommended.
