HORRIBLE experience! I had my car towed here and it sat 48 hours with no call back to confirm receipt of the car and NO ABILITY to talk to an actual advisor. I ended up having to tow the car to the Hampton location who have provided the level of service I am expecting as a Mercedes owner. The level of professionalism and customer surely have led to the loss of my business.

The car detailing service and maintenance team are exceptional! Despite enduring over 14 months of beach trips and trail running with two dogs, the maintenance team worked wonders my car looks brand new. They tackled even the tiniest details, erasing dog nose prints from the ceiling and removing grains of sand stuck in the cup holder. I'm genuinely thrilled with the results. Overall, I think the maintenance team redeems what is lacking from the sales team, as they are transparent, friendly, and efficient. The people who performed the detailing are truly outstanding. It was well worth the time and cost.

2014 Mercedes GL450. I literally had a coolant line break when I was 1/2 mile from the dealership. They had the part. I am mechanically very handy. I told the service manager.I realized it would take them less than five minutes to put the line on for me. They said they could squeeze me in and took the car into the shop. A 1/2 hour later came out and told me it would be two and a half hour job for labor. I took the key back, bought the part, went across the street into a parking lot and using a pair of pliers only, replaced the line in five minutes. Auto zone was a block away, so I walked over and bought the antifreeze. All in $120 and less than 1 hour with the walking. Thanks for nothing.

Service center deserves nothing more than 1 star. Had an appointment scheduled 48 hours ago for my sprinter. Not only have they not given one update or called me, but they transfer me every time to some bum that never answers his phone when I call and I left three separate voicemails simply asking for any new or updates.Even when I dropped it off I was met immediately with hostility by one employee who demanded I shut the sprinter off because the sounds were "obnoxious" to them. Like duh, I know its making sounds. That's why im getting it serviced.Very unprofessional setting. Try to find another Benz dealership this one is made for profit, not for customers that want to be treated respectfully

I should have read the reviews before taking my car here! Just like the reviews are saying is TRUE! This Dealership should be investigated immediately!!!! And I will be telling all of my local channel news friends about them! I brought my vehicle in because the check coolent level light was on. After being filled by my husband and this dealership! I kept telling them the light is still on and mind you they had already did a test for any possible leaks! I had them check again and they said they found a very tiny leak and would have it fixed. They kept my car for over a week and add that it needed a new water pump. After back and forth with them on how everything was handled ( Uber, electric car loaner, another loaner, condition my car was kept in, last minute updates etc) I received my car back and I CANT EVEN BELIEVE IT!! My car is running hard and has a rattling sound coming from the engine. I m in tears even writing this! I just can t believe my car drove and was so quiet before I took it to them! I WISH I COULD POST THE VIDEO OF WHAT MY CAR SOUNDS LIKE! PLEASEEEEEEE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I have contacted them and waiting to hear back from a manager ASAP! I will give an update soon.

Best deal in town!!! Contacted dealer and went for a test drive, and I said I'll be back the next day. The environment was peaceful. I was not surrounded like a soccer ball by four different managers trying to bully me. Met with Melanie at 11:30 and we were out the door before 1, and that included the second test drive. Cheaper than every competition vehicle between Richmond and NC. Best drive out of all of the competitors as well.

Car was towed at 11:30 AM due to a dead battery under the Mercedes Warranty, spoke with three different people on what was wrong with the car. Diana, a service technician did not listen to my voice mail and at 3:15PM had let the car set idle all day. Finally reached her and she had not taken any action. Uncoordinated, team members don't communicate, individual on the service line does understand their processes.

Scheduled service on my automobile and it was not complete. Requested service for oil change and the oil was never put in the car. Contacted the service department and was told I'd have to pay for a diagnostic test when there was nothing wrong with my car before the mechanic touched it. Definitely will not allow them to touch any other automobile I own.

Had to been there at Pacific time? Just to have to wait 30 minutes to be seen.And then didn't know what I was there for finally got that worked out then when it was time to pick up my car they had it blocked in and could not find the Keys to move ther other car so i could get mune that was another 30 minutes, I will Go out of my way to Go to another Mercedes. Benz dealership.

Do not go to this dealer devil repair skin off devil destroy your car just so you can come back they are the worst dealer that I have dealt in the last 30 years they think just because you drive Mercedes you are rich. I have been having ongoing issues with them when I bring my car and they absolutely do nothing or they break some things that I have to come back or find another dealer to fix what they do. I've been told by other mechanics that the damage that I've done to my car was attentionally just so they can have me back and use them to fix the things. Stay away from Mercedes of Virginia Beach on the boulevard, do yourself a favor and stay away from them

5 years tire insurance in the contract! I got a nail in my tire today to change it. And you're told you can't? Driving a car with a nail in the wheel is not an accident? What's going on here? Tricked a customer into buying a 5-year insurance policy?

