I am thrilled to share my sincere and genuine appreciation for the remarkable services provided by Lexus service advisor, Corbett. While I have had previous encounters I believe in experiencing multiple encounters before forming an opinion. Let me take you back to the very beginning! From the moment I started availing Corbett's services, he has consistently displayed exceptional care and professionalism. His honesty and transparency are truly commendable. Whenever there is a matter that requires attention, he promptly informs me and ensures I am aware of the best options available to maintain the longevity of my vehicle. I must say, his approach is both family-oriented and highly professional, if such a combination exists!Corbett, I want to express my heartfelt gratitudefor consistently taking care of me and providing me with exceptional 5-star service. Your dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly unparalleled. Thank you for being the best in the business!-Geisha hair and wigs

Husband had the es350 in for free oil change and decided to knock out tire rotation which cost over $150. He found out they did not even rotate tires because he recognized one of the front rims that had a scratch. Lexus acknowledges because they have the wheel alignment cameras when you roll in. They refunded the money right away but why would that even happen at a lexus service?? If it was me that took the car in I would've never know!Go to costco and rotate there for $25. Priority is only good for the free oil change and inspection. That's it. Crooks.

Scheduled a service with a new advisor or me, Craig. He made several suggestions to my original service request which made complete sense based on my mileage. He kept me informed as I waited for the car at the service department. Several additions item were suggested by the technicians which I will follow up with Craig. A good visit over all.

I came in this morning with 3K cash and trade in but from jump I can tell this dealership judges books by they cover. I'm a young black man who was just looking to get an appraisal on how much my car would be worth. I simply just wanted a print out of some numbers! He told $800 with no paper work not knowing I had 3K cash to put down as well. I asked again for a print out which he never provided! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I know seems like they only cater to a few which are not minorities!

They no longer honor priorities for life. I have taken my priority bought vehicle to this service department for a few years now and never had an issue until today. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment, that I made about a week ago on their website. They only told me that they no longer honor their priorities for life program this morning, despite having a week to reach out to me. Somehow their website still allows you to schedule service and choose the free oil change and state inspection that you are supposed to get with the "priorities" for life. Poor communication and bad customer service are a problem with this auto group. Their only priority is to get your money, once you buy the vehicle everything changes. Very dishonest. The priorities for life program is one of their biggest selling points but they always seem to find a way around and it will try to get you to pay outrageous prices for the simplest services. $225 for a tire rotation? It's shameful really. I will not personally bring my vehicle here ever again or purchase a vehicle from them and I would not recommend them to anyone else either.

Jay Connolly has got to be the best salesperson EVER. I bought through him one car, and he gave me an awesome value for my trade-in. Going to get the next Lexus from him also. WOW

Only had my 2021 LS500 for maybe 3 weeks before I had a tire blow out. Car was towed to the dealership and when I picked up my vehicle my rim had significant damage. To their surprise I had taken pictures of the rim as it was being loaded onto the flat bed tow truck and there wasn t any damage whatsoever. The dealership has the balls to ask me what did I hit like it s my fault? I will be consulting my attorney today.

This dealership is very unprofessional. For it to be Priority Lexus, they set the bar very low. They have removed various things from the lobby/snack area and do not put the customers first. Anytime customers need assistance from certain service advisors, that never pick up the phone, when you try to get the customer out to the supervisors or managers they try to pass the customer off to someone else or constantly stay away from their desk so they do not have to deal with it. Certain advisors literally never call their customers back or return voicemails and when you try to physically go to their office to tell them they have a customer on the line, they will say okay. You transfer the call to them and they STILL won't pick up phone. When they are sitting at their desk doing absolutely nothing. They up-charge customers for services. Being that I worked in the service building, I have experienced this first hand. My former supervisor Linda Sandifer is super rude and treats the employees as if she is better than everyone. She has belittled me and treated me poorly in front of numerous coworkers. She tried to withhold my PTO check from me when I had 60 hours of PTO that I earned. She will avoid dealing with customers any chance she gets. They do not accommodate single parents with children and will try to fire you for not working "full time" when I literally averaged 38-39 hours per week but will let other coworkers work only Saturday shifts each month. After saying they don't "hire part time". I brought my son with me to work one day for 2-3 hours and got in trouble but she allowed another coworker to bring her dog in the office for an entire WEEK.After submitting my 2 weeks notice on September 18th in advance, and emailing the general manager. She then put that I was "terminated" because I couldn't finish my last 2 weeks of work due to employment elsewhere. When I stayed there for an entire year and watched over 10 different people quit from that office due to no one liking Linda and how she treats people. They also had me doing extra work for FREE when I found out other coworkers of mine were getting bonuses for the exact same work I was doing. It took them MONTHS before they even started giving me a bonus check. After I constantly had to harass them about it. Finally I had enough. Don't try to get a job here, this place is the worst, and they will try to low ball you on hourly pay as much as they can. I found out I was getting paid 13$ an hour while some of my coworkers that had only been there a month were getting 16$ an hour. They will try to pay you less than 14$ an hour and won't be honest about the work schedule upfront and have you doing additional work without compensation. A year of my time wasted dealing with unprofessionalism, laziness and a supervisor that treats people horribly and less than. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Worst place I've been. Came for an oil change. Asked if I need to replace the break, he told me they will check when they do the oil change, when I paying the payment I asked him, he obviously forgot and lied to me that there is no warning so I'm good with some I don't wanna talk attitude. When I'm on the road, check my tire pressure. My back left was 28!!! So I really don't believe they did another inspection on checking the vehicle around. And my car is creamy color, when I came in the car is dirty. And all stuff in the service department is bad attitude in general. Not recommended.

