They re pretty good,although they had transferred Robby who is the best ever I only have one issue with them. The mechanic only has to drive from the lot to the bay I see no sense in him permanently adjusting the seat and wheel settings to his size. I m 6 feet tall and he seems to be 5 5 or so

Wow! What a great experience. I went in on a Saturday for a state inspection. I was originally told it could be all day. However, they got me in and out in an hour and that included ordering new wiper blades from down the street. Great customer service.

Scott is a great for State Inspection. Tire Choice is Reasonably price, explains to you what you need and gives recommendations for future work I left Tire Choice happy. Greg, thank you for the outstanding customer service.

Called to ask about tire rotation (cost and scheduling). Girl said she didn t think it would be that much but she didn t really know for sure. I could probably wait for it she wasn t really sure the whole dialogue was super awkward. I almost asked if it was her first day on the job. I ended up bringing my car in because she asked someone who apparently said they could look at it right away. the communication awkwardness continued things like your front tires are a 3 and back are a 5 . On what scale I ask she doesn t even know. So I asked if I could speak to directly to the technician myself. He doesn t want to talk to me, so she comes back and mumbles some more confusing uncertain stuff. At this point, I wasted an hour and a half just to find out I might/probably/soon or immediately ???? Need to tires or maybe just 2 . She s not really sure. I just ask for my car back and I ll go somewhere else to buy new tires. These folks lack knowledge and professionalism.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. Came in needing an oil change and I had a tire that needed to be looked at because of low air. They changed my oil and found a nail in my tire. A day later my tire pressure light comes back one. A week later my oil light and check engine light come on. I go back with the receipt hoping to not be charged for the issues. They told me my oil was either being consumed by the engine or it leaked. They made me pay for another oil change. I got in with my dealership who found nothing wrong and said that they probably screwed up my oil changed the first time around. And they found another nail in my tire. I will never go back to this tire choice. I spent over 200 dollars for them to not fix the problem and just make it worse.

Greg at the front desk guided and helped me through the whole process! I was very unsure what was going on with my vehicle and where to start. He then walked me through his recommendations, provided me with estimates & eased my anxiety. 10/10 experience with Tire Choice and a huge shoutout to Greg at the Va Beach London Bride location!

Not sure what it is up w this location!! I had a bad experience as well. I ended up going to the Tire Choice on Dam Neck. They did the repair I needed (brakes) and told me about DriveCard to pay credit same as cash w/in 12 months! Service was Excellent! I will avoid this location (VA BCH Blvd )!! Even tho it s much closer than Dam Neck!

Prompt friendly service. Needed a transmission flush and was in and out in about an hour. Honestly the cost was less than I expected. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends.

Service writer was nice and pleasant but I paid for a tire repair , oil change, and rotation . My tires didn t get rotated and the technician did not pull my spare back. UPDATE !! While repairing my flat the tech broke my TPMS sensor and duct taped it my wheel. Stay away from these guys. They didn t rotate my tires but charged me for it! They didn t put my spare back! Then to top it off the little chunky tire tech who vapes like a chimney broke my TPMS sensor and didn t report it

Great convenience and very helpful staff. Got a walk-in state inspection on a Saturday. I will drive past a Tire Choice closer to my house just to go the one at 2336 Virginia Beach Boulevard.

I needed a tire repair on a Sunday and was grateful they were open. But I had to remind them to put my valve stem cap back on and when I got home the spare had been tossed in the back of my suv. I had to take it out and lift it back in under the cover in my car. $49.95 for a repair seemed high to me also. I have roadside from a different Tire Choice but was informed they are all independently owned.

This tire shop is absolutely terrible! Took my 2012 gti here for the breaks to get looked at then took it back a few weeks later for an oil change. After they had the car for over 8 hours just for a simple oil change I realized something was up. When I got to the shop the car was parked in the back lot and it was quite an empty lot. Over the 8 hour span they weren t even capable of an oil change one of the simplest of tasks. These people are in no ways qualified to uphold their position and the customer service was beyond disrespectful. What they did do to my car was cut my lug nut and they left it so I am unable to get the tire off now. I am in disbelief with how rude and unqualified/unprofessional the employees were. Would never recommend bringing your business here.

I have been going here for years now. When it became Tire Choice I was a bit worried but things have been fine since the change in ownership. I try to do many of my own repairs but I always go here for my state inspections and alignments. I've gone to many other places for alignments in the past and I'm not always happy with the quality of work. The guys at Tire Choice do a good job.

Customer service wasn't the best in my opinion, I feel things could've been handle better in terms of pricing or choice. I feel the team was lacking in treating the customer right and not just like cattle. As far labor goes it's just as bad. After getting a second opinion on my flat tire, i found out that a patch was more than enough to fix the issue. Not only did i have to pay extra for a brand new tire but they also managed to break my TPMS sensor.

