They replaced the main battery in my Prius C for a great price! Well below Toyota and the customer service and quality is amazing! The warranty is somewhere in between 3 and 5 years, so they make sure it's taken care of. Plus I come in every 6 months for a free checkup. They won me over, so I plan to get a few other things done to the prius as well. You gotta be careful when companies are working on your car and I'm glad I can trust that they want to have integrity with their service.

I owned the first hybrid battery that Mr. Anderton and Ross ever worked on when they opened the Hybrid Shop, and the experience could not have gone better. Because I was the first, they were still fine tuning some of the procedures and when my battery had some issues shortly after refurbishing they brought it back in and did the new procedure on it and it has worked great ever since.Not only was the customer service great, but I just love their enthusiasm for the technology and for "green" products in general. If they can fix my 2003 Honda Hybrid with almost 200k on it they can certainly fix yours!

Had my Prius checked out due to warning lights. Felt they did thorough inspection, Did not try to oversell on services. Appeared very honest. Anything else my Prius needs, I will be back Very good Warranty on services and parts. NAPA certified.

Room was clean and we'll appointed. Plenty of parking. Cracker Barrel directly across the parking lot.
