Fantastic service. My tire had a nail in it. I was refer to Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers. Dominique Batts and the staff took my car in, replace my old tire with a new tire at a reasonable price and I was on my way. Friendly, Fast service is rare but I got it at this shop! My car is running better than ever now!Happy Holidays Everyone

The staff here were really friendly. My tire was fixed in a timely manner and the pricing was better than I expected. I would recommend Mr. Tire to anyone for their tire needs.

****Very professional and very prompt service****So on 19NOV23 , I noticed my rear right tire had a flat, and upon further inspection, there was a screw head sticking out the tread. I had called Tire Choice across, and the gentleman had no immediate openings. Seeing it was 1600 on a Sunday, I didn't expect anything available. However, he recommend to call their sister store across the street, in which I did. After talking to the man on the phone at Mr. Tire, he had said he could look at it right away. So I filled up the tire, packed my 3 girls into my small car, and raced over there. Long story, short Aiden and Eli (I believe that how you spell their names) were able to fix the flat at a VERY reasonable cost. I highly recommend this shop for emergent tire needs. Oh, and they do other stuff there too, so check em out. Thank you!!!

DO NOT GET AN INSPECTION HEREI took my car for an inspection because I needed to get it done quickly and I got scammed out of hundreds of dollars because of it. They said my car needed a new headlight because my old headlight had moisture in it (It's had moisture in it since I bought the car 4 years and I never failed inspection because of it) and charged me $400 for it when the I could've bought it anywhere else for $200 or less (I found the same light online for $130) and I had to pay over $300 for additional repairs as well. Also had a suspicion that my car was leaking oil and they said it wasn't. I took it to my parent's mechanic who we know well and trust when I was back at their house a couple weeks later and turns my car been leaking both oil and coolant and had been for quite some time. Thank God I took it to my parent's mechanic or I could've ruined my car. The only positives I have is that they were quick but I can't believe I wasted so much taking it here just because I was in a rush.

They were flexible, patient, and worked with me to obtain the stuff they needed for my car. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I got two tires changed out and they rotated the back ones to the front. It took about an hour give or take. I came prepared to be there for a few hours but was shocked they got it done so quickly. They had great customer service, good quality work, and reasonable prices (which are hard to find these days). I will definitely be going back for any and all my cars needs! :)

Today is September 25, 2003 approximately two 230 I went into Mr. tire because my left side rear tire was deflating. Last year I had an issue with the right side so I went back because Mike was so professional and helpful with my warranty process that I went back again this year big mistake upon walking into Mr. tire. There was a couple in front of me we stood there and waited, I saw a man to the right of me, but I thought maybe he was maintenance or something he didn t engage with us. The young man came out of the bathroom and apologized very polite, very professional. There was no name tag so I can t give him acknowledgment , he took care of the first couple, I was next explaining my warranty process. I thought maybe it was still in the computer, but it was not so I told him I would go around the corner to the dealership and get the information and the phone number I return back and gave the t team member my my warranty,information he took it to the manager, and came back and told me that the manager just said that I had to pay out-of-pocket, and then they would reimburse me which was not the case. I explain the process to your team member and the manager came out, looking disgusted as if I was bothering him. I explained the process again to the manager. He took the paper went to the back and ask the young man who repaired my tire. I could hear this because the glass was broken in the door between the lobby and the service area. The young man told him that he had came out to service my vehicle, but I was gone and use some profanity that I couldn t believe my ears. The other young man that knew what was going on, didn t articulate why left and Still standing in the lobby, listening to the team member that service me use profanity, describing situation between the manager, his wife girlfriend, whoever and I could not believe my ears I felt it was a waste of my time to continue with this service from your employees. I ended it the team member that waited on me was apologetic. The manager sat there as if he did not care and that was his attitude the whole time I thought that the team member was the manager because his people skills were on point I asked the team member about Mike the team member told me he was at true choice, auto service center on Battlefield. I felt I needed to leave and expressed my discuss with the service I received and what was going on the team apologized the manager just said, and never apologized. Something really needs to be done about the service that happened today he needs to be reprimanded the manager and the door needs to be repaired. Cell customers are not listening to the vulgar profanity and their personal business in the lobby and they also need to know what a good customer service is.

I got there 15 minutes before closing time Representative said he was closing soon. They took the payment for repairing the Tyre but refused to change it . Poor work ethics and consideration for a mom that had her baby in the back seat of the car

I did not have an appointment. I got a flat not to far from them & ended up needing a few things taken care of. The manager was SO helpful, gave me my options, helped me find the best prices & services for what I needed & I went ahead to work. He called me to verify everything, after my car had actually been looked at, what needed to be done, etc. & let me know exactly how much it would cost. From start to finish, everything was taken care of & my car was ready within 3 hours. The manager was so awesome. I recommend this place 100%!

