Brought my forester in while it was in limp mode, left with 2 recalls done, full vehicle inspection, and a clean bill of health for the car. It took most of the day, but that's to be expected from having to have to crack open the transmission. They offer rentals for cheaper than most places and complimentary round trip Uber for in the area, so you can spend the day at Lynnhaven mall like we did and get your car back at the end of it. The staff was professional and attentive, keeping us updated on the progress. I didn't have it done, but they also offer detailing services here as well.

Was on vacation and needed service done on my subaru. I scheduled an appointment for 830 a.m. at 1:00 p.m. I had not heard anything from the service advisor. I asked for an update on my car and was told they hadn't even started working on it yet. I asked for my car back and left after wasting half a day of my vacation ak RK Subaru I wasnt planning on wasting my whole day

I just got a bunch of repairs done on my 1998 Subaru Impreza Outback, and I am Imprezed.Jordan, who works in the front desk, communicated with me the whole way and kept me up to date on the status of me vehicle the entire time. Not only did they finish quickly but they were thorough, which as a Subaru Fan I can highly appreciate.Now my car feels like a 2019, it drives smooth and feels great. I really owe it to the Subaru Service team for always doing such a phenomenal job whenever I come to then with my greasy issues. Thank you all so much.

Bring your Subaru elsewhere. It seems like every time they've worked on mine something new breaks (like the AC unit!!) and the original problem has never been resolved. My family members had similar experiences. Nice staff but doesn't seem like the mechanics know what they're doing.

My car has been stuck at RK for 3 months due to a lost key. They are extremely disorganized, have never once contacted me, and when I contact them for an update I am met with rudeness. It s been a very disappointing experience, I don t recommend going to RK, in fact, avoid at all costs.

Long wait (just over two hours), but very friendly customer service. Our 2019 had some audio issues, and will be covered under warranty. Waiting room is small, but there are plenty of outlets for charging and two TV's. Additional space outdoors to sit and wait. I recommend getting dropped off, based on my experience.
