They are awesome! Had them do 2 lifts for me and very pleased. Made my boring van look cool.

Just got my truck back after purchasing new tires from Pungo Off-road. They left gauge marks in ALL 4 rims. I went to this place based on the reputation and supporting a local business. Truck is practically brand new. You d think a local business like this would take a little more quality assurance in their work. I m very disappointed.

My highly custom Jeep JK wouldn't start and nobody in town wanted anything to do with it. Pungo Offroad took on the challenge, squeezed me into the schedule, and made the repair in short order. Phenomenal service and a pleasure to deal with.

Great price to install lift kit on my Tacoma. They did a great job and did everything requested. I will be returning when I need more work done. Thank you Pungo Offroad!

I don t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel like this one is a must. I bought a Jeep, and it had a 4 inch lift that was so botched it s not even funny. Rob and his team took me in from the second I walked in there and made sure my Jeep was safe to drive for my family. After getting a ridiculous quote from another shop to fix it, Pungo Offroad did it for a FRACTION of the price. And 10x faster as well. My Jeep drives like a dream now, and I m just so very grateful for rob and his team!! They have a customer for life because of this experience :-)

Brought in my 2019 f250 for steering issues and dropped it off I called 3 days later nothing was done with my truck. Was told someone would contact me by the end of day no call was received. Called back the following day and was told my truck just needs an alignment so I came and got it. I took it to a reputable alignment shop for them to tell me my alignment is straight. But I'm still getting a workout and my trucks still all over the road

I m not the one to usually write a review on something but if you want a place that will get the lift kit under your vehicle and that s about it, then this place would be a great pick. Besides the truck not being aligned and lights on my dash that weren t there before one of the employees took some alto pods out of my truck that I had in the center console. When you go to call them back they will not help you they will do what they can to save every penny. I hate to pay a very steep price for work I could ve done in my garage for free I payed over 1,000$ just so they could put the lift on and align it and they couldn t even do that. My dad recommended them to me bc he went there back in 1999 and he was talking them up I don t think they are as good as they used to be. If you get a lift done there get ready to spend more money !!

This shop is amazing! Had a tire go while visiting family and they ordered a new tire and installed in record time. Do not hesitate if you need any work done, this is your place!

Great place. I needed my two front tires balanced, they took me in and in no time the car was ready. A man named Rob took care of me. He and his staff are all very polite, professional and knowledgeable about their industry/field. Whoever has written negative posts I would question them and look at their other posts first. Pungo Offroad is a top notch business.

Let me tell you something!!! These guys know what they are doing plain and simple. I got my 2002 F350 lifted and 37 tires. Well I also asked for new headlights, taillights and fog lights, well I didn t get to pick the lights out. So I was questioning what they would look like and they did an awesome job picking them out!!! I could not ask for a better place to do my work. I m Pungo Off-road for life!!! I dropped my truck off and it came back driving better than it did before!!! I m a customer for life and I m about to have my daughter take her Jeep here as well!!! These guys are awesome!!!!!!!

I originally had an appointment at a different offroad retailer, but they had removed me from their schedule, so I called Devlin (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) at Pungo Offroad. When I explained the situation to him, he told me that they were slammed all day, but to bring my truck in around closing time and he would make sure it was taken care of. I got there about a half hour before they closed and he offered to get my truck taken care of while I waited. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. And to top it off, they charged me $180 less than what the other retailer was going to charge me! Devlin's (again, sorry about the spelling) customer service was top notch and I can guarantee you that Pungo Offroad has earned a customer for life!

I contacted the guys at Pungo offroad to get a quote on installing a leveling kit I provide (purchased from moto fab) along with me purchasing rims and tires from them. They gave me a great price and we set the date. Upon pick up I realized they didn't install the kit I provided, after i called to confirm that they were able to find the kit in my back seat, in fact they had installed the wrong kit. Also I'm driving home barely able to keep the truck on the road and I realize that my tire pressures were all over the place 57, 93, 64, 45. All of those are PSI. Once i called them to inform them of all of the screw ups they scheduled me again to fix the issue. So i lost my truck for 3 full days and now i have to lose it for a fourth because my rims are scratched. Brand new rims. No offer of a little money back for my troubles or anything. I do not reccomend this establishment due to the lack of attention to detail, lack of customer care and service. I believe they have gotten too busy for their own good and are focused on quantity over quality.

They put a 4 inch lift in my jeep, and mounted a high lift jack. When they got it apart, they found some problems and fixed them without charging me. The turn around was super quick. One day for parts I ordered to show up. One day to install. And they were significantly less expensive than other area shops. I was very pleased, and will do business with them again.

Great group of people, stopped in just for a lugnut the other day and was asked by 2 different people how they could help before I even got in the door. Then the guy gave me not only 1 but 2 lugnuts for free, that's right FREE! That never happens anymore and they'll definitely be getting my future business. THANK YOU PUNGO OFFROAD!

This place is horrible. They give you a quote for a lift, tires, wheels, and brakes and then when I call back to set appointment time the lady answers and says they don't have items in stock and to figure it out. So I called back three or four times and all the wheels are out of stock. I go with wheels that are less expensive than the initial ones to start with and the quote jumps up $1300.00. This place is sketchy and not trustworthy, would never put my vehicle in their shop. I would suggest going elsewhere. Very rude on the phone too, especially when you're trying to give them business. Thank goodness we went somewhere else.

While they were willing to negotiate the level of work wasn't what I have expected for the kind of money spent. I had to re attach all my vacuum hoses to the frame, trim my plastic on the bottom of the bumper to keep my tires from rubbing and find some where else to do my alignment. I also had to drive back out to pick up my original rims and tires which were supposed to put in the bed. I now also have a strange noise coming from my front end that wasn't there before. If you spend that kind of money with someone you deserve better service. I will not return.

I bought a 2021 f150 a month ago, I called around to around 15 different places and talked to people about a leveling kit. A lot of people told me a lot of different options about kits for earlier years that will work... this guy was the one that gave it to me straight forward these are your options that are out for the 21 now and I have them in stock. The only place that had them in stock too. If your worried about who's working on your brand new vehicle don't worry with these guys, they know the deal. Very happy with everything thank you

Brought my jeep in on a Thursday without a set appointment, for an ABS and traction light on. Previous garage I bought it to was unable to fix, and stated I would need custom brackets. Pungo called me the next morning said they can get it fixed by noon. Know what they are doing! Will return and use them

Brought in some 33x12.50r20 mud terrains to mount and balance on some 20x7 s, I took them in on Friday at 10 AM and I gave them my number to call me when it was done that day which was reasonably enough time for them to get it done that day considering they closed at 6. They didn t start one tire until around 5 and they were talking about how difficult it would be to get the tire on the rim even though a lot of people run setups like that. So I settled to wait until the next day and I didn t get a call all day until I had to call them myself at 12:15 (they closed at 1) and I was finally able to pick them up. Then I checked the psi in each wheel and all of them were way too high and the highest was at 107 psi! They should have put all of them much much lower. The point of the story was the job got done but i figured they wouldn t have complained so much considering it s an off road shop and I know they have mounted and balanced wheels like that before (especially at the right psi!!!). Overall an okay experience. They also quoted me 80 dollars for the work and when I went to pay I was told 100 which is messed up. I had high hopes for this shop from word of mouth but unfortunately I will not be returning here.

I dropped off a tire which needed the valve stem replaced. I went back the next day to pick the tire up and was pleasantly surprised when told there was no charge. The owner just asked that I remember them next time I need tires. When I told him that I was just traveling through, he said Merry Christmas . Very thankful for their service.

Dropped off friends truck for a once over on lift kit, glad to see there busy, that should tell you how good they are. Guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. A while back my daughter 16 drove thru some bushes in the rain lost control, it was a employee of pungo off road saw it helped my daughter and even drove her car into parking lot so my daughter could regain composure and calm down. Great crew thanks

First off, Hats off to Rob (Owner) and his Pungo crew for putting my bumper on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. A jigsaw puzzle it was to say the least with at least 60 nuts and bolts he managed to throw it together and even stuck to the quoted price. Great guy for doing that, much appreciated. My Taco looks great and not even a scratch on the finish of my bumper. Good service, great price. Come to Pungo Off Road for any 4x4 or off road service.

This isnt the first time I've been to this shop for tire repair. Having a place locally who can help us while we're out of town, and help quickly, has been great! From getting new tires installed, to plugging an old tire, these guys have been great.

Hands down, the most honest and upstanding company we have dealt with in a very long time. The cost, time to complete, customer service, and work completed were superior to any other auto shop we have EVER done business with. If you don t live close, it is WELL worth the drive, we will be using them for any and all future work.

Had them install my UCA's and diff drop kit. It took them 2 days to do it but it got done. I went to put new tires on my truck and found that they cross threaded about half of my lug nuts and ruined 3 wheel studs and 4 lug nuts. Called them and asked if they would fix it for me. They said there was no way that was possible (saying they didn't do it). Told me to bring it in after another week and they'd "look to see if they could do it." Terrible customer service.

This place is packed full of good stuff and good people. I stopped in for a tire plug...they got me in and out quick. And ... When I went to pay them...he said Merry Christmas! No charge. What a bunch of really nice guys. Thank you again. I will not forget your kindness.

They stink stay away. They put a lift kit and wheels and tires on my new F250. The truck would shake so bad going down the road. They kept jerking me around so I went to a different shop so they could fix it. Turns out they sold me blemish wheels. I called the manufacturer and they told me that they buy all of their blemish wheels. The manufacturer sent new wheels at no cost and problem solved. Be very careful if you decide to deal with them. Never again
