Highly recommend these guys! Very informative and honest. They really know their stuff. Worked with both Landon and Cruz and they both are super knowledgeable and nothing but professionals! I ve had them install skid plates, drive shaft, and suspension and nothing but professional service at its finest! I will tell everyone I know how excellent their service is! Excellent job guys keep up the excellent work!

Landon was very informative about the work I needed done on my Tacoma. Very professional and even took the time to walk around my truck with me and answered any questions I had regarding the service I was getting done. Truck rides like a dream now couldn t be happier. Appreciate these guys. Professional on point and informative. My Toyota s will only be brought here from here on out!!

Good Day to all who may read this review. Let me start off by giving the sales tech Cruz and the technicians in the maintenance shop a big thank you for correcting the front end geometry which was lifted by a local shop on my 2009 Ram and updating the the front components. These guys would not let my truck go until it was properly corrected. Most places would put a band-aid on and send you out the door, but not these gentlemen here at Total Offroad and More. I will take my 2009 Ram no where else but Total Offroad & More for all of my 4x4 upgrades and needs.These gentlemen are the real deal and can be trusted to get your Rig right. Thanks again, very much appreciated.

Landon was great and had a ton of knowledge about anything and everything Toyota based. Definitely a go to guy. Helped me pick out my lift wheels and tires on my 1st gen sequoia

Purchased and had my lift kit, tires and wheels installed on a 2020 Wrangler JLU at this location. Very inconvenient process from start to finish$ Many things were out of the control of the staff but one major issue was not.First, I would like to mention the staff was very accommodating with the procurement process. Aside from not receiving call backs when being asked if I would prefer they call me back instead of remaining on hold while they attended to other customers and other shop activities. With that being said I'll return to the matter of my primary complaint.My coil springs were installed incorrectly. Three of the four springs were not rotated to the seat stops... Front driver side coil was a near complete rotation off of the seat causing the spring to offset against the bump stop and rest in a bend. I was literally driving my Jeep for atleast a week prior to noticing my lift height between my rear wheels was uneven and conducting a thorough inspection of the installation.After notifying the shop I was told the soonest they could get me in was five days later... I didn't lose my composure... I remained understanding...I considered asking for my money back to have someone do a proper installation... At no point did anyone offer me any compensation for the lack of having an operable vehicle. The time and money it cost me, etc...I was not going to post this but, I was not offered any compensation for their lack of QA on their installations prior to giving their customer back their vehicles and no offer in compensation for my many costs and inconveniences.

This is my second time at one of these stores in 10yrs. The first time I had rims and tires ordered and installed on my 92' Bronco in Jacksonville, FL. When I saw the completed installation, I hated what I had ordered. The shop worked with me to get me what I wanted and actually refunded some of my money.The second time was just a few weeks back at their Virginia Beach location with my Jeep. They installed 35" tires and wheel spacers for me, all ordered through their shop. They don't try to up-sale you on anything and are pretty straight forward when it comes to getting the job done.

I made a purchase today at the 4wheel parts on Va beach Blvd. Cruz Lopez was mySales person or should I say advisor Mr. Lopez was very forth coming and took time to explain functional aspects of the WARN winch. In addition Mr. Lopez calculated my needs. This purchase is for my retirement vehicle I purchased so getting it right is of great import to me. If the opportunity arises, upper managementCould use such a person to further the success of your company and you d be lucky to get him.I can only describe Mr.Lopez in 2 words. Consummate Professional

Purchased several modest modifications and a new set of tires for this place. They gave great advice primarily on how to not over do it and this saved me real money. Also, the airbag compressor started blowing fuses. I made an appointment and they took care of it in less than an hour and zero hassle. Strong recommendation!!

Just purchased a new pair of Bilstein 5100 rear shock absorbers for my 2017 Jeep JKU with 4.5 in lift kit. Cruz was AWESOME! I called prior to picking up to confirm they were in stock and Cruz was courteous, professional and on target! You can deal with 4WP with confidence! Thanks much Cruz!

