My wife and i always have a great experience here. We have been bringing our cars here for a while and every single time we get the greatest customer service and the most fair and honest prices. The work they do is just as equally amazing too. I highly recommend this team and this shop for anyone looking to have their vehicles serviced

Excellent Service!!! Excellent people!!! We love Shipps Corner Service Center 76 on the corner of Holland Road and Buchner Boulevard!!!! I can t say enough great things about everyone here! They are so genuine and so nice and so honest, and I ve taken care of me and my mother for years over a decade plus! I happen to be down the street at the public storage and my car died, and I needed to get to a doctors appointment in 45 minutes and I didn t have time to wait for For a locksmith And they sent Mario who couldn t have been nicer to come and jumpstart our car so that I can get to my appointment. What nice people no other service station would do that for their customers! I highly recommend you bring your car here for all of its maintenance and for the annual inspections as well! They are by far the best service center and all of Hampton Road and we just thank them so much for everything they do for us!

Typically I find it hard to trust mechanics as a single woman and mom but you can trust these guys!!!! The staff are very friendly and they took good care of me! I got everything I needed done for my jeep at a great price! Go to Shipps Corner Center for all your vehicle needs they won t let you down!!!! Love this place!!

Got some fluid changes/flushes done and an alignment for about $500Great prices, everyone's friendly and helpful. Car runs smoother than it has in years. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the community. My family has been going for 20 years.Edit: had another amazing experience, Dominic is the man and really looks out for his community, which is a practice alot of places don't do. My only shop from now on.

Had trouble with my finicky Volvo, brought it into the shop and it was fixed within a day. The service technician walked me through the process, and was very professional and educated on my vehicle type. I was shocked at how fair the prices are for such high quality work. I have been with this shop for the past three years, and will continue to recommend them.

We take our cars here for yearly inspections and everything in between. They are honest and fair, and have great customer service. The lollipops in the console always make me smile, too!

I definitely will be back. Came for oil change and was out of there within the hour. Best thing was the recommendations given in regards to what I need to watch for a long with what could come up next. They just got another customer.

Pretty disappointed with this place. I was sold a stupid vip booklet and trying to get scheduled for an oil change is a joke. Called today Jan 8th to schedule an oil change and was told next available appointment is not until January 18th. Do yourself a favor and don t bother buying the vip booklet. Place could be great but I ve just had a poor experience.

Absolutely the best service you'll find in the Hampton Roads area. I've had both of my vehicles inspected there and they completed them within 90 minutes. Superb service, honest, dependable and professional workers and the hospitality is second to none! One unexpected surprise when I entered my vehicle after the inspection were the various items left on my passenger seat! Obviously they're promoting their business as they left; 2 ballpoint business pens, various mini chocolates, mints, tissues, and a rubber antennae ball! It may seem trivial to some folks but to me it screams southern hospitality (thanks for your business)!! This is my service center for everything I'll need for my vehicles!! This is great auto service station. I had my expired state inspection AND oil change done in 2 hours, 2 days after it expired - a very busy day for them! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady that checks the cars in for servicing. They are also extremely honest and reputable. While waiting for my car, a man came in for a service that they did indeed provide. BUT he was told that he might, instead, go to another place that specializes in that type of repair! What business does that?? I was So impressed that they would turn down a big job that they could have done. I will never go anyplace else for any car service or issue. Thank you so much , Shipps Corner, for your wonderful service!

I was exceptionally pleased and the cost did not cause me to have to sit down and fan myself!I was surprised at how quickly my service was completed.I dropped off another vehicle a week later and the service was excellent, turn over time 1 day and cost was very reasonable.I was very impressed, and I am not a person that is impressed on a regular basis.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

They were honestly the best thing I ve witnessed in a long time. They were prompt, personable and absolutely amazing. Their service was on point and it showed from the cashier to the garage. I feel and see that they are in business to provide a high quality service for a fair price.

Hello,! this Daisy Burkett, I recently had an oil change at your shop and two days ago my engine light came on, so I checked to see why and to my surprise the oil was low, so I had to get a quart of oil, and the guy not put back all my screws on the bottom of the car.......

I absolutely have to leave a review for the shipps corner service center! I was totally blown away by the professionalism, top-notch customer service, appearance, friendly staff, and an overall awesome experience. I might add that being from Philly and an Eagles fan just topped it off. I stopped by to get my Honda Inspected and was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and experience that you provided while I was visiting your shop. I will highly recommend you to anyone that I know and hope to see you the next time I need top of the line service for my vehicles. I would also like to add the little touches how nicely laid out my inspection slip was on my passenger seat with complementary business calendar magnet, pen, and candies. That was a very nice touch and I appreciate that. I can honestly say I ve never seen that before, and I am very impressed with the way you re running your shop. The owner Dominic, sets high standards for quality, he as well as his mechanics are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and honest. Great experience!Had a slow leak in my tire. One tire place in town wanted me to leave my car for 2 days and another without even looking said I would need a new tire. As a woman who drives a nicer car I almost expect people to try to take advantage of me these days.Not here! My tire was fixed in under 30 minutes costing me around $20. And everyone was super pleasant! I was blown away by how easy and affordable the whole fix was.Screw the dealerships. I ll be coming here from now on when my car needs work.Service: Tires

I am very satisfied with Ships corner Service Center.Very friendly and honest owner. I have brought my vehicle to several shops but all they do is find some things to repair which is not closely related to the problem and I ended up paying a lot of repair cost. I am glad I took my car here they are the only ones that fixed my car and the repair cost is very fair. My car is performing excellent. Finally found a good honest friendly mechanic.
