I usually don t leave reviews but they did terrible job doing my car. Once my car is out of the shop I will be calling up to have them replace all of this. Bubbles are present as well.

Javier and his team are AMAZING! He explained the process of drying to a Tee and was knowledgeable as everything he said was true. It took about a few days to dry just as he stated and my car had never looked cleaner. Reasonably priced and I was only in the shop for about 30 minutes if that. I highly recommend and have sent many of my family and friends there as a recommendation. Thanks Javier and the TNT Window tinting team.

They weren't able to the job???few months ago, I wanted to tint the windshield sun visor area of my car. The sun was always shining through the gaps around my sun visors, especially when I was driving home from work. It was very annoying and distracting.I had read some good reviews about this tint shop, so I decided to give them a try. I hoped they could do this quick and simple job for me. I went there and asked them if they could tint the visor area of my windshield.A big guy with glasses came out to look at my car. He seemed nice and helpful at first. But after inspecting my windshield, he told me that they couldn t do it. He said that my windshield was too narrow and they would have to custom cut the tint to fit it. He also said that if they installed the tint, the edges would be too low and it would be illegal. (Was he lying to me? I don t know, I m not an expert on tinting. But keep reading.)I thanked him for his assessment and left. I felt a bit let down, but I appreciated his honesty. Or so I thought.Later, I did some research on YouTube and saw how tint installers would apply the tint to the windshield visor area. It looked like they could easily do the same for my car. Why did he tell me that they couldn t do it? My windshield wasn t much smaller than their SUVs I saw parked in front of their shop every day.Then I talked to my brother and he explained why he said that. My brother told me that they probably didn t want to do the job for $35.00. They would rather charge more money for tinting all the windows of a car. That s how they make their profit.I guess I ll try to do it myself or take my business elsewhere.

Tint faded almost completely at 3 yr mark. Save your money before and after photos attached. Will not be returning

I got my Acura tinted here on 2/13 and Javier said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. They pulled my car in and it was done in about 30 to 40 minutes. There s no way they took their time to make sure it was done correctly. We waited until 2/20 to check the windows again and literally every single window had bubbles, creases, and every window had a different gap on the edge of the windows and the lines were jagged. On top of it, the windows were so light so I m not even sure they put 35% on my windows. I should ve read more reviews than I did because you definitely GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I called Javier and he agreed to remove the tint for me at no charge. I came in on 2/22 to have it removed and they were just yanking it off. When I took it to another tint place, they pointed out all of the cut gaskets and all of the glue that was left on the windows. I couldn t even see out of my back window cause of the amount of glue left on the window. Honestly I m only leaving 2 stars cause Javier was nice about everything. Yes they do offer to fix what they messed up but if they actually slowed down and tinted the windows correctly and paid attention to what they were doing then they wouldn t have upset customers, loss of product, and loss of income. Honestly it s better just to pay more money for a quality job than going here where the techs look rushed cause of the amount of cars they have to tint

My husband and I got our car windows tinted on both cars back in the early to mid 2000s at TNT TINTING on Birdneck Road. The owner guaranteed the tint for a long as we owned the car. Well, guess what we still own our cars. This place keeps no records and expects you to keep your receipt from over 20 years ago! I spoke with Javier last week who told me to bring my car in and they would take care of it! The owner does not honor their guarantee! MY HUSBAND DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM CHESAPEAKE TO BIRDNECK ROAD FOR THE OWNER TO NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE!!!!The back windshield is bubbling so bad and all I asked him to do was remove the old tint and replace it with new tint in the back windshield ONLY! He refused my request! A good business owner would keep records of his customers and the services they provide them!THE OWNER OFFERED TO RETINT MY BACK WINDOW FOR $89! ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOU GUARANTEED YOUR TINT FOR A LONG AS I OWNED MY CAR! HONOR IT!! YOU DIDN'T BET ON THE FACT THAT I WOULD KEEP MY CAR AS LONG AS I DID! WELL, I DID! I WILL ALSO MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB!I know where I got my windows tinted! I didn't just close my eyes and randomly select TNT Tinting! THEY DID THE TINT ON MY CAR DECADES AGO! THE OWNER ASKS CUSTOMERS TO KEEP THEIR RECEIPT! WELL, YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER NEED TO KEEP RECORDS! WHAT RECEIPT LASTS 20 YEARS!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! GO TO A LEGIT TINT BUSINESS WHERE THEY MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS PROPERLY!!!! AND A BUSINESS THAT KEEP RECORDS!!!!!

