Amazing service!! I approached the owner with a chip on my shoulder from a previous encounter with a different tire shop minutes before I came here. He was understanding and he even worked with me on the cost of the tire. Customer service is stellar, their work is awesome. I would give them 10/10!

Had a nail in my tire. Left work at 11:30 I live 5 mins away they was done by 11:40 in and out before I could even sit down. In store staff was great Ty was great tire looking amazing appreciate y all great work ethic and fixing with urgency highly recommended !!

Every time I come here service is always great. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will have you in and out very fast!

I live in Boston and I could not find my tire anywhere in the New England area(they don't do the big boys up north apparently...only 22 or less) . I had to travel to VA for a funeral and called a couple of tire shops in the area and Used Tire Depot CAME THRU!! I got there at 430pm. I drove out at 445pm. Tire and Installation came to less than 150.00 when I expected a LOT MORE and the tire quality was excellent. AND without asking, they placed my spare back under my truck. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Definitely go and hook em up with that tip.

I just pulled in there to have my Chevy tire patched. They had it done in less than 10 minutes including changing the spare donut tire. They even aired the spare up for me. The price was low and everyone was easy going but professional. This place is a legitimate local business that treated me with more respect than the large national franchise tire places. 10/10 would use them again for tire problems

Awesome experience getting a tire on my truck. The mechanic was very friendly and addressed me by my first name throughout the interaction. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Overall pretty impressed

I alwaaaaaaayyyyysssss get my tires HERE!!! Good hearted staff that just wants you to be on the road SAFE! They have helped me out plenty of times due to my issue hitting curbs If you are in need of a reasonably priced tire and you want to meet some good people definitely take your car to them!

I came , they got me in and out and tried their best to accommodate me! I even was chilly and they invited me to sit inside with their fire place, very good customer service and great prices too! < that is a review from 6 months ago just wanted to add this is still my favorite spot. Best customer service in Virginia Beach for a tire spot !

Great service! Fast and reliable. They took me in 15 min be for closing to fix my broken valve stem. I had to end up getting a new tire but the prices were affordable. Absolutely recommend.

Got 4 grade A used tires from this place! Everyone was so kind and professional, made me feel very comfortable. The tires were on and ready to roll in less than an hour, in and out! Wonderful business!

Just got a tire here. 50 dollars out the door. Like new tread. These guys are phenomenal. Definitely recommend. Fred, Juan, and Tim. Good guys there.

Great customer service. My daughter was there for a tire plug. Card reader didn t work. She didn t have cash. They were going to let her off free. Told her to recommend them. I do recommend them! And told them that I really appreciate them when I stopped back to settle her bill. I highly recommend this business.

So helpful and everyone was very kind. Incredible price. They had exactly what I needed to replace a single discontinued tire since the other 3 were in great shape still. In and out in 10 min which was unexpected considering how long most car service waits are, but absolutely amazing! Back on the road in minutes...

Excellent experience! Got us in quickly and got the job done even quicker! Their customer service is amazing! One of the employees was so kind and gave my 4 year old a quarter so she could get some candy from the little dispenser while we waited. That alone sold me, but they also did a great job with my car! Highly recommend them! Will definitely be back!

I've been buying used tires for my truck from these guys for years, why would I want to spend $800 when I can spend $150 and get a decent awesome set of tires that last pretty much just long as long as brand new ones. These guys are great. Highly recommend them

Had a great experience! Had a flat tire and couldn t get it patched. So I went to these guys and within 30minutes I had a new tire on and was all set! Not to mention they have a 30 day warranty on the tire. It was only $60. No wait. Real solid crew over here!

Visited last week on March 24th. Service was spot on! I got a card with gentleman's names whom helped me to post their names and misplaced it. Sorry guys! My SUV has odd, hard to find tires and they always have them when others don't. There's flat pricing on the grade of the tires and it's consistant time after time for the quality/tread left on tires you choose. They also let you know if they have different grades available for your tire size so you can pick what fits your budget! The pricing includes balancing and mounting which can't be beat. Ive even brought new tires I bought online and had them install with no fuss. Sometimes they are quite busy so I'd suggest calling in advance to see what the wait time might be. When I went last there was no waiting tho. Definitely the best tire place in town! Why waste hundreds of dollars when you can get some used higher end tires that will perform and last longer than some new ones.

Slow leak in a tire, took it to three different places before going here. No one could find the leak, including PEP Boys who had me sitting around for hours! These folks found and fixed the leak in 35 minutes.

I will never go anywhere else. I stopped here for a full 4 tire change. It only cost me 25 minutes and $250. The used tires were in EXCELLENT condition. They offer a 30 day warranty on their work, also. The waiting room has bathrooms and plenty of seating, if you have to bring the kids. The employees are very personable and respectful. You won t find a deal like this anywhere else. My Jeep looks and drives much better now.

i come to this location every time my tire is messed up. I ve been here before Carlos was here and service was okay . i took a risk the last two times i needed tires. This young man is amazing with his customer service, he is very respectful every time something is wrong with my car he goes out his way to help me with it. This young man is an amazing employee, everytime i come to the holland rd location i ALWAYS ask for CARLOS. thank you guys so much

At first impression I was a little skeptical but I went there because of the great reviews. Well I'm here to tell y'all that they live up to their reviews, their customer service is outstanding!! When I had a last minute flat, they stayed open to accept me as their last customer during the first day of inclement weather when we had 4 inches of snow because they didn't want me driving on a donut and one slick tire with the terrible weather. They did a great job. Quick and very affordable. They truly do care about their customers and what they put on your car. About a week later, I ended up having another tire blow out in the snow. I went back to the shop and still, their customer service was fabulous. They, not only did a fantastic job but their customer service continued to impress me. They have made a loyal customer from me. Not only will I keep my business with them for years to come, but I will gladly recommend them. Thanks for the awesome job fellas!

Very honest and nice people! They made a mistake replacing my tire but were honest, apologetic, and very quick to rectify, even asked me to call back to confirm the issue was addressed. Ill definately be back for my future tire needs. Highly recommend!
