HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It took less than a minute phone call to schedule an appointment and they moved my tires to my new wheels and balanced everything in under 2 hours. Price was very affordable and the car now rides super smooth. I could not be happier with this business!

Jack and Team are the absolute best! I have been coming to this facility for over 10 years and I must say the best experiences I have had are since 2016 when Jack took over management. Not only is he knowledgeable and thorough and efficient and take the time to build a rapport with you, but he is also kind, patient, honest, extremely helpful and has such an amazing positive attitude! His radiant smile and full-hearted laugh can turn your anxiety about what could be a scary or negative situation into a satisfactory experience that makes you forget you even worried so much in the first place. Not many people go the extra mile in customer service these days, but Jack and his team do and that's why I won't take my car anywhere else. I really trust Jack and his team and you should too! Thank you Jack and team for all that you do!

They don t open right at 7:30. The head guy when asked to do an inspection was rude didn t look up anything said can t guarantee when it can be done. Just acted like he didn t want to deal with me so was rude and short. I won t ever go back and I ll tell everyone to stay clear of them. They lost on my two inspections and my pickup needs new tires also and won t ever get my business again! I m not spending good money with such bad service and attitude

The staff was very knowledgeable about tires, Matt is the one who put on my tires and replaced a valve stem. Will continue to come back for future requirements for my vehicle.

Be careful where you take your car to .I was getting faulty errors on OS2 sensors. after a very long wait , they took the car and supposedly serviced and changed the os2 sensor which I provided the part.Right after I got the same error message and I called they said to give it time and it will disappear. Well the faulty sensor error still appears on the screen after a couple of months. .I took the car to Lexus and they said , the company that changed the OS2 sensor , they also cut the wire . Now the cost $1600 to repair .I am trying to call back but the guy at the cash put me on a long hold and never returned after 30 minutes !!!!The worst place you can take your car to. I am hoping hope they have the professionalism to fix the issue that they have caused .

Went for inspection and was charged $900 for some new breaks plus $200 just for them diagnosing the break issue thst took them 2 steps. After discussing with people who know more than I do about repairs I know I was grossly overcharged. I always used to use this store but I'm never going back again.

I did an alignment for $143 but the car is still pulling to the right. When I went back to them, they didn t do anything about it saying it won t cover it if you let go the steering wheel and it pulls to the right. They don t even deserve a 1 star

We took our SUV here in the summer for spark plugs, cylinder 2 and 3 misfire codes with check engine light. We went back 2-3 times for the same issue after paying $300-$500. We went back in October 2023 for the same codes. They erased the codes and reset the check engine light. Now here we are December 2023 with the same issue again. They need to refund us at this point. Nicolas at the front desk is very unprofessional and he s disrespectful to his coworkers.

Jack and the team at Pembroke, Virginia Beach are excellent! They are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They are my first choice in auto care and always take prompt and professional care of my cars needs.

Red headed guy (Jack is his name) with glasses was very rude and has always had an attitude with my dad. Told my dad the inspection would be free for my vehicle and then when my dad first asked for recommendations for car shops he should take it to and he didn t give it to him claiming it s not his job. Then tried giving an example on how you don t ask for recommendations on where to get your bread from a food stocker. If you are in the service industry no matter where you are you should be kind enough to give recommendations if not then look something up real quick or ask your other employees where they get their services done.

$43 to patch a tire you can get a brand new tire for $60. What a rip off for something that takes 5 minutes

The guys were nice, funny, and took time to work their way through a large backlog of vehicles. I was informed the previous day that I'd be welcome to sit in the showroom on Saturday, but I might have a long wait for my State Inspection to get started! So I came prepared! They greeted patrons respectfully and informed those who needed help with their car issues! I wished they'd had an after-hour's cleaning team, though. The ladies' room was well-stocked but could've been tidied up a little (i.e., empty wastebasket, cleaner sink, toilet bowl cleanser)!

Very helpful and quick. All of the staff was very professional and friendly, would recommend anyone with tire problems / needs to come to this store. Jaylne at the front counter especially is very helpful.

I stopped in for air in my tire and the young man who was doing it called me to come and see what was causing the problem. I had run over a 2 inch bolt and it was embedded in my tire. Since I purchased road hazard protection when I got my tires there it covered the expense. If he had not taken the time to inspect the tire that would not have been found. I am so grateful to him and that location for repairing the problem and getting me on my way. First class people and first class service!

I went in this afternoon for a oil change and Tire Replacement. Everyone was super helpful, quote was accurate, and they told me it would be a few hours before it was done but it was only a little over an hour. . Highly recommend this place

This shop has some of the most awesome and caring staff I have ever incountered. I won't go into specifics about my situation but what I will say is that these guys took care of me beyond my expectations. Sometimes we see so many bad reviews but me being a young woman, I always assume when I'm dealing with car situations I'm going to be played. Not only did these guys help me gravely they were quick proficient and kind. If you are looking to get work done look no further try these guys they have made me a lifelong customer whether they realize it or not.

I am leaving this review because I was in the waiting room when the lady who left the review below me was in. I overheard the two guys at the counter mention how she had left a bad review so I decided to check it out myself. The review was filled with nothing but lies. The two gentlemen at the counter always go above and beyond for me and I have never had any issues at this location. She was very condescending in the way she spoke to them . They tried to accommodate her the best they could but nothing they said could appease her. I have always come here and will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Absolutely WORST place you ll ever go to. Last time i went there they left my car with 15 PSI. I gave them a second chance and they neglected to do both tires as i instructed and told me nothing was wrong with it even though i told them there was a leak and that i had to fill up my tire every day. I go back and expect them to either fix it or replace it and i get eye rolling and attitude because i said it should ve been done the first time! I was perfectly fine paying for it the first time, but if i m having to go back and forth, take off work, i want a discount. Because you re making ME lose money by not doing your job the first time. So NEVER go here unless you want to be robbed of your money and time.

Jack and his team did an amazing job. I have been going to that location for over 10 years and never steered me wrong. It was a bit rough when the company changed hands and got new management but it seems like things buffed out in the end. I would recommend this location to my friends and work colleagues.

I truly had a great experience with Jalyn and her associates at Tire Choice on Independence Blvd! Although I did not have an appointment, they listened to my concerns and resolved them without delay. The waiting area and restroom was clean. In my short time there, I noticed that each client who came through the door was a repeat customer which is awesome because it displays TRUST and confidence in the brand and everyone there, who works hard to provide quality services. Offers appointments online for services and inspections, and in the past those appointments have always been honored. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. This year they are "under new management" and no longer honor drop off appointments for inspections, and in fact expected me to drop my vehicle off and leave it for over 24 hours just for a state inspection. Unacceptable. Already found a new inspection and service location, will not be returning.

Best Tire/Auto shop in VB! Place is Always clean. The gentleman behind the counter named Jack is Top Notch! Super nice and helpful. He found me the best deal for my tires. Very pleased and will be going back!!

I want to give a shout out to Jalyn. They are very under staff, but she made sure we were well taken care of. She kept me updated on my car every step of the way and even took me in the back and showed me what extra service/repairs needed to be done on my car. Great customer service. My daughter and I thank you for keeping us safe on the road. Car drives smooth!

The guys here are very knowledgeable and friendly! They provided exceptional service and in an excellent amount of time. I took my car to the dealership and got a quote for the cost of my repairs. Jack had me bring in their estimates and ensured me that they could provide the same services for less. I saved almost $400 and he delivered on his word! I would definitely recommend this Tread Quarters and will be returning for future services.
