I've been to the VB Boulevard and Holland Road locations multiple times with multiple vehicles and the experience has been good every time. Tires are priced fair and they get you in and out quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Kayla was very respectful, kind, helpful. Great Customer Service, will return again! Got my tire that Walmart, Firestone, said would take 2-3days in less then 24 hours.

The sweet lady Mandy was knowledgeable and very understanding of my time and money situation. The car tech Mat was patient and knowledgeable of what needed to be done for my tires to be passing for my state inspection. I've been going here for over 3 years and I'm never disappointed, my Harrington looks good with his new feet

I pulled up w a fast moving leak (probably only had minutes until it was flat) and they pulled me right in and swapped out my tire and checked the rest of my tires as well. Was only there 10 minutes and they were all very friendly and professional. Will go back again.

I'M A UNITED STATES MARINE AND I M WARNING EVERYONE, DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY ANY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE. EVERY TIME I GET TIRED FROM HERE THEY GO FLAT WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THE TIRE OR GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE WITH NO RESPECT FOR SERVICE MEN . I'M GOING ALL THE WAY TO NORFOLK IF I HAVE TO BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND 1 MORE DOLLAR WITH THIS PLACE, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IT S HAPPENED AND THESE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE. IT S SAD THAT I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR A COUNTRY AND COME HOME TO THIS.

There is a young black gentleman that works here and he has Great customer service! The dirty blonde female receptionist is dirty and she talks to you, like you are a child. Her hair was dirty and clothes were dirty. She is not the men that put the tires on so why is she dirty, with a dirty attitude. She sits at the desk. Her tone of voice for whatever reason was uncalled for and her customer service was garbage. There is an older caucasian man that works there too and he needs help as well.The young black gentleman needs a raise and if i ever go back there, I would introduce him to a better job and work environment. That young gentleman was hustling! Thats the only reason I would visit...not to get a tire. I should have gotten his name. Please stop hiring anything off the streets without proper training or does management look and act this way? Im looking at who you hired. Its 2024, up your game, by bringing in people that take pride in their job, not to just get a paycheck. P.S don't ask me to come back, because I'm not. Even if you give me a free tire....Customer service is more important. No response needed. Just do Better with your business.

Been to this location many times. Always friendly and their prices are awesome! Bobby, Bobby, Bobby...ask for Bobby! He's kind, thorough, fast and extremely good at his job! Thanks to everyone in the shop! See you again next time!

Awesome and professional! These guys helped me probably 5 different times trying to get the right spacers for some rims that I bought for my 64 Galaxie. They nailed it. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went to get tire fixed but he asked me for time then ,they told me that they don't fixe flat tires . Like you can see on the panel they sell 20$ dollar tires

They were busy but Stacey who was running the Shop get everyone helped and serviced in a timely manner. Her people skills were evident and her willing to assist me is why I'll be back to this particular location (Va.beach Blvd)

They did an awesome job putting on our rims and tires. They are very affordable and helped us to find the correct lug nuts needed for the car. Very great service, definitely recommend!

This is the best place to get used tires! Great customer service! The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable! I will definitely highly recommend them to everyone and I will definitely be back! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would! I m now a customer for life!!!!!

They are fast, efficient and honest.Had my back tire replaced a week ago here which is doing great however noticed I was losing air in my front tire yesterday, they looked at it and fixed it for me without a charge because it was something to do with the rim and a bead pushing into it, my car had sat for 20 months prior to this so I actually expected having to replace it but Bobby just looked it over and I gave him a tip for fixing the issue. They also have free air here just so you know! Great Service and the only place I will go for tires from here on out! I really appreciate them so much, Especially Bobby!

Great selection, the ma am I spoke with knew the selection, unfortunately she wasn t interested in selling me any. I gave 2 buying sign questions, she never offered her name, asked mine, offered where they are located, how many, if appointments are available. Her lack of interest created me to have a lack of interest . Going to Discount tire instead, better service and service still matters

Steve and Angie were so accommodating. I live closer to 3 other shops ( in Norfolk) and chose this one based on their inventory. I called the day before and received prompt service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who wants a fair deal and great customer service. Steve actually walked me around to pick what I would like to get. This is my first review on google so that says a lot about the way they treat their customers. Shout out to the guys that installed the tires as well. Your hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you Steve, Angie and team. I m sure to make these guys and gal my go to for emergency tire repair. Thank you!!

Mandy is the best. Every time I come up there which is very often she gives me GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never have to wait in long lines and they always have the tires I need. Maybe I'll fix them a cake for the great service I always get. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you so much!

I've been coming to the Virginia beach location since moving here in 2012. I came in today because my tire was low. Long story short. Kelly at the front desk was extremely helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Pat the installer checked my tire and showed me that there was a slit on the inside by the rim. He then showed me the tire that was available before just putting one on. I appreciated the customer service and the attitudes of them both. Thank you for assisting me today! This is why I've been. Coming here for 7 years! The service! Keep up the great work!

This location had tires advertised on offer up. The tires were priced great! The thread amazing and all four matched. I really lucked up. The gentleman that assisted me was polite and helpful. I drove past the Chesapeake and Virginia Beach Rosemont location to get to this one on the Blvd and I couldn t be more pleased with the service and above all the price.

Terrible customer service. They ordered a new tire for me and they ordered the wrong size would not give a refund but offered to give me a used tired. The supervisor Mandy was rude and very disrespectful about an issue that was her fault. There is another tired shop right around the corner with much better customer service.

I stopped by on my way to work to check for 2 tires and make an appt but the guy came out, found 2 tires for me, put them on and I was out the door within 20 minutes! Great service!

As soon as I pulled up Roberto greeted me right away, checked my tires and told me the time and price. It took 30 mins or probably less for two tired ! Angie at the front counter was nice and pleasant. Her hungry hippo game on the counter kept me busy while I waited for her to type up my paperwork. Steve the manager was very personable. He gave me a discount as well. I thought that was sweet ! I will return and recommend people to go there! Thanks again for the awesome customer service !!!!!!!

Needed a tire for a Honda CR-V.... service staff helped me immediately and got me in and out in 15-20 minutes. Pricing was very good. This business has mastered the three F s: Fast, Friendly, and Fair

I have to say they are very friendly! They dont beat you over the head with prices. The warranty is top notch! They are also extremely fast I highly recommend them if you are working on a budget and want to get road worthy tires!
