Great and honest customer service, definitely recommending them. Not have a waiting area was unexpected and a challenge but there are near by shops to walk to if necessary. I actually had a coworker pick me up once realizing.

They are an honest shop... we've taken many cars here over the years and they've always done a great job. Fast reliable service & they stand behind their work. They've even fixed things other shops have messed up for me. They always seem to find a way to do the job for less than other places quote. Do not hesitate to rely on the team at Bayside.

I have never trusted a shop more than this one for the work done on my Chevy Tahoe, which is now 18 years old and approaching 300,000 miles! These are honest folks that do excellent work at a fair price. All can say is everything from the time I walked in yesterday n dropped the trailblazer off n picked up today very respectful, very clean work shop ,just really professional id trust him to work on any vehicle n the price was not out the roof yes got vehicle issues drop it off to him

I have owned a Jeep that has been in and out of countless shops for a multitude of problems, big and small... I was introduced to Celebi and his team at Transmission at Bayside and was completely blown away by the professional services they provide, their kindness, and the effectiveness/permanence of repairs completed on my car. They make you feel like family. All of the positive reviews I read about Transmission at Bayside say it best. When I took my car to them yesterday I told Tim I needed it back by noon. He was very pleasant and told me the car would be ready on time. It was ready at 11:30. The cost was very fair and reasonable. I have never seen an auto shop as clean as this one. I will definitely use them when I need help with my car and I have already recommended them to friends.Service: Auto maintenance

Celebi and his team saved us! We hobbled in to his business at 4 PM on a holiday weekend with a smoking and crackling wheel in the middle of our vacation. He quickly diagnosed worn out brake pads and a broken caliper. Not only were they able to order and obtain the parts and fix our vehicle, they did it in less than two hours! Considering that we were all but stranded, I expected the price to be much more than what he asked of us. He took special care to make sure that my handicapped husband was comfortable and checked on us frequently during the work. Being Labor Day weekend, he has so much work to do but wanted to make sure that no one was left without a car for the holidays. He made sure that everything was in perfect working order before we left and was so courteous and kind. The work was top notch and I cannot recommend this business and Celebi enough!!Service: Brakes

These guys are the absolute best. I had been traveling from out of town and a skid plate came loose on my car and they got me in five minutes before closing and we re happy to put the skid plate back on even though they had already closed. What a great group of mechanics, wish them the best.

The only place I have been taking both of our cars for the past 17 years for repairs. They are reasonable on the prices. They will not monkey you around. They work on domestic and import cars from an AMC through Zonda . This shop the owner will treat you like family member. They do everything on car repairs, not just transmission. Soon, they will have the state inspection Bay open.

First let me say my first impression when I pulled up to the shop was just how clean and Immaculate it was. As a former United States Navy wrench turner myself, I know that first impressions are lasting impressions. As I sat in my car waiting there in the light rain, at 7:30 AM in the morning, the owner operator, Celebi, came out to my car to ask me a few questions about the service I was requesting, gave me a clipboard and told me I could come in now it was OK. Mind you, they don't open until 8 and by now, it was about 7:45. This was on a Friday, I got my car back the next day, I had thought the issue with my steering and suspension was tie rod ends, however, it was control arms. They fixed my car exactly how they said they would, and it was returned to me in a very timely manner. The service was great however, I was struck by the customer service I received while I was there at Transmissions at Bayside. It was obvious to me that this gentleman and his staff we're dedicated to ensuring that I left satisfied and not feeling cheated, and that is exactly how I felt when I left. I could go on and on about this shop and their staff, but I will simply say, that they are now my permanent mechanic and I would recommend them to anyone who wanted their car repaired.

Honest, fair, timely and reliable. I'm so glad I found a mechanic I can completely trust. Dropped my car off in the morning, they had my brake caliper replaced, lights replaced and State Inspection by the time I was dropped off after work. No anxiety at all!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been using this shop for over 10 years now and have never had a problem. The owner Chelebi will never try to oversell you or have you replace items that don't need replaced. Have not been able to find anyone to even come close to his prices. He will always offer you the cheapest route first and let you decide from there. Not once has he done a repair that I needed to return the car for item not being fixed properly like you will experience with dealerships. This place is amazing. Customer service is off the charts. Prices are extremely fair and they typically beat anywhere else I ve been. Celebi really makes me feel comfortable when I drop my truck off. I started going to him about two years ago and I m so happy I did. If you re looking for an accurate, reliable, friendly mechanic w amazing customer service, take your vehicle here next.

Just flat out the most integrity, highly skilled and flexible mechanic group I ve ever done business with. Starting from the owner Celebi through his entire team. Good news is they ve recently expanded and renovated so not going anywhere. Will also install parts you purchase and bring in. They only do the work that is necessary and needed or upgrades by request. Worked with this team probably 10 years now in total.Would recommend 100/100 times without hesitation to anyone

I ve been taking my 2003 Jeep Cherokee to them for years and should have left a 5 star review sooner. Was about to drive back to Montreal (750 miles !) and the check engine light on my 2021 Audi Q5 showed on on by dashboard. After getting zero help from the local Audi dealer , I visited this garage and they immediately took care of my issue and were able to reassure me so that I could drive back safely with my family to Canada. Awesome service ! Thanks again

The service is professional, the pricing is fair and transparent. Celebi, the owner, recommended appropriate lower cost fixes to my wife when she came in with urgent car problems. I've been returning to the shop since, and I'm impressed with the attention to detail and the concern for my priorities as the customer. stopped by wed to have Chelebi check out a front end noise, he test drove said wheel bearing. please bring it back on friday.i have lived here for almost 80 years and for the last 25 or so i thought all they did was transmissions - boy was i wrong.my vehicle will be ready saturday, had to special bearing overnight..........great service, i will return often for all my services.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Not just transmissions! This is where I go for all my car repairs and state inspections. They will do what is necessary, with helpful advice on what repairs are required for safety or not. Their prices are always fair and competitive. All my neighbors also come here. I recommend them to everyone I know.
