I took my car here to get my tire checked because I felt like it was losing air pressure. I had just washed my car and decided to get my tire checked before the week got started. Long story short, my rims got damaged and I know it wasn t damaged before because I had just washed my car. Was I upset, absolutely because these rims are pretty expensive and I know the damage wasn t there before I brought it to NTB. I was told by their mechanic that the front desk person, Monica, didn t know how to drive a Tesla so I offered to drive it for them into the service bay. They said they could handle it. One of my rims was completely scratched up and like I mentioned before, I had just got my car washed and the damage was not there prior. Now I was upset that no one wanted to fess up about causing the damage but what was even more upsetting was that Monica (front desk/manager) actually told me that I damaged my own vehicle and then brought it to their NTB location to blame them because they were a small business. She preceded to tell me that I drove a Tesla and it wouldn t be surprising that I would do something like this. I was in complete shock. I run multiple businesses in the area and to have someone tell me that I did this on purpose to ruin a small business is absurd. First of all, NTB is a national chain and this location may be a franchise location but in no way would I ever waste my time damaging my own vehicle and then bringing it to NTB to blame them and wasting 3 hours of my day. I m not writing this to get anyone fired but there definitely needs to be a recalibration of customer service at this location. I hope they will address the damaged rim but more importantly, they really need to address the prejudicial behavior of their employee.

I love NTB, but this location will be my new location. Everyone that I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I brought my vehicle in for my inspection and oil change and thought I would be here all day because they had at least 5 vehicles ahead of me. Thankfully, they got me in and out in just a few hours. And I must add that their waiting area was clean and smelled of a refreshing air freshener. I was able to patiently wait comfortably. Thank you NTB - Independence Blvd.

Went in to have my vehicle checked over for inspection. The crew there was very helpful with my needs. They worked with me and helped me to get my vehicle an inspection sticker at a lower price than I was anticipating. Thank you Mr, Dean and Mr Reggie for your great help and a great experience at your location.

My car is 12 years old and I am tired of waiting all day for the "free oil Change" at the dealer. Brought it here today and was in and out within an hour and Monica and Reggie were very helpful and I was given a recommendation of something that needs to be done, but not pressured to decide now. I really appreciate that!!!

Very friendly staff from the minute I stepped in. I felt like my salesman cared about my safety. He showed me how my tires had a lot of cracking around the rims, a safety Hazzard for sure. They also gave me a great savings on the cost of my tires and warranty. Thanks for making my first visit so pleasant.

Needed a wheel changed due to car hit a pothole and tire was almost brand new. Team got me in same day and didn t try and sell me a new tire. They checked tire out thoroughly, mounted on the new slightly used wheel I provided them, kept the tire and wheel a couple of hours to ensure tire held air and called me back promptly when they knew everything was good. They also got rid of the bent wheel for me as well with no hassle at all. Great experience at NTB on Independence today.

Been bringing my car and my wife's car here for a while and they never disappoint. Always make me feel welcomed and accommodated me when I was in a rush. Definitely recommended for any service they offer.

As always NTB provides above and beyond service. Due to my poor planning I check the tires on my box trailer at 420 noticing that we re not in well enough shape to drive 8 hours at highway speeds. Gave NTB a call and they were able to get a new set of tires installed in less than an hour. I can t recommend them enough after the countless times they have gotten me out of a pickle.

Worried that the brakes were a complete overhaul but they found the issue, resolved it same day, AND didn t charge me! Highly recommend. Go see Dean up front. Excellent communicator

They repaired my TPMS sensors quickly but my primary reason for going, a state inspection, couldn't be done due to the backlog of cars left on the lot to be inspected. I didn't know this was a way places handled first come first serve.

Dropped my car off Sunday night and was done early Monday morning for inspection.Harry was very helpful and I appreciate his efficiency. I was alerted on things needed to be done in the future and when I came to pick up the car after work it was quick and harmless. This is my go to spot so I will definitely be back like usual. Thanks

Associates are friendly and helpful, went in with a truck that had an awful alignment and their equipment was giving them a hard time also. Despite all that they worked until closing time to finish it and the truck drives flawlessly. Thanks guys for the time and effort!

I'm writing this both to amend my previous review and provide a positive rating. I went back to NTB today and had shocks and struts installed and was very happy with the prompt service and excellent communication from the manager Reggie. I felt bad b/c I couldn't drop my Ford off until my lunch break at 11 a.m. but they had it done by 4:30, even before I got off work! Cost was exact same as estimate and very competitively priced (they are having a buy 3 get 1 free sale). I live closeby so this will become our family's new "go to" place for tires and such. Thank you NTB!

I brought my car in for a state inspection.I previously replaced one tire with one that I had in my garage that I had replaced approximately 2ys ago. I had it patched, since it was "like new" to pass the inspection.I thought I was set, but NTB called to tell me that the tire I had patched was good, but the remaining THREE would need to be replaced because: "they were "dry rotted" and cracked down to the nylon" !I challenged this claim saying, " The patched tire was replaced by one of the three, and that tire was purchased two years ago!After my challenge, the manager said: " I miss spoke" Even though he made the claim at least twice on the phone!Long story short. They isolated one tire that had hairline "cracks" along the perimeter of the tire. In the end I replaced that tire.I leave it up to the consumer reading my post to draw their own conclusions. After more 10 years, I will no longer take my cars to NTB.

About a week and a half ago, I realized my car battery was dying and I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the battery couldn't simply be switched out at AutoZone because of the make of my car. It was a Saturday afternoon and the earliest appointment I could make with my dealership was the following Wednesday. I started to panic. Fortunately, I called NTB where I was met with friendly, transparent, and professional service. I was able to quickly drive my car over, get it assessed, and bring it back the next day (they're open on Sunday!) for a new battery with a qualified tech. It was a relief to get a new battery (with a 3 year warranty) so quickly and I will trust NTB for other services I need in the future! I highly recommend this location!

Very helpful. My tire pressure light was on, and I took it there. Manager had me bring it around to check the tires. Filled and checked tires. First class service!

Tire was unraveled fit my car in last minute and now I m able to go home safely with a branded new tire with warranty on my 375 for full synthetic oil change new tire fluid filled filters new and it include labor cost

Was in the neighborhood and had to get an emergency flat repair to get back home. Reggie was quick to get me set up to get my car in. He was kind and courteous while I was kinda freaking out about getting home. They got my car in and out in a timely manner. This is the second time they were clutch on getting my needs met. The work was outstanding the custome service was phenomenal. Thanks Reggie for all your help.
