Friendly, well informed staff always help me reset my car's notice. Quick & easy oil change, other service offers made, no pressure for any service. Love that they keep my car's info on file because I have no idea what kind of oil it uses, etc.

Told the girl I wanted a new air filter, she charged me for oil change, never asked if I had a coupon, they never even looked if my air filter was dirty, until I said replace it. They never checked air pressure in tires, but receipt said air pressure. Been coming here since they opened. It will be the last time. PERIOD, might be petty, I don't expect to have to clean car again because they're to lazy to wipe off grease off my fender.

Very fast but fairly expensive. They lied to me about checking fluids. Wiper fluid AND coolant weren't nothing topped off. If I ever come back, I will be more diligent in checking what they say they've done.

Very knowledgeable team, made me feel at ease since it was my first time getting an oil change on my own. They also fixed my headlight, which they nailed it. It has been a week since the oil change and so far no issues!

Kyron went out of his way when my van broke down in the line for an oil change. He came out there helped me push the van out of line and tolk the time to go over what the problem could be and even helped me get it started so I could get home with out a tow truck. It's honestly people like him that go the extra mile that make auto services a better place thank you kyron!! give that man a raise!!!

Went for oil change, was drilled on instructions. First thing that came to my mind was am I being drilled by my DI? I couldn t believe is this guy seriously talking to me this way? I became very agitated and my wife had to tell me to just leave it alone it s not worth it. Management is rude and disrespectful, talking trash just out of earshot. We gave this location another try as to convenience. They will hit on your wife making women very uncomfortable to the point my wife will not go here alone. You should listen to your customers as I ve seen several reviews from young women complaining about being harassed. Don t waste your time with this trash location. Goto the one over at Strawbridge, they are much more respectful and reasonable!

I brought my Volkswagen Beetle here for an oil change, they didn t have my filter in stock. I went and bought the filter and I had to exchange it due to getting the wrong one at auto zone, on my return the manager said if I had gotten the right one I would of been done. First of all the manager should have ordered the filters I needed! I shouldn t have to drive three times to get a filter! I really don t appreciate his attitude. Never coming here again! If I go to a service station they should have parts for my car, it s not the other way around.Service: Oil change

In and out fast. The personnel were very polite and professional. I said I had brought my own oil and filter and it was done with no hassle! Offered some additional services that I declined but gave me a list with my receipt of the services they offer. Very good place. Will come back for my next oil change for sure!

Fast, efficient, friendly and warm...and I've NEVER said that about anyone I've done business with..as soon as my car hit the lot, pulled the car in, hood was popped and the service was done..DeShawn was the lead and his crew were kind and thorough..they answered questions about mileage, tire pressure and my next oil change..it was my pleasure..

Not only was the staff incredibly quick and efficient but they were also incredibly kind. Halfway through my visit the head mechanic noticed I was a part of the queer community and even gave me some adorable pride merch! I was made to feel welcome and comfortable while they were taking care of my car. As someone with constant anxiety, its such a comfort now that taking my car in for maintenance is something I wont worry about any longer knowing this team is around the corner!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Very satisfied with their dedication to help and look out after our best interest. Pete was our service guy and he and his crew went above and beyond to help us with our needed tune up. He was honest, transparent and even worked with us in getting the best deal for our services (thanks to our Groupon, too!) rather than ending up with a costly bill at other shops. Not only that, the whole time we were there did not feel like a typical mundane wait while our car was getting serviced. He constantly checked in on us and kept us in the loop and educated me about the status of my transmission fluid and fluid system. As a woman and being new here in VB, he did not make me feel bad for the work my car needed and the camaraderie of the crew gave me a comforting taste of what southern hospitality is. We didn't plan on taking my car in for an oil change that day but I sure am glad we went here when we did.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Be cautious this company put the wrong oil filter on my car. Just because it threads on doesnt make it right. When I personally changed the oil it looked like mud.

Attention manager. I will remove this review once it s acknowledged. I just want to make you aware that the splash shield under my wife s vehicle was incorrectly installed after an oil change. The front of it fell down and scraped the road while she was driving on the highway shortly after leading your location. The noise scared her tremendously but I was able to reattach properly and no real damage was done. Overall I was happy with your service and the experience we had. I just want to bring it to your attention so proper training can be done. Again I ll take down the review after it s acknowledgedService: Oil change

Oil change was okay but expensive thank god for the coupon . Now for the workers they need to work on professional etiquette . The way they talk to customers and act . Rude , flirtatious , demeaning. Only reason I went back to this location because my oil light came on to early . The manager screams slow down and turn your wheel like sir why are you yelling . Then asking about my personal life has nothing to do with my oil change.

This was my 2nd time using this location and I was super excited because of how great my 1st experience went. This time my experience was the complete opposite, everything was super rushed didn t get the same customer care/ service as I did the 1st time. I had to request to get my windshield fluid filled and when I did the service guy look super annoyed, didn t get my tire inflated I was on low pressure on one of my tires. Like I mentioned before it was super rushed and it seemed like the tech that I had just didn t want to be there and just wanted to get everything done as fast as possible. Honestly the only reason why I went back was b/c how wonderful the customer service and the attention to detail to each item was on my previous visit. I don t think I will be returning I m very disappointed with this visit.Service: Oil change

Alec and Kevin are the most professional as well as welcoming persons I have met within this industry. They made me feel welcome. They made my Mercedes-Benz quite happy (oil change) the process was ever so surprising! I recommend them and this branch. I further recommend all ladies to use this place. It has been the only extremely pleasant oil change experience I have had thus far for my automobile.

From the moment we entered everyone was super friendly and helpful. One guy wasn t sure how to find my cabin filter so another gentleman came over quickly to help literally bending over backwards! He was super friendly, made friends with my dog, and took a moment to show the other guys where to locate it. Thanks for getting us in and out super fast!! We will definitely be back!

I normally dont leave reviews but I had to leave one today. The staff at this location were so kind and helpful. I just had a terrible experience at Take5 and my experience today at Valvoline was the complete opposite. The last place I got my oil changed stripped something and instead of just saying we can't help you and dismissing me in a rude way the way Take5 did they helped every way they could and still changed my oil from the top and gave me advice on how to deal with my problem. As someone who knows nothing about cars getting my car serviced can be overwhelming but your staff were so welcoming. I'll definitely be back.Service: Oil change

Went in 7/18 for an oil change. THEY STRIPPED MY OIL PAN PLUG and damaged my car , and now it has a constant oil leak the past 3 weeks that is undiscoverable. Called the manager and was told he would investigate the cameras and call me back the next day, and I never heard back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They will damage your vehicle.

Besides waiting inside the hot Bay Area with in my car, the staff are responsible. I got an oil change and tire rotation on my RAM within 35 mins.

They share your vehicle information with Carfax as per the rude attendant. When I wanted to decline providing the requested information which has absolutely nothing to do with changing the oil I was told I could leave, "he just works there". I needed the oil change so I complied, only to be rudely told when I questioned the next change date on the new sticker which said 3000 miles that 3000 is their recommendation. I purchased the Valvoline 5W20 Full Synthetic oil which is advertised as good for 10000 miles. I will never have bring any of my business there and will not purchase Valvoline for sharing information with Carfax without disclosure!
