Excellent service and superior attention to detail.Came in for an expired state inspection and not only did they take care of that but also provided opportunities for other things that needed to be taken care of. However, they weren't pushy about their suggestions. Instead, they entertained an conversation and allowed me the choice om whether or not to schedule additional maintenance. I can't tell you how appreciative I am of that. You don't win business by scaring anyone.I'll definitely be coming back for my next car need which should be an oil change here soon.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Please if you see my review, do not go to this place for nothing. I went there for an inspection which was scheduled for 1PM. I arrived about 12:45. They pulled my car in about 1:30 suppose to have been finishing up the car that was there ahead of me. So the lady who car it was had been questioning how much longer her car would be, she said she had been there since 9:30 am. Said they kept coming out telling her different things her car needed and they had to order parts for her which she really didn't think she needed but didn't know any thing about cars. She ended up leaving at 2:30pm. So I started asking about my car, and these people came out with a list of stuff that had nothing to do with passing or failing a inspection. I ended up leaving at 3:45pm w failed inspection. Took my car somewhere else and passed without out any inspection issues.I had to put a star to post..give them

Chris and Sarah was amazing!!!Customer service was amazing.I have a 2019 Honda Civic and took it to the Honda dealership twice without them resolving my issue.They explained everything to me and was able to fix my issues.I will be bringing both of my vehicles at this location for now on.Highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their vehicle and having a hard time trusting any mechanics.They perform quality work and actually care about their customer vehicles as if it was their own vehicle.Thank you Meineke !!!!!

They were so sweet and helpful. The ladies (Sarah and I didn t catch the other name. Sorry) at the desk worked with me on a last minute issue that popped up with a headlight. Because of them I ll definitely be making a return.

Great job. Customer service was on point. Kept me updated on any issues. Layout all available options that worked out best for me. Car rides extremely better. I had breaks & rotors, cooling system and transmission flush, loose sensor fixed.

Sarah at the front desk was extremely helpful and communicative with me, especially considering it was my first time getting a state inspection done. She wasn't pushy about anything that wasn't completely required for me to pass inspection but offered to schedule some suggested maintenance and walked me through literally everything on the inspection report which was awesome! Thanks, Sarah!!! :)

I called to get information on car inspections and the woman that answered the phone was very professional,pleasant and helpful. She got me a quick appointment. Once there I was seen on time and finished in a timely manner. Great experience.

Great service. Came in for a car inspection and got out quick. The appointment was for 1pm and my car was being taken care of at 1255. Big thanks to Jon for helping me out and explaining what maintenance my car needs and not being pushy.Great place and will always come back for my inspection

Best customer service I ve seen in a long time!! I called around 9 a.m as a new client, they dispatched a free tow for me (I was in the immediate area), diagnosed my car, received parts and completed the services just before 6 p.m that day. Thank you so much to Jerry and Mike for the updates, explanations and recommendations. I was even approved for a payment plan to offset the costs and they let me know which services to take care of next. Thanks guys!!!

I made an appointment to get a vehicle diagnosis for the next day online. I received a confirmation in an e-mail right away. Well the vehicle did not make it. I got half way there and had to call for a tow. I called and the lady at Meineke said no problem. I show up about 25 min. late. Meineke lady (Sarah) gave instructions to the tow technician regarding where to place my vehicle. In about a hour (including customer intake) the vehicle was diagnosed and a financing option (if needed) to pay for the repairs was offered. I gave the go-ahead. I had to hang out there in a very nice waiting room with free Keurig and in about 90 min I had my car back with a new alternator. I was elated. I thought that was really fast. Big thanks to AAA and Angelo's Towing Virginia Beach VA.

Very kind staff, was personally helped by John. They really care about making sure you leave the lot in a safe condition. Of course when bringing up what they find they'll bring up every little detail like most shops will, but only really push the things they truly think would impact you getting home safe. Love the updates they send about your car and a compelte rundown of everything they've checked as well as that the itself is free. They also had great availability when I needed to make a same day appointment. Definitely recommend if you need a shop in your time of need.

Would NOT recommend. Mechanic tried to sell me on a $500 job, saying he needed to take the whole front fender off to replace the side marker light. The manual clearly shows this is an owner self-maintenance job that takes approx. 20 minutes. The most work involved is unscrewing the coolant reservoir and setting it to the side to make room for your hand. The bulb cost $7 for a pack of 2.

I was very disappointed when I was told that I needed a transmission flush for $256.00 . At the time I did not have that available. So the next time I came in for my oil change I asked if I could get a quote for just draining the transmission and refilling the fluids. I was then quoted $506.00. I was shocked!!!! Especially when the dealership quoted me $120. The dealership said NOT to so a flush just replace it. So since I do all my oil changes and other services at this location I wanted them to do it.. I can't believe it would be so much. I have a 2016 ford focus. I have used this location fir two of my vehicles now and have written great reviews but now I don't think I am going back. I would like someone to call me.

