Levi saved me anywhere from $650-$350 by coming out and not only repairing the part but upgrading a plastic piece to a more durable metal piece to resolve the issue for ever. His responsiveness is next instantaneous by whatever form of communication you prefer, by text or call. He was extremely upfront with me in pricing and charged exactly what I was quoted, so there were no surprises at billing. In my specific case the part he replaced works better than before, and we cannot even tell he was in the vehicle. We called on a Friday and he came out the following week as promised. All around will definitely hire him each and every-time I have an issue mechanically with my vehicles. In my case Levi came out and repaired a part that costs new OEM $987, aftermarket $397 and caused the vehicle from having the ability to move. He saved me from the cost of a tow to a local repair shop and the cost of a new part.

We started off thinking it was just the water pump and it would be a 1 night project. He was very thorough and caught that other things had broken as well. Instead of just doing the job he was there for he inspected every part as he went to make sure that my Jeep would really work when he was finished. It turned into much more of a project than any of us anticipated, but it was still a better deal than any of us could have imagined. It is rare that I trust a mechanic but it was easy to trust him with fixing my car from the very beginning. I 1000% recommended him as a mechanic!Service: Auto maintenance

My experience with Levi was very impressive he had quotes for me in e-mailed before he had even seen my truck and sent me quotes on parts at three price ranges depending on quality from two different parts dealers, so I knew what to expect before he got there. And to my surprise he works on cloudy days even if there s a threat of rain without complaining.lol when most people would ve knowing they would be working on a day that had typical Washington gray skies with a real threat of rain, he had a canopy at one end of my truck pulled off the shocks move the canopy to the other end and pulled off the struts and tie rods replaced the shocks struts and tie rods. To my surprise I went to get the alignment and it was near dead on perfect I am looking forward to Levi doing more work on my vehicles in the future it s nice to work with somebody you can trust!I will post pictures of Levi doing work on my truck at a later date.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection
