I am so pleased with the service! Amber explained cost, work that needs to be done, and has a great personality! I have not ever been to have my 2016 Jeep Wrangler serviced and had such a thorough check of engine and all systems done. Other garages I have brought my jeep to, to have service done, haven t checked for other issues and it felt like they just wanted a fast buck. I have even had to, in the past, bring it right back because they weren t competent in dealing with jeeps in particular. Mid-Atlantic fixed issues that I had recently paid to have done in the past, but was still an issue. It now feels right! When I left Mid-Atlantic today, my Jeep ran better than it has since I purchased it! I m taken back on how smooth it is running! A huge thank you to all that worked on it here and I won t go anywhere else now! I recommend coming here and am very satisfied! The best!

I have a European vehicle and was quoted almost $600 solely for a diagnosis at my home dealership. After doing some research and reading the raving reviews for Mid-Atlantic, I called and spoke with Amber, who has been such a pleasure to work with. The pricing was straightforward, the communication was clear, we went over priorities and what could wait a little longer, and THIS is the patience, fair pricing and service that I was expecting from my home dealer. They have certainly earned my business as I will be looking to them and trusting them with my vehicle moving forward. I endorse this shop with the utmost trust and satisfaction.

I ve heard about MAD SUV, a lot of good things! In short YES. It s true, Matt Beach and his crew are top notch true professionals. Had taken in a vehicle for heating issues, they listened and wrote notes down. They troubleshot and gave options on what route to take and the risks involved. We spoke and we came up with a plan forward. They were very easy to deal with, I never got a negative vibe. The maintenance was done and turned out in my/our favor no one wanted to deal with a heater core replacement. Very transparent on information and pricing. Dropped the vehicle mid morning and had a call around 5 letting me know it s good to go, gave me a brief on what was found. Very good service! From the start just walking in, Amber was very nice in starting the process and giving me updates to Matt giving me a call on what the deal was, details they encountered, and what recommendations for the future.If anyone is looking for an honest, trustworthy and good auto repair with morals, don t hesitate to bring your vehicle to Mid-Atlantic Domestic SUV. Highly recommended venue! Jeep specialists, but they work on anything.

BUYER BEWAREInvoice # 3991Very displeased with the shop s handling of their own warranty policy. *BACKGROUND INFO*I took my 02 jeep wrangler 4.0l here approx 1.5 years ago to have the Rear Main Seal replaced. Had no issues with the install and my jeep was turned back over to me in an efficient amount of time and the repair was well done. Fast forward to now, the jeep is back in the shop to have the Rear Main Seal replaced again under warranty. Here s the kicker The shop will only warranty out the labor and the Rear Main Seal gasket. For those who don t know, the oil pan has to come out in order to access the Rear Main Seal. I asked the desk receptionist of why the oil pan gasket would not be covered under warranty and her response was, because the oil pan gasket is not defective. At time of the original repair work, I paid for these gaskets and fluids to be replaced at the time of the service because it is required when replacing the Rear Main Seal. These are all covered under warranty. So why only warranty out just one part of the job? I am now left with having to agree to pay the price of the oil pan gasket or the warranty work will not be performed. Doesn t make sense even when their own warranty policy is, So you know the repair will be done right the first time, and if it isn t, we won t stop until we make it right. After getting my invoice of the services completed, I see I was charged for bolt extraction for the down pipe bolts. Which I agreed to prior, but in the estimate it dictates if the bolts break then this labor will be needed. I checked the bolts the day of picking up the Jeep, they are not new bolts. Called the shop about this and they stated they had some used bolts floating around the shop and used those to install the down pipes after the repair. Thanks for saving me some money I guess? I would have much rather had been given the option to either buy new exhaust bolts than use used bolts that just so happen to be floating around the shop to save me money. I wouldn t have been against the idea of the used bolts had I been informed. Because I wasn t told anything about using used bolts prior to picking the Jeep up, I have a strong suspicion that the bolts were not replaced and I have been charged for something I did not need.It s quite hard to find quality Jeep Shops in the area, but I will not be back, I will enjoy the 45 min drive to TOMMYWORX for a reputable and honest repair shop.