They failed to tell me how much it was to run the diagnostic. Didn t have the money and wouldn t release my car until it was paid. I understand it s a business but not telling me the price before something was done was a bush league move. Wouldn t recommend at ALL

This is my advice to hard-working people like me stay away from Meineke. They damage the Engines my Nissan Quest and my Toyota corolla. A bunch of inexperienced mechanics and a roaster thieves as managers and tech employees.Don't take your car to any Meineke shops.Very disappointed of Meineke service. I spent over $3000 for my Nissan Quest and $2900 for my Toyota. All they did was causing additional problems to my vehicles that my vehicles didn't have instead of fixing them.

Had my truck in for catalytic converters brakes and inspection. I was told when I called to set up the appointment it would take less than 3 hours. It took 2 days. This is my work truck I had to reschedule work for a whole day over this I would have just waited had I known it would be like that. Apparently there was a parts issue which happens but still doesn't explain why once the parts were there it took over 5 hours to complete. I was told 3 different times none of which were met. Also I have a dash camera in my truck and the mechanic that was "test driving" my truck to test the brakes took my truck all around town and then cut my dash camera off and I was there when he came back he took my vehicle to go get lunch and god knows what else after he cut my camera off. What's the point in the camera if not to watch and protect my things? Kind of upset about that. This was my dad's truck before me and It means a lot to me it isn't just some truck to me it's very important so these things have ruined any chances of my returning to this place in the future.

Guys, I know this is going to sound really crazy but I they mean it when they say care center. I'm so impressed with everything here. The customer waiting area is amazing .. they have wifi and computer stations. Even USB plugs to charge your phone. Good keurig coffee and. Bottles of water. The bathrooms are nicer than most people's home bathrooms and they customer service from John was so great!!!! I'm never going anywhere else to get my oil changed ever again.

They tried to convince me that my car had synthetic oil in it, which I know it did not, it has conventional. I ve had my car for several years and never had any oil change where they said it was suppose to be synthetic, nor have I ever paid that much for my oil change. To the point where I had to tell them if you can t do it then I will go somewhere else. All of a sudden they could do it. Then they wouldn t let me pay upfront for just the oil change because they were teyin to tac on more pricing. They tired to convince me there s $400 worth of work that needs to be done to my car. I said no I just need the oil change done and agreed to having them change a lightbulb. The lightbulb ended up costing me $25 for it and it to be put in. It just seemed like they were tryin to get me for every nickel dime, and penny they could. And for some reason, one of the guys in the garage was in my passenger seat, messing with stuff which i know had Nothing to do with an oil change. So .yea

Went in for State inspection. My appointment was on time. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Staff was friendly and courtesy. They explained what services were recommended without feeling super pressured.

Terrrible. Don t take your vehicle to this place. They seemed to be unable to duplicate the problem with my vehicle. I don t think they were prepared or able to see why my backup camera wasn t working because it s a dealership service issue. I only took it here first because of my warranty plan from carvana. It s going to the dealership to be serviced now. Just terrible!

If I could have gave this place 0 starts, that would have been ideal.I had nothing but problems. They broke the conector piece to my airbag leaving my vehicle unsafe to drive, in case of an accident I could be seriously injured or worse. They ruined the painting on the hood and doors, that are scratches everywhere. The car was there for 10 days!!! Initially they said it would have been a 3 day repair, it turned into 10 and the whole experience was absolutely a nightmare.That didn't get to the job until last minute, my car repair was rushed and not even done properly.Also, the costumer service is the worse you could experience in the area.A car that literally was just bought 3 weeks ago.They have made zero attempt to fix their mistake.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Terrible business. Made an appointment for an oil change at 1030am, dropped my car off and was told that I d be called when finished. At 430 I called after not hearing anything to get an update, unfortunately I didn t realize they had closed early at 4. They were then closed Sunday leaving me carless for 2 days without any information over an OIL CHANGE - something that should take an hour at most. Once I picked my car up the man up front made no attempt to make it right, simply said sorry for the inconvenience, must ve slipped through the cracks won t be coming back.Service: Oil change

Went above and beyond my expectations. All though I didn't end up getting the car I had them inspect they pointed every problem it had. I will definitely go back some time for any other car in the future.

This place is a sham. So disappointing. 6 hours to get a car inspected when I had an appt. They wanted $100+ to change out 2 license plate bulbs. Ridiculous!

These guys are very transparent, very open, and very helpful. What's even better is they send all your "auto vitals" to your phone with photos, to let you know how the service is going and if they found anything unexpected.