Disappointed. Purchased a vehicle last than six months ago and not my phone calls get ignored. My car is in need of servicing and I have questions, I have called and left four voicemails over seven days. Not sure how to get a hold of anyone other than showing up in person. Unsatisfactory.

Came in for Christmas from Asheville, NC. Had been looking for Toyota 4runner's up there. All of which were higher mileage and higher priced. Walked onto the lot and found an amazing deal for a 2011 one owner 4runner. Very easy buying process love having the most Reliable 4 wheel drive vehicle. Meliane was awesome and made sure the vehicle was perfect!!! She is awsome. If you need a new vehicle go to Charles Barker Mercedes of Virginia Beach and ask for Meliane

Go elsewhere. They pulled the rug from under me. After giving a deposit and paying for a pre purchase inspection and completing the inspection, they sold the car to someone else without notifying me until after the sale was completed with the other buyer, all unbeknownst to me. Terrible customer service. Darryl was the sales guy, and despite claiming he has been working there for 20 years, attempts to absolve himself by simply saying sorry it wasn t me, it was my sales manager Dave Macanerny. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other dealers to get a Benz. Don t waste your money or time.

So I dropped my car off Fri!! The service guy Jason didn t check it in until Tuesday and when I called he was rude and hung up!! He said we can fix your car we have the light switch. The next day I call he says we don t have the light switch. I say just wrap it up I need my car. Then I received my car and more damage is done to it my passenger seat is broken!! I wish there is another Mercedes location in Virginia Beach. Make sure you take pictures inside and out of your car. I m so disappointed!! But I have God on my side this too shall pass.

MB of Va Beach is the best.Mr Stone has set the standard as a consummate professional and over the years he continues to provide exceptional service. This is extremely important to me especially since I do not reside in the Virginia area. There is never a time when I can't reach him, and every time he provides the same great service. Julie was tremendous and made the process of purchasing the vehicle as easy as possible. There was zero nonsense or ridiculous haggling. They offered me the best possible pricing and trade in value from the jump. Once everything was agreed, Julie came to me to get things closed and deliver the vehicle. Beyond demonstrating the "necessary" functions, she offered to provide as much or as little training as I wanted on the vehicle's features. It was exactly how I want a new car purchase to happen.

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Virginia Beach mid summer of 2022. Within that time I have had numerous issues with their service department. I had taken my car in for service overnight when my app alerted me after hours that my car had been left unlocked. Luckily I was able to lock remotely and informed the service advisor at the time. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed a door ding on the passenger side door. I informed their service manager what had happened while in their hands. I was told matters would be corrected and my car door would need to be completed repainted. This would take 2-3 days. When coming to pick up my car everything looked great until I took it to the car wash and the touch up paint (yes, touch up paint) came off. They had lied about sanding and repainting the whole door. I questioned the service manger who apologized blaming his service advisor for not writing the ticket up correctly. It wasn t the service advisors fault, it s the manager who s supposed to overlook work before signing off on it being complete s fault.Now, recently I take my car back to get an oil change. I ask the service advisor to include a cabin filter change. I am quoted at $90 and agree to have it done. I get into my rental that is filled with trash left on the passenger floor. I snap a photo sending it to the service advisor (I m still charged for the rental!). Later on I m sent a text with a much higher amount for that same part/service asking if I want to move forward. I respond back with wanting the previous quoted amount to be honored. I go to pay at the service desk and am told the cabin filter hadn t been replaced. I explain what transpired. I m told that they will keep my car an extra day to honor the price given. Next day, I go to pick up my car and pay, I m told that it was changed (no write up to show) and that it s free of charge for the inconvenience. I leave, and notice that I can still smell a musky scent letting me know it hadn t been changed. I call leaving a voice message on Jeff Kroener s voice mail. On the voice message it states for a quicker response to text message. I do that twice, days apart with no response.I write this review to say that I am highly disappointed with the lack of customer service I ve received. Due to this I will not be a returning customer and will advise everyone I know to take their business elsewhere.

I had a great experience Mercedes-Benz at Virginia Beach last weekend. Melanie Cambron provided me with the most amazing first time car buying experience! She was so welcoming when we first met for our appointment and was extremely patient with my questions (no matter how weird I thought my questions were). Melanie was very attentive and did everything she could to find out the answers to any of my questions if she didn t presently have the answer. There was no pressure and no gimmicks AT ALL, just honest answers and information that helped me make a sound decision that lead to me buying my first car by myself I would refer anyone and everyone to Melanie! She definitely has a returning client in me when it s time for the next upgrade
