Took my e46 here this weekend to get tinted, on a Sunday, packed to the brim still squeezed me in and out and it looks AWESOME! Employee accidentally took my key, no biggie but I received a big discount for it. Extra star. Bubbles faded next morning! Customer is absolutely satisfied! 5

Best guy in town for tinting. He s tinted 15+ trucks for me since he s been in business and I have sent him countless other customers as well. The edges are consistent and the film is good quality. On top of all that, he works with your schedule! I ll keep using him until he goes out of business and would recommend him to anybody looking for a great tint job and a reasonable price!

I've gotten two of my personal vehicles as well as two of my company vehicles tinted here. They are very professional and quick every time I come in as well as I have referred people that have gone and got their vehicles tinted. Very cozy waiting area with cable TV. Very affordable and great quality.

Hector and his brother do amazing work. Have tinted all my vehicles and even my home windows. Great customer service, pricing, and always available. Always perfection at a great price, If you need ANYTHING tinted take it to procustom window tint.

After calling 4 shops with no answers, my coworker suggested Pro Custom. So I gave them a call. They picked up, and I was in the shop within 30 minutes and out of the shop a hour after. I am extremely happy with the job and have already recommended them to friends and family. Great customer service and great work!

I found Hector on Google, and read excellent reviews, and I'm not disappointed! I couldn't find anyone to apply my overlays on my headlights, and Hector came through and did a damn good job!

They work by appointments only. So make sure you call ahead to schedule. Fast at getting the job done and excellent customer service. They will be taking care of all of my future ting needs!

Vector poor very poor customer service !! 260 for only front door tint passenger door tint and the two back door tints with no film is insane dude

I scheduled an appointment with them back in January but had to cancel. I was able to reschedule with ease. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with an introduction and presented the options for tint on my 2022 Challenger. Once we agreed on the tint, I handed over my keys and Hector went to work. While he was working on my car I read a book. When he was done, he provided a tutorial on maintenance and care of windows and the film. He also told me what I can expect over the next couple of days. I highly recommend Pro Custom Tinting!Update: Looking to get tinted? Call Hector at Procustom Tint and get booked, you won t be disappointed. He tinted my Challenger and I will be using him again to tint my other vehicles.Update: I took my other two vehicles to Hector and his team at Procustom tint. They immediately went to work and upon completion, provided a summary of the work and things I can expect over the next couple of weeks. They were very professional and I highly recommend contacting them for your tinting needs.

Called this place and they were able to see me the same day! Very clean waiting area (also had a bay view to see my vehicle/BMW X6). Did a fantastic job & was done in less than an hour. I just installed new interior pieces in my Saab 9-5 and wanted to start protecting them immediately. I called around to many shops today, and Pro Custom was the only shop who was open. They were willing to take my car immediately! I was somewhat skeptical, as I had never heard of the business. I drove down to see Hector, and the rest is history. I opted for ceramic tint, which is the most high end option available. In two hours I received a phone call that the car was complete. All I can say is, the car looks like it was tinted from the factory. This place is the real deal! Thanks for the awesome, friendly, prompt service. The car looks great.

I called on a Sunday and Hector got me in at 1:30pm and my car was ready for pickup at 4:30pm!!! I called around to a few places. 1 place wanted well over $220.00. That's a lot for tinting windows. I called Hector 3 times during the week making sure there would be an availability Friday or Saturday morning. His coworker did an outstanding job. I chose to keep everything legal. But the tints have really made the paint pop on my Camry. I did it to protect the interior not for looks. It was just a bonus after finding out Toyota said they would split the difference of my sun peeled steering wheel, I chose to go a different route. I was in and out in 2 hours and the work was done with 100% craftsmanship. I would recommend Pro Custom Tinting to anyone who is looking to have there windows tinted. When I was a kid I used to work as a mechanic at a Lincoln Mercury Dealer and I remember watching the guys come in to tint the windows and Hector and his coworker even more professional then guys that came to the dealer. His shop is 100%spotless clean from top to bottom. The waiting are has comfortable furniture to sit in.Outstanding work with a lifetime guarantee.

I had my car tinted in 2016. In the same year, I noticed that my rear windshield was beginning to bubble. I could not see out my rear windshield very clearly. I was told that I had a Lifetime Warranty so I decided to wait and get it repaired at a later date. Fast forward to 2020, I decided it time to get it repaired because I could not clearly see out of my rear window (very blurry)... just for safety reasons overall. I spoke with Hector to schedule my appointment. With a lifetime warranty I thought it would be fix and completely covered by the warranty. I was wrong. Hector informed me that I would have to pay $120 to have my rear windshield tinting fixed. I informed him that I had the paperwork that stated Lifetime Warranty. He told me the warranty was only for 2 years.In 2016, I was pleased with the work that was performed. Now (2020) I'm having to re-tint my rear windshield and maybe my whole car in the future. One suggestion - please discuss and clearly understand the Lifetime Warranty that is provided to avoid wasting your time and money.

UPDATE: 4-18-21 I called Hector the owner and remind you that I have brought 5-6 vehicles to him in the past. I called to see how much for a mustang and the two rear windows are small as heck. He quoted me more than what I paid for my truck to have all 4 windows done. Sad to see years of a relationship tossed out the window. Check elsewhere for pricing. UPDATE: 4-24-21 I called two shops in Chesapeake that have more reviews and better ratings and they are willing to do ALL the windows less than what Hector will do the driver, passenger, and the two small back ones. His prices are crazy high.Services: Sun control window tinting, Privacy window films, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Professional experience at a good price compared to competitors. I have been looking to get my car tinted for several months but quoted $200+ by other businesses. I called Hector and not only was his price the lowest he was ready to do my tint the same day. Hard to find good business like this. Workmanship is definitely good quality.

Hector fit me in the day of, I scheduled a 3:30 appointment but I arrived 30 minutes early just in case and he took me in then and there. He let me pick my tint and he got started right away on my Focus Hatchback and was finished within the hour. Great guy and offered great customer service, I will definitely be bringing my BMW to him next!

Very professional install and great customer service. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of both the work space and waiting area.
