Just wanted to say thanks for the help that was provided to my daughter today. She was stranded due to a tire failure and another tire place was having a hard time finding the tire and getting it fixed. When I called from another state and explained the situation, they provided a solution that even worked with the other company to get her back on the road. He didn't have to do that but did it anyway. The tire they sold was a great price but the service and help was even better. They will get the business when the other 3 need replacing.What a great outfit. Thank you very much for today.

Always a good experience when I do here. They owner really helped us out and gave is good advice and pleasant and funny conversation. Highly recommend. If they don't have what you need, he'll get to find it.

I went to Tire House & Rims on January 11, 2024 and paid $50.00 for a use tire. I sent my teenage son back on January 19 2024 just days later and the manager charged him $80.00 for a use tire. WHAT A RIP OFF. Because I went back to the tire shop to find out why someone would charge him so much and called the manager a cheat. He started to scream at the top of his lungs at me and called the cops for trespassing. WHAT A JOKE. Someone acting really guilty .

Great price on new tires, the service I experienced was wonderful, and the staff treated me with the upmost respect and care!!! I will definitely continue coming to them for my tire needs!!

Fixed my tire and replaced the spare with it for only 25 bucks, customer service was also great. Really appreciated all the help

Great service! The owner John.... He is SO CRAZY!! He will give a deal on anything! Huge selection, wick service and they stand behind their work. You will enjoy what you get.

Very slow and the young man that was working on my vehicle act like he didn t want to do his job but overall everything else was excellent service and the only reason they getting 2 stars is because of the employee they have working for the company very rube

The guy who runs the shop is steak sauce. A1.We are Californians and about a year ago, while on vacation, we hopped a curb and bent both rims down the passenger side of our car. Everyone we called quoted us somewhere around $300 per rim and I remember a majority of the shops wouldn't be able to get our car done in the same day.When we called Tire House and Rims the owner was trying to help us so much, we were stuck at a different shop with no way to move the car etc. He gave us a quote over the phone, which we paid the exact amount after, $300!!! They replaced the really bad rim, one of his employees UNBENT the other less damaged rim, and it included two tires.A year later and we are still driving smoothly on the same unbent rim :)

Dennis is a phenomenal! The staff are so honest and reliable. My family has been coming here for years and now I have had the pleasure of being serviced here. The only thing I would change is their hours of service! They are so good, I wish they were open everyday!

Nice selection of rims, cool dudes, and had a rare piece on stock unlike other shops that have to order. On my way to VA BEACH and decided to see if other places down there had what I was impatient to wait for, and they did.

I wanna thank you all for how good you were to me today. I came in and asked for a new tire to be put on my rim. I'd gotten a flat and wanted to change it myself. Instead of doing that, they let me know I didn't need a new tire, just a new valve stem. There aren't many places that would let you know all you need is an inexpensive fix, when you asked for something more expensive. They were busy and I had to wait a bit, but now I know why. Once it was my turn they finished super fast, and gave me a very reasonable price. Trustworthy, efficient, effective. Thank you!!!

I was looking for a wheel and tire package so after after reading some reviews I went there. The staff was very helpful. I had quite a few questions and although I wasn't able to get my first choice because of my big brakes. There inventory allowed me to make a great choice and they installed them and painted my calipers in a couple of hours.

I've taken several vehicles for my work here over the last couple years and always get friendly service. The, I wanna say, main guy there, I believe his name is Alex, is friendly and knowledgeable, and not to mention very cute. All the guys in the shop are always ready to take the keys and jump right on task. Work is always done in a timely manner whether it's changing a tire or a patch or even just resetting a tire sensor. Definitely recommend

I had a nail inside my left rear tire and took my car to the dealership. Later do I know they say I need to get the whole tire replaced. Until the guys in this amazing shop told me it wasn t necessary, took the nail out because it didn t go straight through, and sent me on my way. Honestly thank y all so much! Saved me from spending $260!

Caught a flat while out doing errands. Manager spotted me and helped swap the flat tire with a spare. He then guided me to the shop were I was greeted by the rest of the team who were quick to replace the tires. Great costumer service. Affordable prices. 10/10.

I've purchased multiple sets of wheels and tires from these guys. They are very honest, upfront and will make sure you make a financially sound decision and you'll definitely get your moneys worth and then some. More importantly they will have your car looking awesome. They don't treat you like a stranger when you come back with repeat businessThanks to entire staff for all you do. If you want a great set of wheels with honest and upstanding people to do business with this is the place to go.

website has no 'add to cart' or 'checkout' options. wheels on the website were not in stock. what they have in stock may not be on the website.physical store is on the small side. they do have some great wheels, but didnt have them in my size. they had a small selection of wheels in my size (i think about a dozen), but nothing similar to what i was looking for. they offered to special order me a set, but i can already do that from my smartphone myself.this is not a bad review. the staff was great. one guy seemed new, but he was really friendly and helpful. the more experienced guy has a great sense of humor and is a good salesman. i would have gladly bought a set from either of them, if they just had a bigger selection, or if my taste in wheels were slightly different, or maybe if their inventory was different that day.if you are shopping for some wheels, i think its worth at least stopping in to see what they have. maybe you find something you like.they could do more business if they had a more modern website with online ordering, current prices, and accurate inventory to compete with other online wheel vendors and/or a bigger location with larger selection.

I called at 5pm to see if they had wheels in stock for my car after searching at other rim stores where I was told they would have to be ordered. To my surprise they had rims and tires in stock for my car and they told me to come in even though they closed at 6pm. The staff was very helpful! I'm happy with my purchase. The guys worked even after they were closed to make sure I was rolling the same day. Would highly recommend.

Fast, friendly, economic options. They had my tires in stock and we're done in an hour. Every one was polite and I felt like I was a valuable customer. The tires I bought are brand new Achilles. All four under $400. There was no pressure or sales pitch to try and up sell me.

Awesome professionalism! And was in and out in no time. They replaced both rear tires and didn't have much time to read the book I brought with me. Would recommend their services to anyone.

"Crazy" John and his manager Arnie are top notch individuals. Their experience in the industry is immense. If u need something, these more times than not, will find exactly what u want. It's been a pleasure knowing these guys for so long. How long u might ask, more than 20 years.

My son got a flat 500 miles from home in a foreign car with extremely hard to find low profile tires. Some tire salesmen would stick it to a kid in a nice car or not take the time and tell him it has to be ordered so get a hotel...not the guy who took care of my son. So here is to ALEX at TIRE HOUSE AND RIMS in Virginia Beach for taking great care of my son and the car he was driving while keeping his safety and the cars safety as his first priority. THANK YOU ALEX! You rock!!!!!