Had to take my car back because half of the windows bubbled. I walked in, and he immediately started to hand me a key card to a Tesla. I looked at him funny and he asked if I had the Tesla. Then he said I looked like a guy who was picking up that car. He almost handed me someone else's car key without even thinking twice (red flag). We cleared that up. Then I asked about my tint job, had the previous receipt. Told him half the windows had bubbles. I wanted to go darker so I requested to redo all of them. Told me CASH ONLY (red flag). They started to peel the back window and had to stop because the weather wasn't "hot enough" to simply pull the old tint off. They kept the car for a week waiting on a warm sunny day. Once they peeled the old tint off the back window, it pulled the window defrost lining off as well. Now the back window doesn't defrost. I inquired about it, and he shrugged his shoulders, and pointed to a handwritten sign behind the counter that says not responsible for damages. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a shoddy tint job, with horrible service, maybe lose your car, and be responsible for their damages. And the business card they give you is your warranty...so you can definitely come back and pay for another lousy tint job.

Quick job, but not worth it.I paid $254 for my tint to be done on 4/17. I asked Thomas about the bubbles I noticed right away, he said they'll disappear after 2 days. Okay not a big issue. Then I noticed the poor cut job they did on the back windows. Also, the microfibers left behind from the person's microfiber rag. Now I wouldn't be so upset if I didn't pay over $200. If I could I would give this business 0 stars. I called back to tell thomas my concerns and ask for my money back. He refused to refund me, even though it's only been 3 hours since they've finished the job! He did offer to fix it, but I do NOT want the same results. I'd rather pay someone more experienced and someone who does a better job.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I paid just about 300 bucks to remove old tint & replace it with 5% all around. The first tint job bubbled, The second tint job bubbled, The third tint job bubbled! This place hasn't been the same since New ownership. I'll never go back to "TNT TINTING" Rico ran this place wayyyyyy better. Save your money and have a professional tint your vehicle

Look no further. This place is fantastic. The staff are very courteous and professional. We ran into an issue with my car since it was the first one they had seen but they worked with me to get it done. The supervisor and owner were very honest and took extra steps to make sure that I was satisfied. I will always come back here and recommend them.

TNT was able to fit me in quickly while i was on vacation. They said i can wait and they tinted my car in less than a hour. Great job. Price was awesome. Car looks great. Staff was very helpful.

One window was messed up.... so I guess people wonder why I give 5stars.... well the reason for that is because they not only re- did that one, but the other.... I had to go back a 3rd time... after that I just got it removed, my money back , I found I was going up there too much even though they were fixing the issue.... money back... no fuss

Great service. Making the appointment was easy and they were abke to get me in and out within an hour. The product looks great and I am quite excites to have the warranty. This is my second time using T n T tinting. I will keep bringing my business here.

TNT was quick, and that's probably my issue because there are scratches all over my back windshield. It looks as though a blade was run along the glass to cut the film and the installer dug too deep. I originally went there 3 weeks ago. The guy who owns the places is really nice. I took my car back because of imperfections in the tint. The owner was really nice and professional. He replaced all the tint in the windows. I would definitely recommend them because of their professionalism, and the tint job looks nice.

Prior to picking TNT, I searched around and compared prices. No one came close to their prices and timing. I was in and out in about 30 min with a lifetime guarantee to back up their work. I strongly suggest giving them a try for your tinting needs.

The crew works fast! The quality of work does not suffer from this. Cars lined up like you see the lines at the famous chicken spot. Happy with the results.