Honest pastures?? Lies. It must be who you are, or if they like you in order to receive honest business here. Was quoted $43 to plug a tire, and went to pep boys right down the street and paid $24.

Absolutely horrible. Was told 2 hours when I dropped my car for a screw in my tire. Called at 2 and 4:15 and was being told "next" each time and would be finished by close (6:00). Told them I was on my way and got there at 5:15 and store had closed up completely with open sign still on. Had to call another location and they got a hold of the manager to come and get my car out. Two other people were standing there waiting as well. And my tire is still leaking air!

Tire choice was very good and understanding with fixing my car. I was able to drop the car off the day before because I had a procedure the same day. They put new rear shocks on the car, fixed a tire with a new valve stem, and they inspected my car. They called me to inform me when the car was complete. My car drives great now! Thank you so much!

Great experiences here. The customer service is phenomenal. Won't take my car anywhere else, as long as Martin is there.Edit 6/10/20.Came back for my inspection. Needed to add Martin is working his tail off for this store. In my short time there the phone was ringing off the hook, and customers were coming in and out. The man didn't skip a beat. Gave great service to each person! The remodel looks great, and its SO clean!

Came here a few times when it was tread quarters but more often since it s been tire choice. They have always been willing to help and talking to them I found out they have been very short staffed and doing what they can. Matt and Steve at the front are great and often had to go to the shop to do things do to the lack of staff!! And Scott did my state inspection in a timely manner

I've had nothing but great service from this store. They service 3 vehicles from me and I've bought tires several times here. My new Tundra tires were installed, alignment done and the truck was returned quickly. The balance on the tires was perfect this first time. Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this place for over 20 years, since it was TreadQuarters. I think I liked it better when it was TreadQuarters. They always sent me really good coupons and the oil changes and flushes were very reasonably priced. I don't get many coupons anymore if any and the prices have gone up quite a bit. I was shocked to hear that an oil change is now $37 for my little car. I paid $20-25 for years. I was very pleased that they took me right away as a walk in that day and discounted the price down to $33.

Needed a safety inspection done on my Jeep, and Tyler was very helpful getting me in early on a Saturday morning to have it done. I went in around 8:30am and the mechanic Scott had me in and out shortly after! I have never been in and out of an auto shop so quickly for any type of service, even a safety inspection. Would definitely recommend the guys here at Tire Choice. Thank you Tyler and Scott! (:

So I came in for an alignment on my 01' Nissan Frontier, front tires were balding on the inside, instead of trying to sell me 2 new front tires first, Scott instead did the alignment "he claims" and noticed my back shocks were rusted almost off. Priced replacing the shocks (labor- 250, parts-50) at 300, which if you know your vehicle is barely a 10 minute job and usually under 75 to do yourself. While also telling me the back tires need replacing which is entirely untrue since they're barely 14 months old. And since he's been fixing vehicles for 30 years and I'm only 25 his experience in the field overweighed my knowledge of my vehicle. I might have bought tires when I came back but instead his attitude and arrogance are why I won't be returning, very unprofessional environment with no signs of integrity.

Although I have lived within walking distance, this was the first time I have used this location. Store 703 on VB Blvd has an exceptional team of technicians which ensured me that I was getting the best service. The store manager Martin McInally was extremely helpful from the minute I walked through the door. He informed me that the store only had two of the tires I inquired about, but he would go grab the other two from a different store. He then asked if I would be willing to upgrade to the next level of quality tire, which he had 4 in house, for the exact same price. That decision took all of 2 seconds. He then informed his technician that I was receiving the different tires, and because the ones I requested online were not available. He then told the me that he was going to align the vehicle at no charge because of the situation. So, let's just say that although the tires I ordered online were not at the store, Martin and his crew made sure that I left their store with tires that were equal or better in quality. Yes, I received a discount on the tires, and the alignment was free, however, I am writing this review because of the sincerity, expertise, professionalism, and overall experience of the staff that I received today.

12 day old tires already going bad. Very disappointed in my service. They talk too quick with tire lingo and don t explain what you get or don t get with your purchase. I was only offered alignment and nothing else but I was told it is in their spiel. You should take the time to actually explain to your customers, we are not in the tire business! Sadly you have lost a customer, but the guy at the counter didn t seem to care.Update:So I was contacted by another person in the store 7 hours later. Who is the person who resolves issues. He told me the complete opposite of what I was told by the manager this morning. what a joke! He said if he was there he would of helped me and fixed the situation. So basically I was lied to this morning, by the manager . I already took it to a better company today who is helpful and friendly and quick. Don t waste your money here, it might be cheaper but you get what you pay for.What a shame!

I had seen the tires I wanted advertised at a different price than at Tread Quarters. I called to see if they could price match, and they did! I scheduled a convenient appointment to have my new tires put on and was in and out in no time at all. Great customer service. I'll definitely go back for future services and products.
