Took my truck in for a somewhat minor repair and they treated me as if my job was just as important as any other major project in the shop. Don came out and went over the details of the repair, any questions from their end and how they could accomplish their goals as well as mine. He listened to my concerns and desires about how I needed the job done and responded to me openly and honestly. So then had the opportunity to talk to Jeff the technician and covered the repairs from his end and assured me that my concerns would be taken care of and met confidently. Also had the opportunity to speak with the owner Russell. We discussed a few things from the business end and their work ethic, their customer relationships are very important to him. I visited four other shops and none of them presented themselves quite like Superior did. The result was a very fair estimate. The work was scheduled and completed exactly as they had quoted in both dollars and in time. The work was beautifully done and so far from looking at many angles paint match appears to be near perfect. Over my years I've had the opportunity for a number of body shop experiences but all of them were less than 100%. Not so with Superior, a great experience, good people, they knocked it out of the park for me. Thanks Don, Jeff, and Russell

Russell and his team at Superior are top notch. My teenage son's first fender bender led me to obtaining several quotes from body shops to paint two panels that I would be replacing on his Jeep. These places didnt want to bother with a quick and easy job. When I called Superior and spoke with Brandon, he was able to get me in the same day for an estimate. The professionalism received from Russell, Brandon, and David when others didn't want to bother along with their fast turnaround has gained a customer. I'll send all my friends to Superior!

Highly recommend.My car was hit by an egg which was thrown from the top of the parking garage at Town Center. It caused enough damage to require the entire hood to be repaired. Superior lived up to their name, excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, excellent communication, A+ all around.The fact that they are a small business makes me even happier to recommend them.

Worked first hand with Brandon. He went to bat for me against the insurance company and what they would cover and fought tooth and nail until they folded. Pulling laws and contracts to hold them accountable. He also reordered parts from BMW because the aftermarket parts weren't up to his standard of excellence. An exemplary worker and genuinely good man. In a world where so many are looking for the quickest solution He stands ardently by his craft through excellent work ethic and high valued principals and values. Spectacular experience and will be coming to him directly for future work.

I just have to say what an AMAZING job they did on my vehicle that was involved in a front collision that damaged the front bumper beyond repair. I also had previous damage on my rear bumper that ended in a pretty nasty dent. They replaced the bumper and heat treated and pushed the damaged part of the rear bumper so that it looked like it was never damaged. Now that was magic! Oh and IT TOOK THEM ONE DAY, ONE DAY, to fix my car. I couldn't believe it, so I asked to speak to Russell himself to compliment him on how happy I was with his and his team's work. Russell, I will be back if I ever need body work done, you can count on it!!!

Superior Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing my wife s baby, her 2012 Camry XLE. She was devastated when her niece backed into the front end of her car but was ecstatic when she saw the outstanding repair that Superior did!! Russ and his crew are very professional and friendly, and make sure that their customers are totally satisfied with their work. I would recommend Superior to all my friends and family. Great job guys!!!

My wife was rear ended some weeks ago and the guys at Superior helped me every step of the way. Very honest, communicative, and knowledgeable. Got the Mazda back today after some extensive repairs and she s as good as new. Russell and his team are very good at making the repairs you want done. He is 100% honest with his estimates and provides options that the customer is able to weigh out and decide on. The communication from his office staff is excellent and very courteous. I am completely satisfied with the level of work that was completed on my Audi. My passenger side fender looks factory fresh and the damage it sustained is no where to be found.Take your body and paint requirements to Superior Auto Body! After getting backed into at Best Buy I was recommended to bring my 2017 Audi A3 to this place. I can t express how awesome everyone there is even though dealing with the other guys insurance(USAA) was a nightmare! Wes was phenomenal in keeping in touch with me and the insurance companies. Superior Auto Body & Collision has my highest recommendation, very professional work and friendly staff, took care of my 2022 Toyota Tacoma at an honest and very fair price. Got OEM parts just to fix a rear end collision. Looks brand new again, flawless work, would highly recommend this shop over Toyota s body shop to support small business and save money, and not sacrificing quality work still receiving the OEM parts. After reading several reviews I decided to drop in and talk to the folks at superior. I have a BMW i8supercar that had a bad rock chip on one fender anda small dint in the hood (hit by a golf ball). I had received a quote while in Florida for $1200.00 and wanted to get a second opinion. When I met Russell he advised me not to paint the fender as it could seriously affect the car's value. He said he could repair the paint on the fender so it would not be noticeable and remove the dint in the hood withoutany repainting. Bottom line, I picked up the car yesterday and was absolutely thrilled with the repairs. I was unable to find any trace of the dent in the hood nor was there any sign of the rock chip in the fender. The bill was $225.00 ! Are you kidding me.....THESE GUYS ARE ROCK STARS!Thank you Russell for your outstanding service and attention to detail. Superior auto body and collision, took such wonderful care of myself in my car during a process that would normally be such a pain. From the estimate to keeping me updated on what was going on, they were so wonderful and accommodating. Hopefully I won t need their services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be using them again, and recommend them to anybody else!

Superior was truly amazing when I needed to get my Corolla repaired after a T-Mobile box truck backed into my new car. Superior worked with the insurance & made the process as smooth as possible. Brian and Russell were great to work with and they made sure my car was repaired properly. After having a horrible experience with caliber collision recently I was scared to go to a body shop but Superior really is SUPERIOR & they know their stuff. I had to get my rear quarter panel replaced, my bumper replaced and a new wheel. The paint job is perfect and I cannot even tell any work was done! I will definitely go to them if I ever need body work done again. Thank you to all of the staff that make Superior great!

These guys did an outstanding job on my car. Fixed the front end of my Mercedes after someone backed into me like it never even happened. Even put my custom emblem back on the grill for me. Not only did they go above and beyond on my repair, these guys are some of the nicest around. Russell even fixed a headlight for me that wasn t related to the repair, but took the time to fix it for me on the spot. Couldn t ask for better service. From one small business owner to another, these guys are doing it right :)

I highly recommend Superior Auto Body & Collision Center in Virginia Beach. I have used them twice, for two different vehicles, and they ve always been quick, efficient, detail oriented, excellent communicators, and affordable. They took out a big dent in my Infiniti s bumper, and it looked brand new afterwards. And they also quickly fixed the tailgate of my Honda SUV after someone backed their car into it. I wouldn t even consider another body shop, this is by far the best one! My mechanic recommended them a few years ago, and I am very grateful to know a business of such integrity exists.Service: Body & Trim

Russell the owner was very informative and helpful throughout the process . He just needs help with a receptionist that is willing to fo the job so he doesn't have to be 5 people at 1 time he gets it done tho . The bumper on my 2001 Tacoma was damaged beyond repair when another vehicle ran into it. Since the new bumper needed to be painted I decided to get my 20 year old truck repainted. I called Superior and that day Russell was able to give me an estimate and he actually talked me out of getting the whole truck painted (since overall the paint is in good shape). I did get the hood painted and a few spots touched up. All work performed by them was great! When I talked with Russell I could tell he expects top quality work coming out of his shop. It is nice to find a business that cares about their quality of work, being honest with potential customers, and delivering a finished product on time and for the price quoted.Service: Painting

We were in the middle of getting estimates to repair a fender bender. I was searching in line when I noticed all the 5 star reviews Superior has and decided to check out their website. To my surprise, they advertise virtual estimates! That was perfect for me, so I decided to try it. Russell was very attentive and worked with me via text. We met in person when I came to drop off the car to get fixed. Russell was very professional and kept us updated. The car was done a lot sooner than expected and everything looked just great! I highly recommend this place.