We stopped by after realizing that our back tire was off balance. The entire team, including Jaiquawn and Datrell went out of their way to get us in and out!!! So thankful for amazing service and a quick fix! Highly recommend everyone who needs service to come here!

The is a great company. I drove up few minutes before closing time. My tire was flat and after waiting for 2 hours for AAA .. he couldn't fix. I'm so grateful to Tae with Mr. Tire for taking the time to assist me, and creating a wonderful customer service experience..

Needed a tire patched quick and they delivered. Staff was very friendly and got it done in about 30 minutes after being told by another shop that they couldn't patch my tire for 4 days. Nick is awesome. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be back for this type of work.

Had my vehicle taken in for an inspection. The inspector "Big Joe" took a very long time as he needed to take a break and go to the vending machine every 5 minutes and to sit down and catch his breath. Several customers with basic routine maintenance became irate as "Big Joe" didn't seem to terribly concerned with wasting everyone else's time.The guy then hit me for what would be hundreds of dollars worth of failed items that I'm sure if taken anywhere else would have easily passed. Upon receiving my vehicle the seat was set all the way back and my vehicle smelled like horrible body odor. I won't be coming back to this location ever again. I'll take my chances elsewhere. I've attached a picture of "Big Joe" working in one of the bays in what I assume is a "flame retardant" tank top and shorts. I wasn't aware OSHA allowed that sort of attire on the floor in a mechanics shop, but what do I know.

The service manager Mike (at the Providence Rd. Location) has excellent customer service skills as does the techs. I feel very comfortable with this location and have recommended many of my family and friends to this location. And I am writing this so the senior management can let them know they are appreciated!!

I am from Durham NC, and deal with the Mr. Tire here in NC, I was very pleased to find a Mr. Tire in Chesapeake VA. The workers there were awesome. My family lives in Chesapeake and you can rest assured if I have any car problems while I am in Chesapeake I will be coming there. Thank you for your great service.

Mike provided excellent customer service and support. He was patient and explained to me in detail all of my questions and concerns. I haven't had this level of care with service in a long time regardless of the industry. He followed up with me like he said he would very reliable. I definitely would recommend my friends and family to go do business with him.

Excellent customer service. Manager Mr. Lovelace has always ensured service rendered was accurate and without needing rework or having to return for the same issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are always reasonably sufficient. Wait time is also very limited and reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great service at all times.

Update: I can not recommend this place enough! I went for a (free) oil change at the dealership we bought our car and they told me I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I had this happen multiple times the previous year so had bought road hazzard protection from Mr. Tire since I used them so frequently. So I declined getting it done at the dealership since it would be cheaper at Mr. Tire. Once the tech at Mr. Tire put my car up they saw there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires. Instead of just doing it and costing me money and more time, they were honest about what they found and besides for a wasted morning I wasn't out anything.-----They have helped me out of multiple binds and are always timely and well priced.

I always have a positive experience every time I come here. Mark is very friendly and was impressed with his knowledge that he shared with me about tires. I also appreciated his honest opinion on what tires were best suited for my car according to my budget. The technician do great work and have been very quick to get the job done. I would and do recommend here. They have saved me on every tire emergency I have had this past year and I expect to keep returning. Thank you!!

This year will make 4 years since I have been coming to this Kramer Tire location. I have seen the staff come and go and I have seen managers come and go. They always get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner and when something is wrong they actually let me know and show me. They have never tried to offer me services on my cars that I did not need unlike most shops. The new manager Mark S is by far the best manager this shop has seen in a while. From the day I called in to schedule my appointment to when I actually came in, Mark was fantastic. His professionalism and customer service is top notch. Even his employee Daryl who serviced my car was professional and courteous. The only negative downside to this shop would be the assistant manager Brian. His customer service and attitude is horrible. The majority of the time he acts as though he is does not want to be there working let alone helping customers. I know people have bad days but it's like every day is a bad day for Brian when he is working. Other than that, I love this location and will continue to go here.

Dropped my car off at 9:30 on a Sunday and it was done around 2:30-3! Fast work considering they don t have many people working on Sundays (and it s rare you ll find a shop open 7 days a week anyway). It was my first time going and i m completely satisfied. Got 3 tires, new brakes and another issue fixed for a very good price. They even threw in a free oil change! Great customer service, great communication and great work. Will definitely be going to this location from now on, 5 stars!

I took my old truck in for an oil change. I was expecting to have a long wait, like at other places. Mark took my info and got my truck right in for service. The guys let me know of a few issues that would need attention in the future. Mr. Dean and Mark were very professional, friendly and helpful. I will definitely take my truck back to them in the future.Recently took my truck back to this location for some minor maintenance. Customer service was great, price was great and the people are great. I highly recommend this Kramer location for any repairs.
