This location delivers to the base Auto Hobby Shop on Oceana Naval Air Station however, it was late in the day so I had to drive over in person. They had the part and is also an female staff including the manager. This location on First Colonial near Virginia Beach Blvd. is extremely small but appeared to be equipped.

Bought wiper blades and one of them was longer than the packaging was labeled so the two blades hung up on each other. Arrived 2 min before closing time to quickly exchange for a correct length wiper, they weren't interesting in letting me in the locked door to take care of the mistake.

I love this place. I like NAPA stores in general as they are a great value, but this is my local favorite. Bit of an odd location as well as it's almost on the on-ramp to 264 eastbound, but in my case it's the way I always go after leaving the store. Wonderful and friendly staff, knowledgeable for many things automotive as well so a great resource, I always look forward to my shopping visits there. Highly recommended.

Good selection of general merchandise and tools at this NAPA. Customer service was helpful and polite. Had what I needed in stock, unlike the last NAPA I visited. Would go back there again. Parking lot is a bit of a mess, but that is a work in progress and eventually will be fixed.

I went looking for a ETCS that some other store help with an unfortunately was the wrong part I very thankful for these three ladies that help me find the correct part they looked and search the Webb to find the part God bless these women

Employee saw me occupying a NAPA parking spot to avoid nearby road flooding, and acknowledged me with a smile instead off gesturing me to leave.

, best auto parts store in adjacent to the oceanfront. Just off 264 less than 7 minutes away plus they've always had everything I needed in stock when I went there.
