Recently I went to TAN auto body and paint for an issue with my front bumper. Not only were they extremely friendly, great customer service they looked at my car right away and were able to do the repair needed. I really appreciate their technicians knowledge and helpfulness. I would highly recommend tan auto body and paint for your car or SUV.

I m a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle repairs or servicing but Tan did excellent work overall. I recently had a door dent on the body line on my 2023 Lexus IS 350 that required repairs and blending on my passenger side, although a small repair I can t even tell where it was nor any blending issues or over spraying. They also have great customer service and work well with enterprise for rental car services, my repair took less than a week and was effortless on my part. I would recommend their service to anyone

Awesome spot! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are quick and knowledgeable. Communication was a little spotty sometimes but didn't take away from the overall experience. I would highly recommend them! My car was repaired quickly and hassle free they even helped me out with a random issue post repair and provided me with a full estimate and recommendations at zero cost. I walked in each time and they were more than accommodating with little to no wait time.

I am very please with the painting job on my car. I was on my way to another company and noticed the Tan Auto sign and called to asked did they do paint work on cars that are not using insurance and I was told yes and could I got a quote on the spot.Upon entry Mike introduced himself, who also took great care of me until my paint job was complete. He explained the process and was very honest upfront and kept in communication via calls and emails.At pickup, my car look so good and now I can definitely pull up all confident to my showings and events. Tan Auto Body & Paint was timely and professional. I was very happy they offered a military discount, so I saved a few dollars. I just got my hood and fenders painted this was a well worth the price. Mike walked the car with me and to my surprise they even cleaned the car, what blessings.I recommend working with Mike, he definitely will only recommend work needed. He was also kind enough to drop me back home on drop off day. My car was ready less than 5 days.I would definitely recommend Tan Auto Body & Paint to those who I know!

I normally do not leave reviews unless I feel it absolutely necessary. This body shop is the real deal. They went above and beyond to correct the damage that was left from a previous repair at Notthern Virginia Autobody in Fairfax **avoid them like your life depends on it!!!** Mr Tan assessed and corrected every single point that I brought up during our initial walk-around. When I took my car to him, I was extremely critical about the paint damage the previous body shop left all over my black car. The carelessness of their work and absolute indifference they showed to my concerns about the quality of their work left me with nothing but regret. Northern Virginia Autobody is without a doubt the worst, most unprofessional body shop I ve ever done business with. I m beyond words with the quality and professionalism I ve experienced here at Tan Autobody & Paint. They ve definitely earned my business! 5 stars 100% without a doubt!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely awesome job by Tan Auto Body & Paint. I have a custom paint job on my 2024 Hyundai Ionic 5 and the scratches and dents were repaired to perfection.Also, my vehicle was showroom clean when returned.

This shop is absolutely amazing! The staff are friendly and considerate to the needs of their customers. They did a fantastic job of fixing my stupid minivan. They went above and beyond for me! I could not recommend them enough!

This place is wonderful. I was really in a bind today (very long story, but), they saw me very quickly as a walk in , fixed my problem and had me on my way without charging me a dime. It was a quick, relatively easy job but they didn t have to do it and it seemed they just wanted to help me out of the goodness of their hearts. That is so rare these days, especially at car repair shops (which, in my experience try to milk every dime from you). These are good people (Michael, who I worked with, was especially kind) and saved me from what could have been a very unpleasant situation. As hokey as it sounds, today I truly felt the spirit of Christmas.

Tan did a great job with my repairs. Quick turn around as well as great repair. Service guy was very nice. Easy to contact, and easy to understand everything. They also cleaned the inside of my car, it s like brand new again. I had a weird air conditioning issue and they fixed it also. They didn t ask for a review, I just think they deserve one!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Me and my family has been to Tan Auto Body several times for different repairs. They have always exceeded our expectations. The first time I went to Tan Auto Body I was greeted by Mike, he was very pleasant, explained me the entire process very clearly and above all he knew what he was talking about. I'm from West Virginia & was rear ended while visiting the area. I am so grateful the insurance company moved my car to Tan's! Mike worked with me through the entire repair process & gave regular updates. He was there to greet us & explain everything when we came to pick up the vehicle. He is so professional & extremely personable! My car looks like brand new, the repair has a lifetime warranty & they even completely detailed it inside & out! They also have a link to Enterprise & I was able to leave the rental car there for Enterprise to pick up! It was a win win all around & I highly recommend Tan's!

They were extremely quick with fixing my car and they were extremely kind. They were communicative throughout the process as well. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new and it was even clean on the inside! I am overall impressed with how well they did. I would recommend getting your car fixed here. Mike was awesome.

Took my 2005 C230 Kompressor to Tan Auto Body and have been very happy. The old Mercedes looks better than ever. Looks so good I'm gonna keep it a few more years.Thanks much Tan Auto Body:)

Someone smashed into my car and I had it repaired at Tan via progressive insurance. Mike was my point of contact and they treated me with professionalism and outstanding customer service throughout the process. They fixed my car right up and gave me prompt updates. They even cleaned and detailed my interior! Everyone at the shop including the receptionist is great. Thank you guys for making a tough time much easier for me!Oh not to mention they even topped my car off with oil and did a diagnostic because they noticed some things. My mom and I have been going to Tan's Auto Body Shop for years! I turned my car in the other week for a paint touch-up and they returned it cleaned from the inside and outside in addition to what we asked for. It was a nice surprise! It looked brand new! Tan performs excellent, detailed work as well as exceptional customer service that goes beyond expectations. I definitely recommend going here!Service: Painting

Tan Auto is the most professional repair shop I've ever had the opportunity to use. They stayed in constant contact with me and delivered a wonderful finished product on schedule. Tan Auto Body & Paint Shop Is Phenomenal!!! They did an amazing job repairing the rear end bumper on my Mercedes-Benz E350. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They went well above and beyond my expectations. The front desk reps were also wonderful... Their work is impeccable and my vehicle was ready on the day that I was told it would be ready. They surprise me with a complimentary detailing and fix scratches that was on the front of my vehicle. My car looks amazing!!!4 weeks later, I return for an estimate on replacing my broken fog lights... AT NO CHARGE they immediately fix my fog lights.I highly recommend Tan Auto Body Shop!You made a difference in my life, Thank you kindly Tan... God Bless!