I reached out to M-AD with a problem child Jeep that had a LONG list of things to be fixed. They worked with me great, kept me informed and communicated all the things that were wrong with it, both that I knew and some that I didn t know. We agreed on a plan of things to fix, and now it runs and drives better than I could have expected. Will definitely be returning with any problems I have in the future

Matt and his team at Mid-Atlantic are masters at diagnosing the real issues with each vehicle and telling you the full story, with fair prices to fix the right thing done right the first time. We bring all our vehicles here. We also recommend bringing used cars here BEFORE you buy. Saved our bacon a few times!

I took my wife's 2007 Jeep Commander here. Take into consideration Commanders are very difficult to work on and we had a problem that FIVE other mechanics could not find out anything except how to bill us for something they couldn't fix. UNTIL I CAME HERE. Matt and his team do such an outstanding thorough job that I will not hesitate to make the 45 minute drive to take the jeep back. It sounds cliche but it hasn't run this good since we got it!!! Whatever Matt recommends listen to him. He knows what he is doing.

Mid Atlantic is one of the best garages I ve ever been to. The mechanics care about your vehicle how other repair centers should!! Your car is 100% in good hands when you bring it here. If I ever need any more work done on my car this will be my go to place. Everyone s nice and understanding, you don't feel like you re being forced to get services or repairs you don t need.

Company's employees are very pleasant to talk to. Knowledgeable in repairing Jeeps. Major repairs comes with a parts and labor warranty which comes with the price of the repairs. I will be back for other repairs and servicing vehicle. The sense of honesty is what l greatly appreciate when talking with the company.

Took my 2011 JK in for a phantom battery drain and the my discovered that the battery had a short. I asked them to give the Jeep a once over and they did some maintenance as well as replaced a few broken things. Communication was great and the Jeep rides great.

I was robbed.I left my van here for six whole months. They eventually got it running (it was the alternator). They had me order the part and deliver it to them. When I got it back, various things that worked fine when I dropped it off no longer worked. The sliding door no longer closed, one of the rear shocks were broken, there's a strange squeaking sound coming from the dash, the glow-plugs no longer function at all, and the belts on the alternator were squealing. $2,600. Gone.I mentioned this to them when they asked about what I thought about their services and they were basically like "aww that's too bad... We can help you, ."I brought it to automotive remedies nearby, and in three days, they tightened all the belts, replaced the ones that MADSUV installed that broke due to bad tensioning, replaced both rear shocks, fixed one of my taillights, and did an inspection for almost 1/3 of the price.Two stars instead on just one because they DID get it running again, and they don't usually work on vehicles of my kind apparently.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery

Have been going to Mid-Atlantic for a few years now. Matt is very knowledgeable and has worked on all 3 vehicles that I own. 09 Accord, 11 Tundra and 19 Wrangler. What a great experience. The staff took in my 92 Wrangler with multiple issues and evaluated the whole vehicle for me. They came up with a game plan to get it back on the road and running better than it had for the past 15 years. What a pleasure to back in the driver s seat. The repairs were completed in a very timely fashion and the staff kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Domestic SUV.

I had a lift and new tires put on my Wrangler 4xe and needed to have it recalibrated. The Jeep dealership that I bought my Wrangler from stated that they could not do this. I reached out to a local Jeep forum, and Matt told me to bring it to him and he would take care of me. Turns out recalibrating the 4xe isn t very cut and paste. Matt had to do a whole lot of research and leg work, but he didn t leave me hanging. He found the part that my 4xe needed in order to be recalibrated and got the job done. The speedometer is spot on again thanks to all of Mid-Atlantic Domestic SUV s hard work. We will definitely use them again in the future and I ve already recommended them to three friends. Super friendly and professional shop. Their rates are very reasonable too.

Highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Domestic SUV! Great work done here. Matt went out of his way and repaired my vehicle beyond normal working hours. He offered shuttle service to me to my home and back while working on my Jeep. Made sure everything was safe and drive worthy. I had Ball joints removed and replaced. My radiator was cracked and leaking also checked my ABS module. He took care of everything. Received excellent service and the bill was reasonable.