Been here a few times now. Super friendly staff even for less experienced people. They can mount & balance off-set/larger tires that most regular shops can't. Go to place for big truck stuff

Ask for Landon. Every time I've worked with Landon at 4WP, VA Beach, it's always been great. He's extremely knowledgeable. What has brought me back is that Landon will help outfit your vehicle with what you need for your desired purpose rather than simply try to sell you stuff you don't need to try to make a buck.

Had my Barricade rock sliders that attach to via body bolts installed by the mechanical technicians here. They were already aware of the issue jls have breaking body bolts loose before I brought it up. I'd highly recommend the services of the technicians at Virginia Beach installation.

The service was great! From the communications with Cruz and Landon, to the store manager, service manager, and technicians the customer service was awesome!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Great work!!!!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen from a mechanic shop. Had my truck scheduled for weeks to be worked on and paid over half for down-payment for the work. Then I was told sorry we had an issue with your truck bring it back in 3 weeks. After arguing with them they told me they would have it done within a week. The day is now Wednesday and they told me my truck was ready and I could come pay for it. I paid for the work and now after not hearing any updates from the owner of the shop I had to reach out again and am being told my truck won't be ready till friday evening. I'm at least hoping the work on the truck is worth the near 8 grand I've put into this shop because at this point the customer service is enough to never bring my trucks back here again. If you do have any questions for them make sure to ask for landon Nowak and or Gunny so far they have been the only ones to help me from the shop..

Called this place 2 weeks in advance to be sure they could have parts and service on a specific date that we were traveling near their location. They confirmed they received the parts and the date for the installation. This was confirmed a week before my arrival. On the install date I had to drive 90 miles to the store drop off my vehicle and then Uber back the 90 miles. No big deal. I needed the parts installed and they assured me I was in good hands. An hour and a half later I was called and told they had the wrong parts and could not do the install. Uber back 90 minutes and all I received was a "sorry". Hours wasted and hundreds of dollars in getting to this location and an overnight stay as we are not from VA. No offers of covering any expenses. Just a "sorry". In addition they took.a 1500 dollar deposit. I was told they refunded the money but I have yet to see it. I am going to have to dispute the charge with my CC company. Just a complete hassle with horrible service. There are many better places out there that actually care about customers. Find one of those and avoid this place at all costs.

Awesome stuff, quality parts available. But I wish the salesmen had better training and experience with parts applications and custom stuff. Explained my lift and tire size. Was sold the wrong wheel offset for the tires to fit properly and the salesman I worked with was like"oh well"...guess you're gonna need spacers($200 extra)...so I still shop there but I don't trust them to know what's gonna work anymore

I had a leveling kit with tires and wheels installed here about 2 months ago. Have had no issues with the install but the customer service has been very rough.So when I had originally ordered all my parts to the store I got a pair of nitto grappler 33s which I paid for everything on my debit card. A week before the install I found that I could get the nitto ridge grapplers for only 80 more for the pair and online it said it would delivered in time. So I applied for the 4 wheel parts credit card so essentially I would return the nitto grapplers and use that money to pay off the ridge grapplers unfortunately the tires did not come in before my install so I decided to just return the ridge grapplers when they came in late. Unfortunately this is where the issues began. They were unable to return the payment until I received the card in the mail so when that came in I called and gave them the information. I had even called the bank to ask for an extension on the payment and informed them of the situation. So 4 wheel parts emailed me a memo a day later with the credit information leading me to believe that they were taking care of the situation. This was almost a month ago. Then I got a paper statement from the bank yesterday and the payment hasn't been received by the bank so now I'm being charged a late fee and 2 months of interest on something I never used. I'm contacting the store today and might go in face to face to get this done. But it looks like their inability to hold their end of this deal up will cost me roughly 100 dollars in interest and the one late fee.On the bright side I'm very happy with my leveling kit and new rims and tires. But the rest of my situation has become an expensive nightmare.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Brought my truck in to get some new rims and tires mounted and balanced. After the job was done they brought to my attention that my tire pressure light was on. They went ahead and figured out the sensor was damaged during install, they went ahead and took care of the problem and made it right! I will be back for sure!

This is the second upgrade they have performed on my tacoma. Nerf bars installed and they look great. I highly recommend them.
