The good folks at McKenzie's Auto and Truck Repair really go above and beyond for their customers - ALL THE TIME. If you're having auto trouble and need HELP then GO ahead and GIVE them a CALL. If you're stuck/stranded they can HELP! They'll have a tow come get you. These guys really are the best and the real deal is that they're trustworthy and always giving you the best advice (even if it isn't what you want to hear - it's the truth and they're just being honest). A++++ folks from the nice front desk lady to the mechanic who high-fived me on my way out the door yesterday. They recently took care of my 2014 Ram 1500 and installed a lift kit, I got all new wheels & tires, new brakes on all 4 corners, an alignment done, got my inspection done, and my oil change all in 1 trip. DID I SAY THEY WERE THE BEST!? THEY ARE THE BEST!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

They are amazing! We dropped off our truck yesterday at the end of the day and it was done this afternoon! They did a thorough job and made sure the problem was fixed. The owner personally addressed the issues they found and was super friendly. Saved us so much money! Highly recommend!

They are amazing! I trust them to work on my car. They replaced my internal water pump and did a great job. If I have another problem that I don't have the time to fix, I'm going to them again. Highly recommend!!

Can not recommend this place enough! Taken my car twice and haven't felt like they've pushed on things I didn't need and price is always less than expected. Today I mentioned something that needed to be done and said I would do it myself. When I was called to come pick up the car, they let me know they went ahead and just did it for me while it was there, no extra charge. Great, friendly people with great service and extremely fair pricing.

In my experience it is rare to find businesses run by both capable and kind people. McKenzie's is a wonderful example of such a business. Upfront about pricing, quality work and amazing service are just a few of the positive things I would say in highly recommending the shop for you auto repair needs.

I had a very pleasant experience at McKenzie's Auto while dealing with an unpleasant situation with my vehicle. They took me in right away updated me during the process, fixed the issue and and they don't price gouge. I will be bringing my vehicle back from now on. Thanks so much.

I was looking for a mechanic to inspect a used car I wanted to buy. These guys stayed late for me to do the inspection. Not only did they do a great job with the inspection, they gave me a full rundown of what was wrong with the car, what was going to go wrong, and even gave me comparables of the same vehicles for sale in the area. These guys have great customer service and go above and beyond to help people. Outstanding garage!!!

Above and beyond auto repairs. Great people,best customer services and reasonable charges. I took a toyota car that had been quoted for $3800(engine swap) by priority toyota.Less than $700 Mckenzie's diagnosed my car and fixed it pap! 7 Months now and the car is running like brand new! If you have any car issues...McKenzie's should be your mechanic

McKenzie's Auto is run by a humble family man who puts his customer's and their needs first. Even though I live in Newport News, I won't take my car to any other mechanic. McKenzie's is worth the drive.

Kept me waiting forever on just an oil change. 50 bucks to clean headlights that I can do myself. No updates on the progress of my car while waiting. I like to know what's going on.

A tuneup took an hour and half and cost 225$.You re only changing the spark plugs, there is no reason it should take that long or cost that much