I was in the market for a new car (I had a 2007 VW Jetta that had gotten to where the car wouldn't start at first turn...headlining down, side leather panels falling...like a hot mess), and I ended up asking one of my sorority sisters for a Lexus contact, and she put me in contact with Mr. Virgil Thornton.Y'all...if you're gonna get a Lexus, MR. THORNTON IS YOUR GUY! I ended up buying a '15 RX350 cash and he really worked to get the car down to the price range I was comfortable with. He even stayed well after closing time to take pic of me with my new ride with one of those big red bows on it!I know buying a car is a [relatively] painful experience just from all the paperwork and hoopla that goes with it, but Mr. T really made the process bearable, even pleasant I dare say.You can't go wrong...and make sure you ask for VIRGIL THORNTON!!

I arrived at 2:15 for a service appointment that was scheduled for 2:30 an oil change to be exact ! I have a Kia ! I got a text message at 2:26 letting me know who my service advisor was and to let her know if I needed any assistance. I checked around 4 pm with my advisor to be told that my vehicle could not be serviced at that location !!!!!! Why didn t anyone make me aware of that when I checked the vehicle in or even once it was known that the vehicle couldn t be serviced there. The lack of communication is poor ! Then if the car couldn t be serviced why was it tagged to begin with. The best solution for this lot to avoid this issue would be to remove the drop down option when scheduling service so that it doesn t even allow you to schedule anything outside of a Lexus vehicle.

Mike M is a fantastic service manager and always makes sure my experiences are the best. Even when things don't go as planned and we all know things can happen, though honestly not often, he communicates hiccups and always has a work around and a plan that will work with my schedule. Couldn't ask for more.

Things are very different now that Chris Harris is not there. Been coming here for over 8 years and the vibe around there has changed significantly. Going there you felt good and confident about spending 2,000 dollars in repairs. Chris would explain the services, let the mechanic ride with you in the car to help duplicate issues and fully explained the services and why they needed to be done. He would even go as far to explain maintenance advisories. I felt confident that when I picked up my car things were correct. I picked up the car, they washed it and put parked it in a mud trail on the side of the building so when I got my car back it was more dirty than when I dropped it off. When they place a new maintenance sticker on your car they didn't wipe the old one off properly and left smudge marks. I used to say it was okay paying the premium to take my car here but you're better off finding a reputable independent mechanic who is familiar with your car.

Will never ever buy a car here. They have poor customer service and unfriendly extremely rigid staff. You can also get a much better deal on car by driving to North Carolina.

The wait time was ridiculously long.Arrived for my 11:00 am appt at 10:45am. Just regular maintenance check up. Car was done after four. No issues found. How long would it had taken if issues were found? Nevertheless, I am pleased with the service, as usual. Maybe just one of those days . (VA Beach)

Get your quality Lexus parts. If you fool around with aftermarket, you will end up spending more time and money. You could possibly mess up your vehicle.

I cannot express how much I love my car! Bill made my shopping experience so much fun, relaxing, informative and satisfying. I love my car! The service I received from the test drive to the signing was impeccable. I couldn t have asked for a better representative for Lexus Priority and I am now a proud member of the Priority family. I will definitely be coming back when I am ready for a new car! Thanks Bill and the Lexus team- I couldn t be happier!!

Surprisingly amazing service. This dealership used to be owned by Charles Barker and service was so terrible I took my business to Durham NC. A much needed tire repair whilst on my summer stay in the beach brought me to this place. I dreaded the visit and the service. But, no! Much to my surprise it was a total turn around. No crazy charges, everything was done swiftly, and I got a nice complementary wash (no vacuum though ) but yeah.. very pleased. Mike was my service advisor. Great guy, very personable. Thanks guys for making me enjoy being a lexus customer in Hampton Roads again.

Jeremy Barry is the best. We have been working with him over 10 years. Efficient, kind and professional. We feel like family. Cliff is also the best and we always look forward to seeing them both when we drive up from the Outer Banks. Yes! Because of them, we keep coming 2 hours to get our car serviced.Frank and Lynda Hester

This service department is such a disappointment. Never able to speak with an advisor when you call. No one will return phone calls when you must leave a voicemail. Their customer service needs to improve. Lexus categorizes themselves as luxury but this dealership does not not deserve that title. We had a Honda Pilot for years and the service we received from Priority Honda was much better, at least until the service manager was promoted. Most likely due to the fact his customers were so pleased with his service. Others should strive for that.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First visit, being new to the area, needed a new battery. I received a call as I pulled into the service area about a family emergency. Service managers Mike and Christopher and their mechanics got me out of there in less than half an hour. GREAT SERVICE, especially for a brand new customer! Beginning of a long relationship.

Don t trust the service department now that Priority owns the dealership! Had an oil change and safety inspection and was told car was fine. Returned a few weeks later for a recall item (I d put maybe 200 mikes on the car) and was approached by an employee who told me he d measured the tread on my tires and while they didn t need replacement they could potentially be unsafe. The same tires that were fine a few weeks earlier. When I thanked him and told him I buy tires at Costco he proceed to tell me reasons why I might not want to buy tires there. This is a sales tactic you d expect at a run down used car lot. There s absolutely nothing wrong with the tires. Trying to sell a customer something he doesn t need to address a problem that doesn t exist and discrediting a reputable competitor in the process is disgusting.

Bill Scudder, Doug and Albert are the ideal team to have help you when buying a car! Bill was patient and helpful showing me all the vehicles. Doug was great at helping me keep my payment where I wanted it to be and Albert helped with financing. I appreciate all of them and will go see them when I am in the market again for a car!
