I can't say enough good about Raymond (the owner) and the establishment If you're looking for a good job, at a fair price, done in a timely fashion, look no further than RG auto repair. They have treated me nothing, but more than fair. They also have very quified mechanical people. I'm very satisfied, after years of going there.

We have went to Raymond for 20+ years. Once our girls started driving, we would send them there with their cars. We never worried about them getting ripped off because they were girls. They still go to Raymond. His staff is kind and caring. They will not tell you that you need something when you don't. They are honest and fair. That is a rare find now days. We have recommended dozens of people to Raymond and his staff. Awesome work! Can't always fix everything myself, and when that happens... Raymond and his team stepped in and performed a fantastic job!Thank you soooo much for taking care of my van needing all the ball joints replaced, the heater core(really happy) and coolant pressure tank(bonus) and all my shocks! Amazing Job! I cannot recommend or say enough about your crew or how pleased I am. Thanks again... :)

Raymond, Zach and the crew at RG are what every automotive repair shop should be like. Honest, upfront and fair, I can't say enough good about this place. My family and I take ALL of our vehicles here because we know we will be treated with respect and we don't have to worry if they're trying to sell us something we don't need, or trying to confuse us with technical jargon. I no longer live in VB but will still make the drive to RG because they are just that good.

Fantastic service. I had a problem with my car that I knew was electrical and there was no code reading to be done,which as we all know means it could be ANYTHING diagnostically. In diagnosing they problem they really could have raked me over the coals like other shops do, but these guys listened to what I said, zeroed in on the problem and found the most affordable solution. They were prompt, polite, and saved me so much money.

I brought my car (Range Rover 2012 Sport) in after having it held hostage by Checkered Flag Land Rover for 1.5 months. I finally just took it back and brought it to RG Auto. I've been looking for a shop that did work on imports at a reasonable price. I'm aware of the fact that maintenance is expensive on my car, but I dont' want to also pay for a fancy showroom, bagels and coffee when I just want my car fixed at a fair price. RG Auto replaced my right air strut at 2/3 the price CF would have done it for. Made an appointment, dropped the car off. Zach was very professional and courteous. I had it back in 2 days. It was actually ready the next day, but I couldn't get it. I would highly recommend RG and will bring my other cars there as well.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Amazing service, staff and work done. I have an older Tacoma and Escape with a lot of miles on both so I always have things falling apart on them. RG helped out tremendously with both. I honestly have recommended them to multiple people and will continue to do so. Incredible place to take your car to!

Great customer service and price!! We tried RG's for the first time this week and couldn't be happier. They replaced our tires, brakes and did an oil change for much less than quoted by the dealership. The customer service is awesome and everything was completed in a timely manner. So I want to give a raving review about this place I took my 2012 range rover and they communicated with me very well they took care of the problems that I needed fixed on the range rover without any issues I would recommend this place to anybody the staff is very friendly the secretaries are very communicative and willing to help you out. I will give this place a five star and recommend it to anybody please use them they are very busy so no you have to make an appointment but that s a good thing because that means they do good work.

Recently broke down in Virginia Beach while traveling from Florida to NY. While it certainly would be easy to take advantage of someone who is from out of town and stranded, RG auto did not do that. They worked quickly and efficiently, Amber in the office was awesome and kept me informed, and we were back on the road within 2 days. If you re looking for reliable and honest service, this is the place you want to go. Thanks again for the amazing service!!

I absolutely love the repair shop. Raymond is so honest. He is trustworthy and I am comfortable with his professionalism. He doesn't do things to my car to make money. He takes the time to explain things and research the problems.

Like many, I have an older model car that needs to be maintained regularly. The staff and mechanics at RG are consistent and reliable. The workmanship is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else. And everyone loves Raymond!

Raymond (the owner), and the other employees I've met, have all been very kind and honest. Plenty of times I've gone to get work done, and they always let me know if I actually need the work done or not. Fair prices and generally pretty quick too!

R G repair was recommended to me by friend who had been using this location for years. I had been quoted close to $2000.00 by the dealership to repair my A/C compressor for parts and labor. I took my vehicle to RG to have evaluated. The quote I got was right about half of the dealership. I have been pleased with the work, the customer service, the price, and timeliness. I would recommend RG to anyone who is in need for a great mechanic and shop where the people actually care about doing right by the customers they have made over the years.Keep up the great work.

Good, honest, hard working mechanics. Very knowledgeable about foreign and exotic cars, if you have a foreign car, this is next best thing to dealer, in fact I found RG Auto through a friend of mine that was used cars and high-end used cars and they took their cars to this guy to get them checked out before they bought them and I've been bringing my car here for a couple years and they've always been very honest and very straightforward and very good with their pricing...

This has been my mechanics shop for 21 years. Owned and managed by an expert mechanic overseeing a bunch of expert and junior mechanics. I can assure you you'll get quality service and repairs at fair prices. No upselling services or parts and repairs you don't need like the chain mechanics shops. You get an on point diagnostic evaluation that will serve your needs. Not the corporate bottom line. As testament to the great service they provide, I submit this: I bought as used 1996 Nissan Quest in 2001. Had it serviced at RJ and got rid of it in 2012. Bought a brand new 2006 Nissan Armada Aug 06, and I'm still driving it from Norfolk VA to Brooklyn NY for work. It has over 265,000 miles on the original drivetrain. And I just bought a new 2020 Nissan Armada in Jan and got my 1st oil change at RJ Auto.

My experience with this place of business was not a very good one. Upon dropping my vehicle off I was never contacted on any occasion as far as a quote, what repairs needed to be done or anything. In order for me to find out what was going on I had to call or go up there myself. I told the owner to take his time because I had another vehicle to drive, but I didn't think it would be 90 days. Every 2 weeks or so I would call or go there to find out what was going on & I would get the "we've been really busy" or "we're waiting on a part" treatment. It appears that I was given the run around the entire time. Two days after I towed my vehicle from their place of business my vehicle is fixed and what needed to be replaced was completely different from what RG Auto told me. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

They do really good work. I've taken my car there twice and they get right down to fixing what's wrong. They are even flexible on there hours of operation so you can pick your car up when their done.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!!!! Raymond and his staff are total rip offs! They sale bad vehicles and act like they are replacing parts when you bring in your vehicle. They will tell you your vehicle will be ready today and in all actuality they have not started. PLEASE WATCH THIS PLACE! IF NOT FROM THERE COUNTRY THEY SWITCH LANGUAGES FROM ENGLISH TO WHATEVER THEY ARE AND START TALKING ABOUT YOU RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE! DO NOT TRUST MECHANICAL WORK DOWN TO PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

They took too long to check my car. I was there from 9 to 1:45.and i did make my appointment.But what i like is that they are honest about their job. And thats something you dont find very often in a mechanic shop. Thats why i recommend this business to any one. Just be patient and go with the flow.

They do good work for cheap I guess, but god forbid you need your vehicle back in a timely manner. They say 2 hours, plan on 4. They say 1 day, plan on 4. They say a week, plan on 3. Literally real experiences I ve had with this place.

Finally a mechanic I can trust! Have been using Raymond and RG auto for years for vehicle repairs and inspections. They stand behind their work and their prices are more than reasonable.Highly recommended.

I brought my car to him fairly simple Fix he didn't fix it right I complain to him said to bring it back and will fix it. another chance? hell no you get one chance that's it you're done brought it back to my former mechanic in charge it a little bit more but hey I don't have to worry about him screwing up ever again like RG Automotive. Never again you get one chance to fix it and you blew it
