Team Eddie Auto shop is amazing. A few weeks ago my tire rod snapped and Team Eddie came and towed my car in short notice. My car was ready and fixed in a quick and timely manner. Everyone there was super friendly and very informative. 10/10 will go back again and recommend to everyone!

The staff at team eddies auto is very knowledgeable and friendly they helped replace the turbo in my car and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way I will definitely be returning here if I have any future car problems

Came in to the shop on short notice. Not accounting for a short wait for parts, the guys had my car done in no time. They were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The great work they did aside, just the way they genuinely care about the customer is enough for me to recommend this business to anybody!

Thought this was gonna be a cool trustworthy shop, they got the work done that needed to be done, what they probably didn t expect was me to look it over and finding multiple missing bolts, 1 or 2 is fine but 8+ more that s just ridiculous for the price I paid. (Transmission filter unattached, lower control arm with a bolt inserted WITHOUT the nut which could ve been bad if it slipped out of place, missing bolt on the front engine mount, missing my skid plate and a few more) I called them about the issue twice, they claimed everything was put back or we ll take a look around and nothing. I don t usually do this and I would ve been ok if they would ve at least tried to look it over again but overall they don t care, they rushed putting everything back together.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Crazy I ve been coming here for years but have never left a review.Professionalism, courtesy, speedy service and most of all communication those are just some of the things you get when you work with Eddie and his team.It s rare that it s something they can t handle but even then, he refers top notch service. Definitely not a waste of time It s like he tryna hide out cuz the outside don t look too pleasing BUT WE SEE U EDDIE!

Got stuck working on my F350 and not only did Eddie take care of my pesky Turbo he took care of the rest of the upgrades I was doing. Great Guy!! If i have another problem I will be Calling him again!!

They fixed my car water leak issue quickly before my overseas assignment. Otherwise my car would have been infected with mold after three months in parking. Wow, this has to be the diamond in the rough of Hampton Roads! Don t let the outside fool you, this is a premier professional business. I ll put Team Eddie s Auto up against any franchise luxury vehicle repair shop or dealership. I was given 3 estimates for the rattling noise under my wheel well. I was told shocks, struts, and upper mounts. My estimates were anywhere from $1,700 - $5020. I took my foreign luxury car to Eddie s and it turned out it was a simple part and only in the front! Wow, how did everyone else get it wrong? Not only did Justin fix my car but he even made special arrangements to accommodate my work schedule. Now that is honest first class service. The dealership will see me only after Justin says so! Team Eddie s Auto is my official luxury car mechanic. The ridiculous estimates I was given was solved for under $500! My car is as good as new for a fraction of the quotes. Justin even showed me the parts they replaced, now that s honesty! Team Eddie s Auto; you have my vote!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Eddie from Team Eddie s Auto worked on my car today and took care of all the issues needing fix in my car. Not only did he go above and beyond with making sure my vehicle got the parts it needed installed, but made sure nothing else needed any additional attention by doing a complete checkup. I was really amazed with the knowledge and professionalism provided by Team Eddie s Auto. I will definitely return to Eddie for future projects and work needed in my cars. Pricing is way more reasonable than other shops and his flexibility made it possible for me to get my vehicle worked on on my only day off. Thank you!Work done: replaced all 4 rotors, brake pads, and sway bar links. Inspected for any leaks within my turbo and oil lines.

Team Eddies is great! It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic nowadays. If you had any issues this place will definitely keep it straight forward with you and get you taken care of. All employees are great to deal with! Highly recommended!

Team Eddies was a blessing to find! Real genuine people who care about finding and fixing your problem. My own dealership couldn't find the leak but Team Eddies found it in less than an hour with the right tools. I drove from York Town to visit this shop based on the reviews and they definitely live up too it! Eddie helped me out with replacing my bumper on my car from an accident I had a while ago. He s super friendly and a really good mechanic. The best part about it was that his services is really cheap! I really appreciated the work he s done on my car and I definitely would go back to him if any other problems happen to my car. You re the man Eddie!

I have a leaky sunroof problem going on and I was referred to Eddie from my brother, he diagnosed my problem for free and we rescheduled for another day for me to come in because it s long work and he s only charging me $60 for the job. I had about a 2 hour conversation with him after the diagnosis, Eddie is a really great guy honestly. He shared his vision about what he s aiming for, this man deserves nothing but business and success. Please check him out for anything car related, he will not over charge you!

Highly suggest bringing your vehicle here for any repairs you may need. JT is communicative, knowledgeable and incredibly informative and it s immediately like talking with a friend when you walk in. He went above and beyond to help me get back on the road as quick as he could and was an absolute delight to do business with.
