I got to say I stopped into RK auto as I was passing by on my way to another place and I m glad I did. I met Lee Wallace and we talked for a bit and he showed me a couple cars and I purchased one. Fantastic guy at a fantastic place. I appreciate all the information and the fellowship that I experienced. I definitely recommend. Five Star treatment, knowledge and service.

This was my first time buying a car, and my grandparents took me here. They have already bought a few cars from Ron here. He is great and very charismatic. He walked me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly. Also help me get the best deal with my monthly payment and for when I do my trade in. Jameson at RK Chevy Auto was awesome. He was really down to earth and friendly. He helped us get a new car after one of ours was hit from behind and totalled, leaving us in a pinch. We were so happy to drive out of there with the car we looked at online. No hassle, No wait. Very smooth process. Jameson is just an all around nice guy. THANK YOU

Ron Coleman's service was exceptional. His kind and friendly demeanor and casual non-pushy approach was refreshing after a long afternoon dealing with other dealerships. RK was fair on their price, and it didn't take three hours of haggling and upsale attempts. In and out in an hour and a half thanks to Fatima's superior and enjoyable help in the finance department.

My experience was absolutely great. The staff there was very helpful and patient with me. One staff the stood out the most was Melvin. I would like to thank car sales manager Moustapha Dion at RK Auto Chevrolet in Va Beach. He is an enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable professional man. My husband and I had a an issue with our newly purchased truck. We voiced our concern and Mr Diop had them addressed and resolved. He also gave us a loaner vehicle until our truck was returned back to us. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle please contact Mr Moustapha Diop.

By far THE BEST car buying experience we've ever had. Santi was great to work with and was very entertaining. We went to look at a used car and ended up with a brand new one for the same price. They did not hesitate to partner us with their new car sales team even when we came in looking for a used one. Chris (Manager) was great to work with and offered many options to fit around and spot on to our budget. Dennis made the process easy and kept us informed of status as we waited for our purchase to be ready to go home. Definitely would go back there again for future purchases!

Leo was our salesman. He sold a car to myself , my husband and my daughter all within the same month. I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A CAR. However, after some recent issues with my vehicle, I was encouraged to look. I told him exactly what I did and didn't want and he delivered. He kept his word and that was very impressive to me. I was very please with the sale and his professionalism.

My daughter brought my vehicle for a scheduled 9am appointment only to be told that the vehicle wouldn't be getting looked at until the evening of the following day. There was no regard for the wasted time and time without a vehicle. Michael and his colleague were flippant in their response to the situation.

Leo was the customer representative who assisted my husband and me. He provided assistance. Made every effort to help us find a vehicle. We were able to acquire the vehicle we desired. I am extremely pleased, with that outcome. Leo went beyond our expectations in providing service. I will definitely choose a car from RK Auto, in the future. The entire process was hassle free and remarkably swift. Without a doubt Leo is truly exceptional!

By far the best experience my fianc� and I have ever had in a car dealership! Very big shoutout to the manager Mustafa for being so helpful and flexible with us, Blane and Hannah for finding the best truck for my fianc�, Luis in finance for helping us navigate through the paperwork, and wow Javis in prep for being so precise when it came to detailing and cleaning the truck. The biggest shout out to Mrs.Santi, she is without a doubt what made the entire experience 10/10. We told her what we were looking for and she exceeded that and got my fianc� his dream truck! There is so much more that can be said about RK Auto s amazing team but to sum it all up if you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle I 110% recommend coming here!!!

They ll do a lot to keep you in the door. Pushy, not respectful of your time, and the manager told her sales rep to tell me it s obviously about the money because I didn t want to pay $20k for a car whose paint job looked like it had been attacked by a cat, had significant sun damage, and some rust on the door. So she insulted me without even saying it directly to me because she was upset I didn t want a damaged vehicle.

Salesman Tony really helped me and my wife out for a long while. When we came in the first Time we got step up with a plan with Tony and he was very helpful explaining everything down to payments, car detail, etc. But unfortunately we couldn t get it that day due to complications but even then Tony kept helping us and even waiting for us to get everything today. Now we are driving a beautiful Subaru all thanks to his help and care. If there is any company, people should get a car from its RK. Perfect staff and very very caring salesman, Tony would be the perfect example of this.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Melvin Hall he was Amazing from start to finish. I can honestly say after buying several cars in my years, he made it seem effortless. He was courteous & made the process simple. I would like to give Mr. Hall 10 stars. My car started giving me problems and the next day I went to RK. I gave them my budget and that I was looking for a small SUV with low miles, and they answered. And stayed in budget. Dylan, Leo and the rest if the RK Team took good care of me!

RK Auto treated me with the utmost respect and Too notch customer service!!! I went in at 9am yesterday and I left that evening with a new SUV!!!!! Hi! So I'm writing another review AGAIN! So I've tried this place back in like mid September, I was interested in a mechanics special, came as is, 950 before tax and I understood that. Never been to a dealership before, but the guy I talked to Anthony was horrible. I told him I wasn't trying to buy, just interested in looking. He told me the car I wanted was good, but no reliable and had multiple problems even though before that he said something else. I got annoyed and left because he was lying and trying to get me into something more expensive. I went to visit these guy on December 6th at night to talk to them because I still need a car. I get there, they check my credit, check my paystubs and say I'm on able to finance one car which was extremely weird. I saw the car, test drove it, but when i looked the check engine light was on and the breaks were messed up. They tried to tell me id have to do a down-payment of 2,100, monthly payment of 450 and the total price was 16k! For a used 2016 car is kinda of disastrous. Especially since my credit shows as 0 and they are trying to make me for a very expensive car. I told them finicially with college I need a cheaper car, ive been taking a lyft to class and work for 4 months no and i still need car insurance so im not great on money, but that's why I came to them, but they kept pushing me and berating me, saying it is my fault if spend more money on lyft to get places instead of signing then and there and getting the car. BUT I wouldn't be able to drive it because they needed to bring it to the shop. I told them no multiple times but two of their workers were forcing me to sign and kept saying ill be in a worse situation if I don't as if they were belittling me and threatening. I left and told them I'm no longer going to them because they were rude, unprofessional and absolutely disgusting of how they tried to belittle me and force me to make a deal I was uncomfortable with. They responded telling me to come in and that the GM would speak with me directly, but from what I see the GM gets everyone but himself to deal with the problems. If he wanted to deal with the situation he would've contacted me himself but he didn't. These people are absolutely unbearable, unprofessional and borderline abusive with how they do business. I felt uncomfortable, very annoyed and they kept pushing me to buy something I said no to. I'd suggest someplace better because obviously, they are more concerned with getting paid than helping.

I ve reviewed RK before, and I ll do it once again. I went into RK yesterday feeling nervous about making a big life decision with my car. Marvin made my decision 10x easier, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Sam in finance was also really wonderful. I didn t feel pressured by either of them to make any quick decisions, or spend money that I didn t have. RK is truly the best dealership that I have ever worked with.
